Thoughts become things.

Analyze the above and see what you need to change in your perspective about existence as a whole in the multiverse. It's not easy to do that, but the more you learn about the purpose of existing in controlled environments and other realities, the easier will become to dissolve beliefs that are holding you back from experiencing the wonders of each reality.

Pray tell Lightbeam, tell us more. Not to "hijack" EV's thread here, but I love experimenting anew!  smiley

Oh, nothing I haven't mentioned on this board before. It's just when I wake up early morning, but still need a few hrs of sleep, when I position myself to go back to sleep, I imagine that my bed in a hammock and I imagine swaying side to side as I drift back to sleep. I don't have to think anything else, just feel the inner motion. That triggers strong vibes within a few minutes as your brain waves start to slow down. Now, I am not sure if one needs to have already adjusted mind set so to speak in order to have this quick trick work. I practice the regular techniques before bed at least 3 times per week.
I also do affirmations before bed with clear statements where do I want to go, or what do I want to explore. This is very helpful once you are there to remember.

So what jump-started your experiences at 20-something?

Well, I came across one of Robert Monroe's books when I was 16-17. Bu at that time there was no internet and we only relied on books to get info. At that time also in my country I don't think there was anything else available on the OBE subject. When I read it I was like, OMG this is one of the ways to go into the beyond. I was soooooo excited that I started applying his instruction on how he was achieving OBE, but I never succeeded that way. I tried for years to lay down, relax and imagine that I am floating. From what  read of many people's tries, simply meditating does not work very well. You may achieve numbness and visuals like I did, but nothing like a complete disconnection of this reality and 100% being "there" with full interaction and perception.
Until, one day a decade later, I read William Buhlman's first book, followed his motion/visualization technique as I was falling asleep every night and sometime in the third week, I had a full blown OBE. Since then, I have been practicing this technique, added a few other short cuts I discovered and it's been a great journey.

I feel like an outsider  undecided I never had any unusual dreams or NP experiences as a child. I don't even remember what kind of dreams I had, if any. I only remember being scared of the dark and sleeping with a night light on. The only episode I had was the ET appearance, but that was here in this reality.  However, as I have mentioned before, I have always known without experiencing it consciously that there were many other worlds. I used to tell my friends that they are invisible to us, we just have to find a way to get there. I've always had answers about the unseen, and finally when I found a way to enter and explore the rest of the multiverse (in my 20s), I found out that I was right. I think children retain the connection until the "real world" takes over their minds.

So, since we can now agree that there is some kind of structure "there". Can we also agree that we are being lead to that conclusion for some greater good?

When this structure gets shaken, we can hold it from collapsing. Hopefully Smiley

It seem like you are feeling lonely. Sign up on meetup.com and look for all kind of events in your area. People like you want to get together and socialize. There are groups from book clubs, cooking, hiking, board games, to meditation, yoga, and even AP you may find in your area. Don't be shy, just get out there and have fun. No one has the perfect life. I have a long to do list also for improvements and I also know that time is not on our side, but the more pressure you put on yourself, the more things will get tighter around you (energy wise). Just relax, take a deep breath and start slowly. Don't set deadlines, because every time you don't achieve something by that deadline, the pressure and disappointment grow. You are making efforts and setting up your game plan, which is great, but if you fall, pick yourself up and try again and again and again.....
57  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: Is there such a thing as a non-physical world? on: October 23, 2016, 06:27:48
I think it is reasonable that the organization continues well beyond this; what else would it be? Randomness? Although it sure feels like chaos theory predominates at times, lol.

Nice post, EV. I wouldn't like to think that it could be all randomness. We are free though to travel to different places, stay longer somewhere and contribute to the collective consciousness structure, or create our own little environments from the unlimited raw energy, tune into other characters of our larger spirit and experience things in more  controlled environments (like this slow one), or blend in the highest energy level (if you can reach it) and experience the oneness. But in all that, I think there is order and laws, otherwise it wouldn't make sense and the purpose of it all would be lost.
58  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: Is there such a thing as a non-physical world? on: October 23, 2016, 04:43:41
I agree with Nameless and Lumaza, that we create our experiences, but lets not forget that we think of ourselves as individual spirits, however, we constantly interact with other points of consciousness at all time that they do as well create. Unless we want to isolate ourselves in some raw energy area, we are in a pool of consciousness. Therefore the collective energy create the structure of each area (realm, dimension, etc). There are enough accounts of very similar experiences indeed including my own where we travel to stable worlds, interact with entities and other characters that are not just created out of raw energy before our eyes strictly from our thoughts.
59  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Listening the Hemi-sync's gateway on: October 23, 2016, 02:43:19
You are on the "other" side now at all time. You are just looking through the senses of a physical vehicle on "this side", but that doesn't mean you are no where else. If you take your "eyes" off of the "window" and look around, you will see that you have always been there, you have just been looking through a "window". Has anything ever happened to you?
60  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: Is there such a thing as a non-physical world? on: October 22, 2016, 09:41:40
It is, but it's necessary to the greater cause!  wink

I know, I know. But every time I come back from a great trip, I'm like OMG what a difference  smiley

Speaking about laws of other realities, one time I was in a very stable environment, I communicated with the residents and as I was walking around the court yard, I looked at one of the towers, I thought to change its look and at the moment I focused on changing it, I got kicked out of there and I found myself in a field and in the distance I saw the town. So, that reality was already established and the environment created according to the mutual agreement of the residents. Changing things that affected everyone was not permitted. There were some kind of energy barriers I guess. There are so many realities created by like minded characters continuing their existing in a less dense worlds without physical vehicles but still keeping the characteristics of their lives here as they knew them. And there is nothing wrong with that. You don't have to necessary shed the character the minute your physical body dies. We have eternity to experience whatever we please. Imagine when someone dies and discovers that they can fly, go to places instantly with a single thought, meet loved ones, there is no pain and suffering. It is only natural while the character is still strong to establish environments to continue this type of experience only without the limitations. I have seen so many of these realities. And of course there are so many that we cant even comprehend now what they look like and what kind of characters are there. It's important though to try to remove the veils of our human characters, ask to see more of the unknown and then you will have experiences that you wont even know how to explain with words or interpret them afterwords with your biological brain. All I know is that our existence is full with adventures now and beyond and for eternity. That's pretty exciting.
61  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: Is there such a thing as a non-physical world? on: October 22, 2016, 04:32:24
I am familiar with the concepts of metaphysical "vibrating frequencies", and "density". I can't really make sense of them though...

Well, if a character has negative destructive thoughts they cant tune into a reality that has a "higher" if you will energy quality. That is the simplest example I can think of.
62  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: Is there such a thing as a non-physical world? on: October 22, 2016, 03:53:38
If we forget about the terms "physical" and "non-physical" and call them all realities, things will get much simpler. Realities differ from one another by frequencies, thought responsiveness, stability, density, nature of collective energies, dominance of collective energies, etc. The multiverse is very complex, and with our limitations here we can only speculate. But one thing I know, experiencing a super slow energy reality like ours that require a vehicle in order to interact is rather unpleasant  undecided

Will I come back as a new child in a new family in a different country (because here it sucks)?
Will I have a different life like I become social lucky and briefly a good gentleman or is it gonna be same as this miserable life of mine? It's also funny when I think about it Cheesy
I

Behind pain and suffering there are lessons to be learned. Do you understand what these lessons are for you? If not, then make an effort to find out, change your perspective about life and your reality will change. If you keep thinking that life is miserable, then your thoughts are creating more of these circumstances. Lessons not learned in one life will have to be learned in another, and similar life scenarios will keep lining up.
We exist as infinite number of characters in many realities NOW.

Here is a link for you. I suggest you set hourly reminders on your phone. This may bug you at first but you will get the habit of becoming frequently aware of the present moment. If you want to experience serenity and stillness, then go hiking and observe nature.

65  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: Talking to the Hand on: October 13, 2016, 02:30:35
Oh, one more thing, I've learned to create a mirror type of energy around me when I am among negative energy charged people, so that it bounces off and it doesn't affect me. Just like Lumaza mentioned about sending back and rebounding energy.
66  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: Talking to the Hand on: October 13, 2016, 02:26:42

I began aiding people there however I could and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to explode. I almost passed out. Things were getting dark quick. I then quickly released some of the energy back to the "source" that was supplying it to me and I rebounded quickly.

I remember doing this when I was in high school. I was in the bus one day coming back from school. I was standing, because all the seats were taken. I was in the front of the bus, facing all other passengers. I started observing them and most seemed very sad, probably each one thinking about their problems, etc. I decided to send everyone a cheerful wave of energy. But they way I did it was imagining sending my own energy to the group. After a few minutes I felt lightheaded and nauseous. I stopped and I realized that I should not be focusing on taking from my own energy, but rather accessing the unlimited source, filtering it through my cheerful thoughts, sort of charging it with whatever feeling I needed to send out and then direct it outwards. Since that realization, I never felt drained anymore during sessions.

Plazma, you can address me as "Your Grace" LOL
I agree with Professor X, that all techniques are some sort of focus to direct your consciousness away from this reality. Here a a few popular methods; visualization, motion, phasing, affirmations. I suggest you read William Buhlman's books, pick one technique and practice for at least 4 weeks consistently. You may not see results immediately, it takes time for your awareness to adjust.
69  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Tests, Quests and Challenges on: October 06, 2016, 05:15:10
I see this as a way to keep me feeling "empathy" for those here that are just beginning this practice or those that come here after just experiencing their first terrorizing bout of SP.

This just happened to me this morning. I rarely get scared anymore of SP, but I dont know what happened this time. I was awoken as I was sleeping on my side by loud voices. The voices were  very clear and they sounded like professors were presenting lectures during a scientific conferee. I was about to think of a place and refocus completely, but then a thought popped in my head that some ghost is behind me and will start lifting my blanket. After the fear built up, I tried to wake myself up but I couldn't. Then I thought to myself, wait, you know better, just think of a place. But despite this, my other part felt I should wake up and protect my physical body LOL. So, eventually I did, but that is not typical of me. I laughed in the morning.
70  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: Something I just need to express on: October 06, 2016, 02:09:13
I'm experiencing a lot of emotions right now and a part of me really wants to just keep it to myself. But there's another part of me that knows there is someone else out there that feels the same way or has felt this way before. And lots of those people will never have the courage to speak up and some one needs to speak for them till they can find their own voice.

I'm giddy one moment and depressed the next. Not in a clinical way just that normal way we find ourselves sometimes when we make a new discovery about ourselves, about life, just about anything really.

On the one hand I feel giddy to have people I can share my experiences in the NP with. People who 'get it'. People who are kind and walking their own path. People who are willing to be guides as well receive guidance. People are willing to 'put it out there' despite knowing there will be some who deride these experiences as being make-believe (at best) or insanity (at worse). People who will teach and learn. People on all levels of the experiential and spiritual highway.

On the other hand I sometimes find myself depressed at just how much there is to learn and how difficult it is to be human with all our frailties and desires, mixed emotions and extraneous thinking. I get angry sometimes when people point out someone else's faults (yes, I'm guilty of that too). We all have faults and I don't want to hear how stupid people are or how humans are pests upon the Earth. Even pests have their reason for being as each of us have ours. To claim us, the human animal, as nothing more than a pest or a nuisance is to presume our nurturers are as ignorant as we. What an assumption.

At it's deepest level life really is simple. All you have to do is live. You can live happy, sad, angry, any way you want - just live. That's all. There truly is only thing that separates us all all and put us into differing camps of being and that is attitude.

My whole life I have been plagued or blessed with experiences that many others just don't seem to have. People like me and probably you too if you are reading this know exactly what I mean. We all handle that in our own way and in time we learn how to be. And that is why I am here. I learned how to be out here in the world. Now I want to learn how to be in my world.

There's a lot more I want to say but I think this is enough for now as my chest and my inner Muse is getting emotional.

Love to you all - and light, and hugs.

You are not alone, Nameless. For me, the hardest time of my life so far was when my dad passed away. I was so devastated and the pain was unbearable, that I started shouting questions to whoever was in charge of everything in the universe why is such extreme cruelty and suffering necessary. I could not understand. And honestly sometimes when I read horrific stories on the news, my mind goes numb and I start questioning the design of this world. I understand challenges and difficulties, but when it comes to extreme horrifying events, I question are they necessary.
71  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: We used to call them... on: September 29, 2016, 06:38:20
LightBeam - So you just knew. Did you ever get the sense that any of the other kids 'knew' or have you met others (strangers) you felt also had 'the knowing'? I'm actually really curious as to why some ppl don't seem to know. From my position they are the oddity, lol.

Unfortunately I did not get the sense that they did. When we were in senior high, I would bring up stories from our childhood and they would laugh like we were naive to believe. I look at it that way, if there is a classroom full of students and there is one teacher, I dont think the teacher is the oddball Smiley

Plasma, there is a good reason our bodies produce very little of this chemical. Do your research on the dangers of this drug. We dont encourage the use of any substances (natural or synthetic), which safety has not been determined. I've read many account of users reporting mental and cognitive issues for months after they stopped using this drug.
Also, spiritual growth is not dependent on the ability to focus to non-physical environments.
73  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: We used to call them... on: September 28, 2016, 08:22:14

I distinctly remember sitting in my third grade class, looking at all the other students, and realizing that I am somehow an alien being placed here among them...

Ha, I've had the same thoughts when I was a child. For a while I felt so different, that I was seriously thinking that some alien race dropped me here on earth and I was wondering when were they coming to get me back LOL.
74  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: We used to call them... on: September 27, 2016, 22:41:47

So I wonder why you didn't start to lose your beliefs? You've tapped into where I am trying to go with this.

Our main thing was discussing hidden portals and going through them to different worlds. As a child I did not experience any AP or LDs or extraordinary events, except one ET encounter. I consider ETs from our reality as something normal. Just like meeting ppl from another country in a smaller scale if you will. But I just have that knowing that these other worlds existed, although we just dreamed of finding these portals. Well, I found them, of course cant teleport with my physical body, but that is irrelevant since the experiences in the other dimensions with your spirit feel even more real than in this reality.
75  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: We used to call them... on: September 27, 2016, 15:30:33
Once again, "remembering" what we once knew. Then being told to forget it, lol!  rolleyes tongue

Yes, I remember when I was a child, me and my friends from the neighborhood believed in magic, fairy lands, fantasy creatures, ETs, etc. We would spend long nights during the summer vacations talking with such enthusiasm about visiting other worlds, having magical objects, etc. It was so much fun. Well, when we started to grow up I observed how slowly all the magic from our lives started to disappear, as the "real" world started to take over our lives. I was very disappointed and a little confused, because I wasn't loosing my beliefs. They still remain to this day as they were back then. And one day (as a grown up) I actually discovered that they were real. I experienced them myself. I knew I was right and they were wrong,  but it was very sad and lonely to not be able to share this with my friends like before.

As far as name changing, I' ve experienced them all, from fairies, creatures and magical lands, to ETs (one incident in the physical world), ghosts (in the physical world), lost souls, diseased relatives, intention becoming a reality in the physical world, oneness in the high realms, etc. I don't like to loose any of them. After all, anything you desire to experience becomes a reality for you whatever term you wish to use.
