I know there have probably been many similar topics posted before but I wanted to raise this...
Do you think it is actually possible to predict lottery numbers etc by psychic means.  Often psychic courses are advertised with this claim, that you could win the lottery/casino etc, but when you investigate people never seem to have much luck with these techniques.  And, there also seems to be so many near-misses, like entering the right numbers on the wrong draw or wrong day, that it often seems like a big cosmic joke.
I knew a guy that was a Physics PhD and he said it had been proven that the act of attempting to (for example) RV the lottery results is that the act would change the results, like the butterfly effect or something.
It just crossed my mind, that if you were successful in this you probably wouldn't want to broadcast it all over the forums...?

I believe there may be a way.  But you have to go quantum with it and bring in theories like, like attracts like.
Let's go to a dog track.
There is so many ways that they can fool you into believing that you don't know what dog is going to win.  And the person or people who aren't fooled usually win.

I was watching the science channel and it seems three physicists have come up with a theory where membranes in the 11th dimension ripple and thus come in contact with each other forming the big bang. Evidently, these occurances happen in a random fashion causing multiversus.

This theory supports Einstein’s theory of relativity and helps tie up loose ends.

Has anyone heard/read of this and care to explain in more detail.

That is an interesting thought to add to the  mix here.  We have the recurrance of the number 11 which, I guess, means that the ripples and distortions of time now have 11 dimensions or this is the eleventh dimension of twelve dimensions, if you believe the dimensions are divisions of time all dimensions leading to an outcome, as in the movement from one age to another by the progression of the zodiac.
If you take the measurement of time and put it into segments and make the division between segment membranes, you get a more detailed picture.
If you notice each era has elements of the past era until the era is about to change into pulling away to pushing forward.
I do not think at this time we are going from one era to another, just the switchover from pulling away from the era that has passed to pushing ahead to the future era. 
We have the rumors and the studies done about 12/21/2012 and we have photographs and tales of incoming streams of particles from neighboring galaxies, well, is the former rumor true or is the latter tales taking place?  Is it the end or the beginning?
Membranes are a good description, because if you put blood thinner in a person, their arms and legs start turning blue because the blood is so thin it passes through the membranes.
Those physicists on TV, though, are probably working on some p-brane idea or something; you never can tell about those people.  Those physical people probably do like the 5th Dimensions.
You know, we could be individual members of a string of like elements. 
In other words, it is like a cable car that gets its power from the string through some kind of attachment to it.  And the cable car has seats.  The people in the seats have like charges as the string that charges the trolley.  For example, the money system of the world is one string and everybody is on the trolley that is charged by that string.

The string is getting old though and a little frazzled and its about to break.  The happenings of 9/11/01 was an attack on the financial system.  Did they break the string?

So I have this formula of thought where I identify something actual, immediate, 100% and then try to apply it to greater bigger things.

Now magnets, can this explain gravity? Can the functions of it explain all underlying workings of every non-physical force? Perhaps it's the underlying force behind even physical force?

Like currently quantum mechanics supposes the 'graviton' that gravity is a flow of particles. But for that to function, the particles must be flowing from one place, big bang? To another, center of each planet. But I wonder if these flowing of particles, the flowing isn't so much dictated by just the once accidental setup of the perpetual flow from the Big Bang. But rather, if they are still being guided by mere magnetism. That possibly, all things that are run under some magnet force, some pull from negative to positive, then the inherent recycling of that back through the magnet to positive again.

I want you guys to help me ponder this formula for thought. Apply it to some things and explain it if you would like.

The magnetism created by the body can be focused, but you have to understand what creates the magnetism.
The same force that creates the magnetism also negates it by decay; that is the reason a battery drains.
I believe we are particles of the sun and we are batteries.  Inside the earth is the outside of the sun.

The graviton is thought to be a particle of the wave of gravity and the finding of a graviton is harder than finding a neutrino, but they think they have found both of them.  One might explain the other or all non-physical force. 
I believe that the existence of gravitons and neutrinos is the outer register of another type of existence.  Just like we can go no smaller in the elemental kingdom than H1, protium.
So, Protium, Gravitons, and Neutrinos are the outside register of an inner world and this world is all around us and can be affected by and have an effect upon this physical world because it is all connected by cause and effect.  Everything visible may not have a mirror image in another realm, but it may be the end result of the vibratory frequency stopping.  Coldness is not the absence of heat.  A statue is not cold because it has no heat, it is cold because it does not move. 
Gravity is the non-ability of a source to form opposing forces.  You cannot fly off of the earth because the earth does not have an opposite force to push you away. 
Magnetism is a force.
The earth and alll the planets and belts cannot have opposite forces because by the size of the sun, all of the revolving objects would be sucked into the sun; all of them until the forces equallized.  But that could be why everything is in this solar system because the forces are equal.

This is just a stupid idea I've been thinking about,
What would happen if you stopped time (like Hiro from Heroes can stop time) then did some pushups or some other exercise, would you get really strong and fit?

If time could be quantified into a particle or wave which that is the only way to think about time as in an event or sequence of events and you could remove yourself from the wave and stay in the particle. 
Everything does that, though, if you think about it.
A person who goes to a gym and works out is doing that but in the opposite direction. 
The person in the gym is speeding up his time and gathering up all the future resources and building them up and making them stronger while the outside world is in the wave.  When the person stops working out, he gets tired because identifying with the outer world slows you down.

I think quantum metaphysics tells us that everything is connected with everything. It tells us that humans have limited thus physical  minds.

I have never had an OBE so I cant tell for sure that our mind extends beyond the physical....but I believe the manys stories I have read...

A question: How does the human mind stands in the whole picture of Quantum metaphysics??

Maybe a better phrase would be Quantum explanation of Metaphysics.
All of the particles at the Quantum level have been given a proper explanation. 
What creates the picture in you mind?!!!  What creates the neutrino?  And no it is not the same thing, but they are the same process.  Your thoughts create neutrinos.
What creates your thoughts?
How do ions react with each other?
What creates the photon?
Is the photon the opposite of a neutrino?

Not sure how many follow, but anyhow...

Today there are more than just a few "unifying" theories to englobe the 4 forces of the universe (gravity, weak and strong forces - in the nuclei, and electromagnetic). There are basic differences between electromagnetism and gravity such as: in electromagnetism there are dipoles (+ and - charges) while in gravity there are only monopoles (only mass attracting, no repulsion or anti-mass). One also describes the gravity acting through waves and experiments have shown the exitence of gravitational waves. The gravitational waves have their homologues to the photons in electromagnetism: the gravitons. And there is a zoo of sub-atomic particles interacting through waves (other particles). However, one must understand that no matter what theory we have, these are our 'abstract' ways of interpreting what scientific experimentations reveal. Some more advanced theories that try to generalize all the forces (Grand Unified Theories) are very weird. Some have the need for 10 dimensions... other works with strings... other with vibrations of elementary entities... Before embarking onto a journey into the world of the Grand Unified Theory, I still find it extremely difficult to understand the duality of matter/energy: particles such as the photon, the electron, etc.. can be seen either as waves or as quanta. We are on the macroscopi side and really understand only the classical view of these as quanta (particles) and while we agree on the reality of the quantum world (our computers are based on the tunneling effect in a p-n junction of the 'transistors') none really can picture that world with his/her physical mind. All that to say that there might come some new theories with a concept of Ether, but that really I feel I still have trouble understanding the basic duality of microscopic particles, it is really a paradoxal situation.

I think you have to go inside the definition of the words, like electromagnetism, to explain anything that you are explaining. 
Like, why is there two poles?  Why is there positive negative?  What causes these poles?  Why is the globe getting warmer?  Why is the ice melting?
All of these things can be summarized by one event.  Heat. 
Why does the earth spin and the moon not?
Why is there earthquakes?
What is in the center of the earth?
What is on the surface of the sun?
Those are the mono-poles.
Electromagnetism is caused by the friction of two separate bodies colliding or like a wheel within a wheel and the inner wheel is turning faster. 
The earth is not totally heated by the sun, other than the sun is the center of the earth.
We know that an electron in the atom has a negative charge; it is constantly seeking an inner orbit.  That is what creates the energy in the atom.
We also know that there is no anti-electron and I haven't heard of anti-quarks and according to Stephen Hawking, an anti-electron is a quark that has lost its charge.  And in the nucleus of the atom, the proton is the positive charge and the proton has 6 quarks, I think, and if any of those quarks lost the charge, it would eliminate the opposite quark from the neutron and produce 2 anti-electrons.
A photon is produced by, can I say, friction from the collision of electron and positron which is the anti-electron which is the quark that has lost its charge annihillating both which defines the half-life.
Somewhere far above your head during the daylight hours is something produced during all those collisions called a neutrino.  I wonder why?
What is a neutrino?  Wow, this gets complicated.  Neutrinos have to have some kind of mass because there is an anti-neutrino.  But, they're neutral in electric charge.  What is the positive and negative if there is a neutral.
So electromagnetism cannot be simply explained.

It all has to do with the substances he has put in his body.  Everybody loves Bill Clinton, too, for the same reason.

Does anyone know of any food or other substance(herbs, drugs) that assist in raising spiritual energy, or help bring about the vibration state?
I occasionally take a sleeping pill containing melatonin and valerian root, I've noticed it sometimes seems to help me get into the vibration state faster, no luck projecting yet though, and then the rest of the night I have VIVID dreams.  Anyone have any thoughts/ideas?

You want to raise the energy level or do you want to raise the perception?  It may not be the energy if you dream vividly after you take melatonin.  I suggest you quit taking any over-the-counter sleep aids and go strictly with melatonin.  I don't know that much about valerian root other than it is a natural root of a tree.  Well, I just saw something which may cause a small reaction.  Valerian root is a 'inverse agonist.'  You have agonist (exciter), antagonist (repeller), and inverse agonist (returner). Methodone is an partial agonist, it partially excites the opiod receptors to battle drug addiction or some other type of addiction.  In using valerian root, you cause the receptors to bind to the other receptors of melatonin.  Melatonin is made in your brain by the seratonin secreted from your pineal gland.  But, you have 3 types of melatonin in the body. 

There is a something that helps your body in the area of reception of any outside energy and that is chlorophyll or copper chlorophyllum.  But nothing beats vitamin B12 during the day to improve the nerve function, memory, and energy.  All of the other sleeping drugs mimic the chemical nature of melatonin.  I believe melatonin to be the stuff used by the Mayans. 

There is another thing to help with the dreams and that is nasal spray. 

hi everyone    im not to experienced with chakaras and yesterday during one of my obe attempts my third eye chakara was beating pretty hard and i was wondernig if anyone could explain to me whats goin on?

Do you think that since the 'Third-Eye' chakra is the receiver of the energy flowing down from the 'Crown' chakra, the energy that starts its flow does not have a clear channel to the lower 'chakras?'  Do you have any neck or back trouble or pain?  I suggest Reiki. 

But, calmness is required for any type of meditation or energy work and the reason it is throbbing is because of the heartbeat, I think.  You probably get excited when you start any astral work.  Not to worry.  Do not think of pain.  Go in cadence with the pulse.

Hey all, recently I tried to open my third eye by rolling my physical eyes up to the place the third eye should be. Well when I did this I saw for a moment two green eyes directly above the place of my physical eyes, and by green I mean completely green. Was this just an illusion or were they actual eyes? Can someone please explain what I saw?

Yes . . . this is what happens when I close my eyes while listening to sounds or like Adrian's Abyss.  And dainch is right, I think, but with me I separate from the eyes and I see a head and then the chest and when I'm listening to the pulses, my eyes react as though in REM sleep. I have to tell y'all what I have learned:

Your eyeballs are filled with a liquid.  When you slosh that liquid around, the pressure of it going side to side puts pressure on the rods and cones that are in your eyeball.  I guess it is like having a neurosurgeon operate and make you think certain things by putting pressure in certain locations.  Your brain is so absolutely magnificent.

Now, when I am listening to the recording, my eyes are going back and forth and I can actually see the swirling of the liquid in my eyeball.  I concentrate on the center of the left swirl (those swirls are probably what you see).  I draw myself into it and it is like going into a tunnel with daylight on the other end.  I am in the tunnel for a time and when I get to the light, I come out of the tunnel and I notice the motion of hands and I hear voices saying, 'This way; C'mon.'

Well, I have been having wonderful dreams and that brings me to what Stookie said about the 'third-eye.'  From what I understand, the pineal gland secretes a hormone at the end of the day probably triggered by the nighttime interaction of the degree to which the sun shines on the surface of the moon and causes a slight reverse field of magnetism (Which is probably why there is more crime and strange animal behavior).  When the serotonin is excreted it is changed into melatonin.  These hormones, I believe, are responsible for shutting down the outside memories of light and causing the eyes to become the brain.  Which brings me to an explanation of Iridology.  I just came up with the idea (not Iridology): 

The Iris of your eye is said to correspond to certain areas of the body.  The ring around your pupil is said to be your food canal, for instance.  It's like a round 3-D image of your body.   The melatonin might work with the synapses making them fire and since your brain is not restricted by your outside view of stuff, the way you react to the firing of the rods and cones by pressure is the same way you react to things you see on the outside. 

I guess the best way to see the eyes of the spirit is look at a bright light or the sun and then close your eyes. 

Morning_star says there is no 4th eye.  What is that?  Our souls have one eye. 

We would not know that we have two eyes if we could not close one of them.  (I just came up with that, too)

Actually, I do not see my body when I am in the astral world.  I see other bodies, I hear them talking to me and I talk with them.  So, you're right, I suppose.

I guess it is what you pay attention to the most.  And Stookie, I think 'chakras' are the energy 'junctions' in your body.  And the idea of us not having 360 degree sight is not right to some people.  You do not have color perception directed toward the rear of your head, but you do have a type of perception maybe caused by your energy body.

And that is what everybody is.  A spiritual being having an earthly existence.

I agree with you greggkroodsma.  I am mostly talking about the pharmaceutical industry.

I fear conventional medicine.  And I believe that many doctors are brainwashed.

Well, I guess it's like anything; you have a choice and the choice is usually biased when it comes to your personal health, you hurt you want fast relief, but of course, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.  I do not beleve the doctors are brainwashed, they just want to get rid of the whining patients.

I once flatted with a guy who had prostate cancer, his specialist said there was nothing more he could do and that he could only expect to get worse. What did he do in light of this? Didnt listen to him! He started taking B-17 and loads of apricot seeds and he was beating it. Didnt have no in his heart.

Cancer Cannot Be Cured, Only Killed.

What is cancer?  Up a little Cavernstoy had the cure.  All cancers are parasites.  The parasite zapper. 
There was a study done a few years back that stated that cancer was the cells refusal to die.  You body must replace itself, each cell has a life and somehow the body gets rid of the dead cells.  When a cell refuses to die, to live it must consume nourishment and that food is the cells around it.  I don't think that is true, though.  But, that is the thinking behind the chemical treatment of cancer.  If a cell in your body does not die and it is supposed to, the body will not recognize it as dead and the immune system will not be activated to kill the cell. 
Look at a tumor. What is it?  A very tough cyst.  A paracite that has mimicked the good cells around it and made a home, surrounded itself with a protective bubble and its environment is the refuse that comes from its cosumption of the cells around it and the toilet overflows into your system and then your immune system is activated.  The strongest immune cells in your body are perhaps the T-cells.  Cancers that are malignant can fight off the T-cell, so the doctors that study these things have developed chemicals that attack the cancer.
Actually, there was a woman years ago that was given a government grant to research and find a cure for cancer.  I think her name was Hulda Clark.  She found the cure and she opened up her own office and cured all kinds of cancers.  Her cure?  She invented a Parasite Zapper.  In her studies she found ALL sicknesses were caused by parasites.  What happened to her discoveries?  In the course of her studies, she wrote books and gave lectures on her invention, but for some reason, the government sent her away, deported her.  She wrote a book titled, 'The Cure For All Cancers,' and in it she details the patients and what they had and what she did and how they were cured. 
She lists the frequencies of all the bad parasites and details some products and liquids and everyday things that you use that cause bad things.

Haha you know I had that same thought myself. I think SOME of the stuff on that site is truthful like... yes there are some alternative health scams out there (same goes for anything tho) but theres so much stuff on quackwatch where they say "this is quackery, unsubstantiated claims" when i KNOW it works. They're extremely biased. I really want to find a health site with pure UNBIASED (for or against) information.

The only thing that makes anything a scam is that it promises something and you pay for it and do not get what you pay for. 
What you call a 'quack' is a person who claims to be able to heal you using a technique and the technique is false.  Somebody who claims to be a doctor and is not is just a liar; false representation.
The Pharmaceutical industry is none of the above. 
But, read the writeups on their drugs that they produce, such as those they say have RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) and use their drug.  They have visible TV commercials that say the same thing.  'When taking this medication, you may fall asleep during regular activities, such as driving yor car.'
And some of the newer drugs that are out on the market have writeups claiming that a known side effect is death.
The whole society is now in a gambling attitude.  Dog tracks, casinos, cruise ships, lottos everwhere.  You gamble when you drive your car down the road.  The odds are in your favor if you are an experienced driver. 
But, you take a drug produced by the Pharmaceutical Industry, the odds are not in your favor.  Your body has to dispose of the drugs you take and some have taken them for years and are walking around the picture of health.  Why?  Has the drug done that?  Maybe the drug has masked the symptoms to allow you to be a poster child, but that drug is a foreign substance to your body and the more of that substance you put in your body, the more your body is going to accept.  And whatever the side effects of that drug are, will start occuring.
They got around that though.  They just produce another drug to counteract the side effects.  More foreign stuff in your body that could have been stopped initially by natural flora; plants of the earth. 
Some of the medications that are on the market now are claiming to be less stressful on the liver and kidneys; organic. 
Well, the Colombine shooting and the most recent mall shooting are really a chain of events that signify what is being done to the children by the parents and the parents are the ones being duped into beleiving that medication like Ritalin and other psychoeffective drugs work.  Yes, they are very effective in destroying lives.
I watched the replay of the interview of the mother of the guy who did the recent mall shooting and it is like society is now numb to the fact that it is deathly ill.  Society is sick and getting sicker and pharmaceutical drugs are masking symptoms to allow continuation of this way of life.
Am I scared of the medical industry?  No, I am here because of doctors and nurses who knew what they were doing saved me.  It is the Pharmaceutical Industry that is the one to be feared.

The chemical is the focus.  With the mushrooms, it is Psyllicibin, or whatever.  Naturally occuring in your body is another and that was extracted from corpses in the times of the Mayan and that is . . . Melatonin.  That is made from the Seratonin excreted from the pineal gland.  Everybody makes it to allow the brain light to shut down so they can sleep.  The Mayans had made a chemical that mimicks Melatonin.  Their civilization disappeared and the ancestors of the race remained which was the natives of the land.  Some started using Peyote and other naturally occuring things like tobacco and some say marijuana.  But, the chemical now that has caused much trouble in the Eastern world, especially areas around Turkey, Iran, and Iraq is poppy.  You can see by looking at where the people are going and what has happened to every civilization that uses chemicals for any means that the use of anything that has to be introduced physically to your body will kill you and your civilization.  Liquor is no different.  Cigarettes are worse.  Pot is like the happy way to remove yourself from the parade of generations.
