What are some of the ways that you people know of how to increase willpower.

Could it be possible that there are some techniques that can build willpower enough to were the negs can't hande it?

When I build will power I can actually feel it increasing like some kind of energy?

Does anybody know how to work with chakras to cause shifts in consciousness? I know that when you meditate that your consciousness expands, but I want to know how to work my way up the chakra system to activate the crown. how much stimulating, balancing and clearing do you need in order to shift from one chakra to the next.

Can I just raise and store energy in my sub-navel and just let the energy curculate through my energy system, or use breathing techs?

I would aprechate some advice.

I know this isn't really any new infromation but my acknowlegement of it in this way caused me to be able to me to be able to easly have a shift in consciousness.


Well I'm sure most of use know that all of our senses is connected to the brain, and that all the information that is in our brain is reflected into the mind. Most of us might think we are our body and/or mind, but we are actually pure consciousness. Therefor when we become AWAERE of that the feeling of our body and everything that our body precieves is a reflection from our MIND to our consciousness we experiance the state of pure awareness.
