2  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Getting to the void/3d blackness with meditation on: June 23, 2016, 16:55:10
Hi All,

I was wondering if there's a technique or way to get to the void/3d blackness through meditation or is it just sometime you end up in that state?
Or maybe there is a technique that makes it more likely to end up there?

I have only been in that state once with the use of Hemisync and I blacked out and wake up in that state.

It seems that the way people experience this state is comparable.

Thanks for your time.

3  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Re: Name given? on: March 04, 2015, 03:49:32
I do try to remember my dreams and so I mostly do to some degree. But that name just felt like it came to me and not from my memory, because it's like exotic to me. I know it came after a long dream and it seems to have waked me like a dream trigger.
4  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Name given? on: March 01, 2015, 13:08:05
Hi All,

This morning, just after waking up after a long dream, a name, unknown to me, emerged  in my mind. The name was "Dutil Fram" and I can't remember to have heard about it before, but when I checked the meaning if the name on Google, it does fit the description of myself almost perfectly  shocked
Hvad does this experience/message mean?

Thanks

Thanks for your answers  grin Is it always a human body you're in and a younger version of your own body?  Also is the body solid to you as here?

Hi Szaxx,

I'm getting a little curious  grin
I have some questions about an projection experience that feel as long as days:
- Does it feel as real as an experience here in the physical?
- Does it have the same level of awareness as awake awareness?
- What about your body, do you look at your body in these long experiences?
- Do you use all senses?

Thank you for your time.

exciting!
What about your body, How was that in that experience?
Have you ever used any electronic devices or been in a moving vehicle in your experiences?
Thanks for your time  smiley

Hi Xanth,
I'm getting curious. What did you test and find out when you tested the "physicalness" of the reality you where in?
9  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Projection Experiences! / Re: Few Questions ( SP, Vizualization, sleep, time ) on: September 22, 2014, 21:02:31
Hi Vstachu,

Here's a beginners advice.
Try the wake back to bed technique (WBTB) in the morning and set a clear focused intent that you'll be aware in your dreams as you fall asleep.
You should get a lucid dream sooner or later if you do this technique often.
And even though it is not a full awareness OOBE it will give you confidence.
It works best for me if I get more or less a full nights sleep before trying WBTB.
You can find more info on WBTB on this forum.

Hi,

I'm trying to make the right, caring and loving decisions every day in as many situations as possible. Can it be true that it also gives a pretty strong emotional feedback, so that you feel a good loving feeling inside?

OK, thanks Xanth.
13  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Diet and quality of experiences on: July 31, 2014, 15:45:41
I went to an examination at the hospital, and didn't eat for 24 hours before the examination, and after the examination I did the noticing exercise and viewed some super sharp images in my mind.
Anybody knows if diet has an impact on the quality of meditation experiences (sharpness and other things)?

Thanks

14  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Re: Dead periods on: June 07, 2014, 13:38:13
OK, thanks for the reply, but I'm just observing that there's periods where the experience seems less "colorfull". It's what I have observed with my own practice. I don't really feel I'm expecting anything.
How can I be in direct control, if I don't know what to control and how to control it? shocked
15  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Dead periods on: June 07, 2014, 00:12:22
In my relatively short experience period with meditation of about 10 months, I noticed that there is periods of maybe some weeks where my meditation experiences seems boring with no imagery or dream "video" or really anything other than a feeling of be in a altered state. Is that normal? - also periods of bad health or mutch workload stress seems to kill the meditation experience...
16  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Am I projecting? on: May 31, 2014, 00:42:02
Thank you all for the helpfull answers.
I will go back practicing using this as guidance.
And yes, I also feel like loosing awareness fast after the shift.
17  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Am I projecting? on: May 24, 2014, 19:50:18
I have practicing the noticing meditation exercise and also mantra meditation, and I have experienced the following under different sessions:

- Suddenly a quick shift and I'm standing up and I'm clapping a big tree and hear the clapping sound clearly (Thats something I would do, because I like big trees grin). It gives me instantly a chock so I'm thrown back to meditating.
- Suddenly a quick shift and I'm carrying somebody over my shoulder which gives a chock as above and I'm back meditating.
- I'm starting seeing an environment, but I'm not immersed into it but more like observing from above (a moving camera/observer), because it plays forward like a dream

How do I get rid of the shock that blasts med back?
What's about this observing state?

Thanks for your time.
18  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Re: Heavy breathing on: April 23, 2014, 01:33:19
It's a sign that your focus is still too much on your physical body. This gives a feeling of fight or flight, which both are not helpful in AP.

You need to create your NP focus, but not keep focusing back on your physical body. It's like you are playing an never ending game of ping pong.

It's a fear test and something you will need to get over. It's hard because you basically have to trust wholeheartedly that your "machine" is going to keep operating while your consciousness goes out on adventures. Your "machine" keeps you alive every night when you go to sleep. It doesn't shut off for good until you no longer need it to experience this current physical existence.

I think you are right in it all. I need to practice to hold my focus on the NP and only NP.
Thanks for your helpfullness.
19  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Heavy breathing on: April 22, 2014, 23:38:11
Today I used Xanths/Franks noticing type of meditation, and after about a ½ hour I felt my breathing getting very heavy like my lungs where made of iron, giving me the feeling of having hard to breed - probably a illusion.
My question: Is this is a sign that I'm entering sleep paralysis? - I haven't been in SP before.

20  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Re: Conscious projection question on: April 08, 2014, 20:55:47
Yes to all of your questions.  smiley

You have learned to "Phase/shift" out and are learning to anchor/ground yourself there as well. To further establish this "anchor", try to use your other senses. Try to touch something, smell something. What do you hear? By doing this, you deepen your interaction with this new Reality/Realm. In no time 2 seconds becomes a minute, then 10, then who knows!  wink

Hi Lionheart,
Do you think that the more time you spend in the mind awake body asleep/focus 10 state, the more you anchor/ground yourself in the "astral world"? - I'am thinking of meditating more, because right now I only use a half hour each day...

21  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Question about Hemi-Sync Support for Journeys Out of the Body on: April 05, 2014, 09:47:40
I have used this product quite a bit. The condition C track helped me 1 time go to the 3D blackness/focus 12 meditation state, but then all later attempts did not get me so far/deep. Maybe because I saw a monster there that was generated by my fear, I have a hard time to go there again.
But the product is helpfull to go into trance faster.
22  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Re: Conscious projection question on: March 31, 2014, 21:33:45
Thanks Lionheart.

OK, I will try to practice to logon to those visuals.

But these visuals only come sometimes by themselves, so when they do I need to catch them.
Is there a way/trick to make these visual appear?
23  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Conscious projection question on: March 31, 2014, 20:34:52
I have now been meditating daily for about 8 months with a few exceptions because of a life with small kids.
I don't get the strange sensations as in the start anymore. I use a mantra to meditate and mostly after about 15-20 minutes I feel a slight shift away from this reality (sensory input feels a less significant).
I believe this is the mind awake body asleep state or focus 10? - also when I stay in this state for a while it refreshes my energy better than a nap.

While in this state I sometimes see a short video sequence of something random like about 2 seconds. I have found that if I log on to this in a kind of soft and not to forcefull way I can prolong it, and it feels at the same time, that I slip away from this reality very fast.
Is this a way to conscious project?

Thanks for your time.

Hi Volgerle,

Thanks for the answer. As you suggested she was just about to fall asleep, when she was disturbed by the footsteps. So does that mean that we had a sort of shared experience in the astral?
This is really interesting and it could also mean that "Ghosts" encounters in many cases could be other people dreaming/APing.
25  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Validation? - Please comment on: February 14, 2014, 20:22:05
This morning I used the WBTB method to induce a lucid dream together with a affirmation "I am aware in my dreams" before drifting off to sleep again.
I then had a lucid dream where I was walking from one end of the house down the hallway into the living room and in the middle of the living room I began floating instead of walking and went into a wall, but didn't end up in the room behind the wall but instead in the room where I was sleeping, and after some time unable to move I woke up.
The point here is that my wife is late in a complicated pregnancy and is therefore sleeping in another room close to the living room. She was awake when I had this experience and told me afterwards, that she heard footsteps in the living room at the same time of my experience. She said she thought that I was coming to light up the fireplace, which I do in the morning.
She heard the footsteps in the same pace as i remember me walking and also stopping well into the room (like I remembered starting flying).
And this is not the first time she heard footsteps. There was also another morning where I had a lucid dream in the living room, where she heard footsteps.

Could this be a validation that you're out of body or like a "ghost" in the physical?
Anyone has experiences like this or can explain why footsteps can be heard?

BTW: I can really recommend WBTB for beginners, who are not feeling they make progress. It can give you some quick experiences that will keep you motivated.
