Hi All,

I am thinking, seeing as there are alot of praticioners here of OBE, has anybody attempting to, or have had any luck trying to find this Girl.  I have tried, but absolutely no luck.

Thanks for the reply MJ, I beleive you are correct and that these attacks are a manifistation on my sub- conscious, i know in the past i have gotten rid of the attacker, by basically confronting it and saying "your not really there and its only my imagination".  The worst thing i can do is start to fight with the attacker, as this just makes it more real.  I think what I need to do is limit the amoun tof time that i spend in focus 10 or as Frank would call focus 2, and move on as quickly as possible to the 3d Blackness and then onto focus 3.

Hi all,

I can't believe its nearly 2 years since I last active on the forum.  Anyway I am back.  So I thought I look for input into something which happens to me regularly.  Firstly let me say that i don't subscribe to the mystic side of AP, for a couple of years now, and find that phasing is much more successful for me.
For a long time now, sometimes when i am in the mind awake/body asleep situation, I get physically attacked by something, usually while it is a bit uncomfortable it doesn't frighten me too much, as I don't believe its anything but my own creation, not subscribling to the mystical negs .  Certainly if I hadn't had an interest or a bit of knowledge in this type of thing it would have scared the s**t out me, however i am more annoyed that it waste's opportunities that i could go off exploring.

Anybody have any idea's why I am creating this situation, and how to prevent it.

Hi,

I wonder while you were out, did you have doubts about being able to pass thru walls etc.  I have on occasion had similiar situation, but once I have affirmed to myself, that walking thru walls etc isn't a problem.  It normally works fine.

While I definately wouldn't claim to be a master, I have projected alot over the last 15 years.  And while  I am well accustomed to reality fluctuations while in my local RTZ,  this is the first time that I have met and spoken to my wife, while being out.  I have of course seen her reguraly lying next to me when I do exit.  
This episode of meeting and talking to her, has thrown a spanner in the works, and made me question  the validity of other OBE's that I've had.

Thxs guys for your replies, which gives me alot of food for thought.  I suppose I will just experment a bit further.  Even do as time goes on, I am loseing more interest in RTZ projection, and concentrating more on the Astral.

Last night I went to bed quite early, leaving my wife downstairs to finish feeding our daughter,  I read a few pages of AD before turning off the light.  It wasn't long before i was able to shift my conscious outside of my body.  Once outside, I thought to myself wouldn't it be fun to travel downstairs to visit my wife.  So that is what i did, and this is where things become strange.

As soon, as i came into the room, i could see that my wife could see me, we chatted for a while about me being out of body etc.  I then returned to my body.  

When my wife did come to bed I asked her if she had seen me, she said no, and neither has she fallen asleep.  

So I need to know what happened, Did my OBE just turn into a lucid dream.  Or can this be put down to a reality fluctuation.
I might also add that a dog, that we recently re-homed also seemed to be there looking for a petting.

Hi all,

I'd like to share my last night experience with you all and maybe get some feedback as to whether i had slipped from an AP into a lucid dream.

It started last night, with me getting up at 2am to feed our newborn.  When I returned to bed I started my normal procedure to leave my body.  Once out, I flex thru my bedroom window and landed on the ground below.  I immediately attempted to increase energy before, taking off flying at 45 degrees upwards very quickly.  When I had been flying for a bit I started to visualize the island.
I soon found my self underwater,  before rising to the top.  Once I surface I could see that I was at the edge of a shore line.  I saw a large structure off to the right, which looked like a hotel and had lots of activity going on.  I approached and entered the structure, where i joined a line of people being greeted and welcomed.  It appeared that people would be staying there and were being shown to rooms.  When it came to my turn, I had a quick word with the host, before returning to my physical body.

Not to sure if at some stage I had slipped into a Lucid Dream, or if in fact I had visited another astral realm, either the island or somewhere similar.
Any thoughts?

Hi Folks,

Last night after listening to Tommi's vibration starter for about 45 minutes, I tool off my head phones and relaxed on my back in my bed, within about 10 minutes I found myself standing outside my body still in my bedroom, things were quite dark as they normally are when I AP, but light enough to see.  I proceeded to leave my room and go downstairs and into the utility room at the back of the Kitchen where our dog sleeps.  When I entered the room, she became alert and came towards me looking for a petting as she normally would.

My question is, Is it that animals can see the astral body, or that she happened to be a sleep and her own astral body (if animals have astral bodies) was hovering close by, and it was this that I interacted with?

Of course maybe I was dreaming, but I don't think so[].

On at least 2 occasions, while out of my body, I have seen my dog.  On both occasions she was very aware and happy to see me.

SO I think its possible.

I have had some good success using tommi's vibration starter preset.  Generally I would listen to it for about an hour, then take off headphones, vibrations usually start then within 10 minutes.  Sucessful OBE then afterwards.

I also have this problem.  Except that it happens nearly 99 % of the time i have an OBE, It generally doesn't make a difference what the light level is physically in the room.  Its like I am walking around with sun glasses on.

Also sometimes after leaving my body, if i try and pass thru my bedroom window or wall, it may take a couple of tries before being able to pass thru,has anybody else experienced this?
