Ask yourself the question, 'Do you mean the physicians who have spent their time in colleges learning about the body and its processes and who take out the tumors and bad things sometimes and patch up wounds and broken bones are the ones to be feared or is it the pharmaceutical industry that sells and dupes the whole world into believing that the chemicals that they invent are better than the doctors?'

Cow's milk and every other animal that is farmed for the purpose of  feeding the populace are full of Estrogen and other animal vaccines, do y'all understand that?!  Do y'all understand what is in the vaccines that they are giving in schools now?  You talk about terrorism!

The only point that I can get from reading the whole terrorist argument is the chemicals that have been invented have been killing the infant.  Which pharmaceutical company has just yesterday recalled millions of children's cough medications?  I think it was Merck & Co.  But, there is Cialis and all of the other prick treeing drugs that are just going to cause so much problems in later years because that is like concentrated cocaine.

When you say 'medical industry,' you are speaking of the industrial output of medical equipment, i.e. prosthetic devices, artificial limbs, etc.  The Pharmaceutical industry is in charge of the chemical aspect of healing and that takes everybodies mind away from the natural kingdom into the unnatural.

Guns and bombs are not natural, but that is where we are!

What I mean is, using the alarm clock method your goal is to screw up your sleeping patterns and trick your body. It's then supposed to allow you to wake up in sleep paralysis or very near it.

Screw up your sleep pattern?  I think it is more like you'll be making a sleep pattern.  I do think that I have had some type of sleep paralysis before, but I cannot unconsciously project or I cannot project unless I am consciously aware.  But, I can see where the alarm clock method would work except the alarm clock would have to go off by itself the last time or you would have to have your consciousness vibrating at the same rate as the alarm and you would then be 'riding the waves of sound.'  And that would involve a pleasant frequency, not an irritant to make you want to get up and turn it off.  That is the point of brain entrainment, I think, with the use of frequencies.  Actually, I do not think you can trick your body.  You can be suave and debonair with the body and it will follow or you can be harsh with it and it will follow, but eventually, you become one with your body and you will do what you have trained your body to do, harshly or debonairly.

According to some studies done, time is rapidly speeding up.  You can actually realize this just by the inventions of the times.  Everything is getting smaller and faster.  You don't have to sit down and plan your meal and cook and clean, you can fast food it.  The cars are smaller and faster.  Appliances are quicker and easier.  I think we are scaring ourselves by bringing the future to us so quickly.  We see that what is happening is happening but we can't stop it.  Is 2012 a good place to stop?  The Mayan civilization stopped way before then.  Who is supposed to stop in 2012?  Did the Mayan people write on their calendars in the time they had that the earth would experience a cataclysmic upheaval that would cover all of the on-land pyramids in 2012?  Which one of the pyramids on this earth is under water yet?  How come the writings found with these pyramids are said to be from times long long ago?  Has there ever been an axis shift?  I believe the earth is being sqashed and in 2012, we will be psychically transported to Jupiter.

That is excellent stuff!  I mean, the car of the future will run off of the paint which will charge the turbo-charged micro atom smasher so you won't need the gas and you won't have to worry about dead batteries.  Wow, they could build houses of aluminum and paint it with that kind of pain that they're talking about and you won't have to have power lines.  But, there is a problem with that.  In a massive pile up on the highway with several cars and trucks, there might be a problem with the force field that surrounds these cars and for that matter you might better not touch the car in the rain.

Every night before I drop off to sleep I will try to "see" with my Third Eye.
Sometimes I get all sorts of color patterns.  Other times I will see images.
Nothing lasts but for a split second and morphs into something else.

I swear I see "Faces" at times.  One time I was looking and it dawned on me I was seeing a room from an upside down position and in the corner of the ceiling....odd.

When you go to sleep, your third-eye produces melatonin to shut down your outward sight and opens your internal sight.  What you see are the electrical charges withing your brain.  That is how you dream.  In a normal brain, the vision turns into colors and sounds and movement and scenery and people and places and things that you remember.

If it is called the 'third-eye,' is it any different in structure and function that the other two?  Like, does it have an eye-lid? Well, yes it does.  The eye-lid is called melatonin.  Y'all know so little about this 'third-eye.'  It does not 'open up.'  It 'closes' to the outside world.  That is what you want to do.  When you sleep, your 'third-eye' produces melatonin to shut off the outward direction of your vision.  I'll give you a little secret.  The Mayan culture had a substance called MLT.  It is Methyltryptamine.  They say this stuff caused them to see into the ethereal world.  Do you know what MLT is?  You got it buddy!  It is the synthetic of the natural substance produced by your third-eye;  5-methoxy-N-acetyltryptamine.  I am going to find my own calendar!

You want some experience?

I was working security at a local hospital on the graveyard shift sitting at a desk behind the main entrance.  It is dark and silent; perfect for body energy work.  Well, something caused me to get up and go backwards into the back hall and when I did, there was a man walking toward a section that had the Emergency Room check-in during the daytime because they were working on the regular ER during the day and at night the secretary could go back to her regular desk.  It was unusual for somebody to wander back there at night, so I stopped him and said rather buntly, 'You can't go in there sir.'  He stopped and then started again.  I repeated a little louder, 'You can't go in there sir.'  He turned around and almost ran out the back door.  I walked to the front and there he was driving by in a car.  Sat down for a few minutes and one of the other employees came running in to me and said, 'The ER secretary told me she just heard gunshots.'   So, I followed procedure and called the police and reported what she heard.  The police investigated and found nothing.  In the meantime, there was a very loud electrical fire smell in the back hall and before I pulled any fire alarm I made sure there was no fire.  I let the other people know that there was a smell of fire and if they saw burning, they know what to do.  Well, the morning passed and about 5:00 some kitchen people came running in and they were screaming, 'Gregg, there's a car shot full of holes out here!'  So, I called the police back and said, 'We found a car out here shot full of holes,' so they sent out their investigator. 
To make a long story a little shorter, the gunshots came from the ER secretary's boyfriend and what I smelled was the gun.  Yes, it was the guy who I stopped from going into that room.  Opening your third-eye?  Unless your body is telling you to sleep, it is always open and it can see things that you wouldn't believe. 

Ever since I was a young boy, I always felt much energy in my chest area, especially when around girls.  It didn't matter who the girl was, I loved them.  This strong energy stayed with me up until two years ago, when it suddenly disappearred, and now the only thing I can feel in any of my chakras is fear.  I don't get angry, I don't fall in love, I just have overwhelming fear.  I also used to have a lot of energy in my solar plexus area, which was my motivation, and am pretty sure allowed me to fend for my own in any negative astral encounter.  All this is gone as well...  I was wondering if there were any way I could bring back feeling to my heart, and rekindle my inner fire...

How many negative astral encounters have you had?  If there is nothing causing you to be so fearful, it is an imbalance in the energy system.  This can be taken care of in two ways and it does take time to fix.  The problem is about two years old so it will take at least a year to fix it because what happened was you had a hormonal imbalance and that caused a different energy pattern to flow through your body.  You may have a slight increase if you start with some vitamin B-12.  You see, there is a separate energy center in your heart.  Everybody has one.  This is no ethereal center like the chakras; it is actually there.  Your heart wouldn't beat without it.  And the overwhelming fear is the biggest problem to self-esteem.  There is no reason for you to be so fearful unless someone is chasing you with a ball bat.  Find some natural hormone called progesterone and in time you'll be able to turn around and face those fears.

You really can't do anything unless you have it in your attention.  There's attention and intention.  What do you intend to do with that that is in your attention.  The concept of everything being part of an energy field is one thing to know but having the power to receive the impulse from the field is another. 
You want to know what the energy is?  The ionic impulses.  Energy itself is ionic.

One day she got fed up with me ignoring her.  She told me to pack my things and leave or they would be in the yard by the time I got home from work.  I refused simply because I was paying the bills and it would endanger our daughter since she had no job.  She did not like that.. Keep in mind I'm a computer geek hardcore..  She kicks my computer across the floor knocking my tower over.. it was bad..  I got in her face and raised my voice.. If someone trashed your favorite something in your life you would do the same.. Thats all I planned to do was voice my opinion and tell her to stop and give me time to pack and leave.. She shoves me at that point.. I shove back and tell her neverThe retaliatory shove was what set her off..   to lay a hand on me because I would never hit her.... she comes at me swinging..  I still couldn't bring myself to hit her.. I simply dodged a couple of punches before I grabbed her wrists and told her to stop over and over..  This holding of the fists lasted a couple of minutes and she wasnt backing down..  The could not get free to punch me and I wasnt letting go until she yielded.  Then came a kick from her to my groin... That was it for me.. I knew I had to do something to end this fight and so I simply stuck my leg behind her legs and pushed her to the ground slamming her somewhat firmly only to make sure she would think twice before jumping back up and swinging again.

Shut up about your unconditional love to her!  You forcefully hit her twice!  Both of you had the option to stop.  And that is why you were arrested for domestic abuse.  Now, you keep crying to somebody to help you understand this.  And you keep telling us what a third of you is doing.

This is my suggestion.  Find a proven detoxification program and learn how to administer that to your child.  And it would not be a bad idea if you considered that also. 

A great intro there!  It shows concentration on the sound.  But then, we get into the place where all you feel are vibrations; the cause of the sound.  In the brain, the sounds do what the sounds do.  They move in waves.  You know, you could be on your bed flailing about and in your mind, you're just as still but then what you see is progressing, moving, and yet you're paralyzed.  A conundromous experience, that is.  Answering the questions:

1.) What is the average amount of time it takes you to get into the sleep paralysis state/feel vibrations?

 
#1  I'm really not paying attention to the time it takes and to stop any attention to the time, there is vibrations around me always from beginning to end.  But, there was a time when I had to pay attention to it to see how long it would be before I could start.  Start what, you ask.  Well, I guess it is starting to record all of the scenery, the actions, the life around me, and my interactions with them.  I realize there are possibly levels that you could be in or on, but each level is of a different vibration.  You students of music may recognize Octaves.  There's Melody and Harmony and scale within each Octave.

   1.) What is the average amount of time it takes you to get into the sleep paralysis state/feel vibrations?

#2  It all depends on your state.  How can you help but be around a whole bunch of people when the Spirit calls and says, 'Hey, pay attention to this.'  Octaves.  You have to train your brain to listen and distinguish between Octaves.  Whenever you get the chance, if you haven't already, take a college course on Music.

3.) Does it take large amounts of concentration?

#3  Before you get into the 'zone' of different Octaves, you do spend a lot of time 'trying' because you don't really realize that you're in an octave and you might be a little off in your adjustments to the actual rhythm of everything that is going on.  But when you recover and most people do long enough to get into the rhythm, your threshold may be a little low for the Octave you're in.  And you find yourself losing ground and going back to what you were doing.

4.) In your opinion is it easier to do successfully than it is with phasing?

I'm new to this word 'phasing,' but what I am thinking is fluctuations between times or places.  I was watching 'Star Trek: Generations' and there is this scene where Scotty, the engineer, was looking at a screen and he says, 'But they're phasing in and out of our time continuum.'  That is the greatest instructive series that Star Trek is.  If you have gotten anything out of this, I wish it to be Octaves. 
Don't sing a new song or pipe to a different tune, if you really want to make a difference, sing the same tune an octave higher.

I havent been focusing on science perhaps nearly as much as I should, so bear with me. I was thinking of quantum mechanics while sleeping. My line of thought, dark energy being effected by magnetism turned out to be bogus, or I couldnt make it work, but it sparked my interest. I only just thought this up, it probably isnt perfect.

The idea of air bubbles in water came to mind, and how all planets and atoms are influenced to form spheres, despite  their kinetic movements.

I propose that all matter is being pushed on at all sides by all the dark energy in the universe. That dark energy is like a layer of rubber across the universe, that is it wants to be evenly distributed everywhere. Perhaps the reason the universe is expanding is not because there is more dark energy being created, but that dark energy is spreading out, trying to make itself evenly distributed. To dark energy matter is an invasive energy pushing it away, therefore it tries to enter the space where an atom is and pushes on the walls of the atom, making it spherical. The denser an atom is the more dark energy it pushes out, therefore the more dark energy pushes on the walls of the atom. Being classified as void by dark energy gives matter the ability to clump together, to dark energy, a planet is a large atom, this creates gravity in the matter's immediate area. We (us, atoms, planets) are like waterbugs walking on the surface of a spherical pond.

When you think of a big glass of water with things floating around and you take that and compare with the universe and all the planets and say that is the same does not really lead you to think any other way.  Now, if you put water equal to dark energy and make the universe the big glass of water, wouldn't we be falling to the bottom?  I get your idea of we are waterbugs walking on the surface of a spherical pond, but it is impossible to walk on water.  So that makes dark energy something totally differrent than anything we can think of.  Blast anything into outer space and what happens?  The dark energy does not stop it.  In fact, dark energy lets it go. 
It's the atmosphere of this earth that is water and you can only jump so high.  So, I don't think that any words can describe what you call 'dark energy.'  In distant galaxies scientists have found evidence of the beginnings of life or the beginning compunds.  Those are the simplest sugar compounds and I think it is this sugar compond that holds everything in its place.  Pretty sticky stuff.

When you watch certain Star Trek movies when they go into a 'Holodek' on the ship, I guess that gives a little idea.  A person comes to a door and tells the computer to generate a scene of some specific place and time.  That could probably be done now, I don't know.
But, to personally create a holographic world would be more interesting; at least you would be the one creating the world, not a world based on known historical facts.
First, you have to understand how you see things.  I mean, how the vision goes into your brain and what causes the vision as far as the make-up of the eye.  I think the scientists have discovered one other creature that has eyes similar to those of humans and that is a deep-sea fish.  I am talking about the rods and cones in the iris. 
Iridology is the study of the iris of the eye.  My opinion is that the iris of the eye is a 3-D image of your system.  A holographic representation.  Inside your brain is what some believe is the 'third-eye.'  The iris of that eye is your face.  Wrinkles on the face tell a story of your insides. 
Somebody has just come out with the difference between the ability to visualize and the ability to create holograms.
I believe the difference is in the intention.  You can visualize a ten thousand man army surrounding you to protect you, but you can still be shot by the enemy.
To create something holographically, you not only need intention, but a time factor is involved as well.  I don't think there is anything new as far as types of people, animals, places, etc. that can be created.  You are supplied with the characters, you have no need to create those. 
You can image your surroundings and the image may or may not be true, depending on what you imagine.
Ok, let me start it this way:  You own a business.  The business has no customers.  You have supplied the framework for a Holographic stage and in it there is products for all the characters; you just need those characters.  Well, sitting down for 10 minutes and imaging your business full of customers buying your products will not work.  But, persistent continual imaging day after day will fill the images in your mind with substance.
