526  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Re: remembering your AP on: April 14, 2013, 21:20:32

I know that you are not calling dreams junk but the west feels like this in general about dreaming.

No definitely dreams are not junk. They help us evaluate our deep beliefs and fears. Sometimes dreams can be precognitive, and sometimes passed on loved ones may pop in to give us messages. But most of them are reflections. I said I don't pay attention to them because I know that being human I cant escape certain fears, so unpleasant dreams do not concern me because I know what they are. On the other hand when I have full awareness and am able to navigate the experiences with my entire knowledge and wisdom behind, I never have unpleasant APs.
527  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Re: remembering your AP on: April 14, 2013, 15:35:27
I remember all of my APs like I remember significant physical events. They are different than dreams, where you can wake up and have fade memories and fragments. I don't pay attention to dreams because they are results of my own sub consciousness manipulating astral energy and creating temporary scenarios. They do take place in the astral, but only in the immediate layer of your thoughts, and they are influenced by our everyday physical life and events. APs on the other hand are manipulated by most of your awareness, thus allowing you to take the lead so to speak, realize where you are and what are you experiencing and transfer the full content of the experience into your physical brain and remember it. Also during APs if you are experienced you can visit places outside of your immediate thought responsive layer of the astral and actually explore more stable already established worlds and communicate with real entities.
I haven't read much of Robert Bruce, but I have read both William Buhlman's books and I don't recall him speaking of difficulty remembering his OBEs.
528  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: My plans for the astral plane. Are they realistic? on: April 08, 2013, 02:36:37
I am a big fan of mythology and in my country dragons are one of the main characters of many tales. Some of them wise and some of them bad. I believe that legends have some truth to them. In the distant past our reality may have been closer or merging to parallel worlds where these creatures live. Who knows. But nothing really is impossible in the astral. Whether it will be created by you, or your thoughts will take you to existing places.
By the way, how good are you at AP. During these 3 years of experiences have you tried getting there?
529  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Sharing astral journeys and dreams on: April 08, 2013, 01:34:16
I'll repost my experience again to reply to this question.
I don't have many experiences in the RTZ, except when I get homesick and decide to fly to my childhood house.
And this is the only time when someone recalled in their dream that I was there and confirm what we both experienced. So, before I describe the experience, to your question if dreams take place in the astral, absolutely, however it is the zone where we are projected within the reality composed exclusively of our thoughts. That includes fears as well, explaining terrors, demons, negative dreams, etc. As long as we are connected to a physical vehicle and are focused into a slow dense energy reality we cant perceive the higher realms with full awareness. The near death experiences for example are more vivid and stable than the astral projection accounts. So, in a way even though I have experienced many different frequency realities, I don't know for sure what will it be when I am completely free of this physical body. Anyway, here is my experience:

"I ended up at home in my country and saw my sister. We were sitting at a restaurant and I said that I wanted to order some chocolate cake, because in real life I was on a diet and I could not have any. So they brought us a huge slice and we both started eating. The taste in the astral is so much more enhanced. That thing was so delicious, that I want to go back for more lol. Then I was telling her that we were out in the astral and to convince her, I grabbed her waist and we both flew few feet off the ground. Then I told her, “now, you try flying by yourself” and she flew off and disappeared in the sky.
After that I was walking by myself somewhere and I was thinking about my physical body, but I didn’t seem to loose control and snap back. So I thought about it and I thought about it and I said to my self that I must be dead, since I am not returning. But for some reason that thought did not bother me at all. In fact I felt liberated somehow. Eventually I woke up!

The next day I was talking to my sister and as I was telling her that in my OBE I found her, she interrupted me and started telling me that during my exact time of OBE, she was taking an afternoon nap (time difference) and she was dreaming that she was flying. Then I continued telling her that in fact I was showing her how to fly and sent her off on her own. She could not believe it!!!!!"""

we both gain something which makes it kind of a win-win situation. So you have no reason to be mad at me Sad

I was just joking  tongue, but that was exactly my point because it is a win win situation it wouldn't be called selfishness on either party's end.

I guess, selflessness exists only in theory? What's your take on that?
531  Integral Philosophy / Welcome to Integral Philosophy! / Re: Life is an ego trip controlled by your desires? on: March 30, 2013, 20:40:35
So, Eliaz, if you happen to do something nice for me, would it be ok if instead of thanking you I say " You are so selfish, I know why you did it. I bet you feel real good, don't you" lol jk  grin
532  Integral Philosophy / Welcome to Integral Philosophy! / Re: Life is an ego trip controlled by your desires? on: March 30, 2013, 17:06:47
Selfishness = For your own sake / well being, that's what I mean.

"For your own sake", but not exclusively. If my act involves a concern of the well being of others as well, that does no longer fall under the core definition of selfishness. We probably have to invent a new term lol.

533  Integral Philosophy / Welcome to Integral Philosophy! / Re: Life is an ego trip controlled by your desires? on: March 30, 2013, 16:47:20
selfishness is perceived as a negative human trait. Perhaps what are you describing should be called something else. Again, the definition of selfishness is just the opposite of the act of good deed.

about Love and desire, I think Love arrives first. I have desires because I love, not the other way around. You cant have a desire to love if you don't know what love is in the first place
534  Integral Philosophy / Welcome to Integral Philosophy! / Re: Life is an ego trip controlled by your desires? on: March 30, 2013, 06:51:40
also the definition of selfishness is " placing concern with oneself or one's own interests above the well-being or interests of others"; however, the first feeling when I see a person in need is a CONCERN about their well being. I act spontaneously. I don't stop and think "Hm, I am going to feel real good after that, I am going to help"
No, I do it because I feel empathy, I feel the other person's pain. I want to ease their pain. And yes, If I succeed I will feel good, but because I will be happy for THEM. So, there is a contradiction between the definition of selfishness and fact that the reason behind most good deeds is the CONCERN for others.

P.S I am excluding from the equation those sick bastards who donate to charities because they are going to write them off, or there will be a publicity about their "generosity" ; or religious people who help because God will see that and bless them and ensure a place in heaven, because that's just pure wrong.
535  Integral Philosophy / Welcome to Integral Philosophy! / Re: Life is an ego trip controlled by your desires? on: March 30, 2013, 04:57:43
Because behind every element of your equation is LOVE. And love is the very base and reason of the existence itself. Without love and positive/constructive thinking there will be no progress. Absence of joy, good feeling, motivation of any sort = emptiness, stillness, nothingness.
It seems like your equation portrays the end result labeled as "selfishness" as something negative. There are many instances where people would sacrifice their lives to save others, and sometimes these people don't really believe in the afterlife. How would you label that good deed? I think that the feeling after a good deed only provokes a sense of connection and togetherness, rather than self righteousness and distinction of one's self.
536  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: I asked to see God on: March 27, 2013, 04:58:02
Your experience sounds incredible but I'm sure you failed miserably in describing it.

Again, great story. Have you tried this since?

Oh yes, the description cant even begin to compare to the experience itself.
The thing is that in the beginning of my practice when I didn't know when my next one would happen, I sort of went with the flow. But now that I have gotten more skilled, I can actually schedule specific projects. This one was on my list and I got there. But I have so many other things to explore that I don't want to waste opportunities. Not that it's not worth it, but as you said I feel content as I am and it is not my time yet to get lost in the infinite timelessness. As of now my proprieties are filled with healing sessions.
537  World Cultures, Traditions and Religions / Welcome to World Cultures, Traditions and Religions! / Re: God on: March 27, 2013, 02:37:49
There is an interesting post on this forum a few months back , of some one making a visit to God while out of body .
p.s. http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome_to_out_of_body_experiences/i_asked_to_see_god-t38258.0.html

Thanks desert-rat, I was going to re post it again.
Anyway, organized religion is very limiting and it uses fears to control and manipulate the masses.
I do believe in the universal force, but God is not an individual as religion portrays it. It does not judge, it does not make decisions who gets their wishes and who gets punished. It is the energy that runs through each end every one of us. Our current perception creates the illusion that we are separated, and we must experience this separation while residing in the lower realms for own purposes. The realization though that we are parts of that great Source and that our power is unlimited, is what brings enlightenment and growth. People who pray don't realize that if their prayers get answered , it wasn't an entity that listened and waved their wand to grant them their wish. Their own thoughts and their belief manipulated the inner energies, creating a certain outcome. But our existence is much more complicated than simply thinking and receiving. I suggest you learn how to project and experience your own adventures into the heavenly worlds.

Well, congratulation Francesco, I have never met such a dedicated "student"  smiley. You have gone so far in such a short time of trying. That is indeed remarkable. Looking forward to reading more of your astral adventures.
539  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: What do you do once you enter the dark void? on: March 23, 2013, 22:51:26
You were already projected. You just had to think of a place you wanted to be and your thoughts would have taken you there instantly. Do it with a strong intent and it will happen.
540  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: Manifesting in the astral, and other people on: March 23, 2013, 05:04:11
Sounds like a beautiful experience LightBeam, do you think the reason she disappeared somewhere was because she woke up from her nap?

no, she disappeared because she went flying on her own, which she confirmed later. She said she was flying above our town and then started getting higher and higher outside of the earth's atmosphere, when she became frightened and she said she woke up.
541  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: Manifesting in the astral, and other people on: March 23, 2013, 04:28:39
If people are connected to you most likely you will be able to communicate with them and exchange information relevant to your current physical life. Here is one example from my journal :

I ended up at home in my country and saw my sister. 542  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: there a way to use extreme tiredness? on: March 20, 2013, 02:26:04
Usually when I am that tired, I don't even remember my dreams. It will be painful to try to maintain some awareness before passing out. But that doesn't mean it won't work for you. My suggestion for you to try is to get into a sleeping position when ready to go to bed, and as you let yourself fall asleep mentally keep swaying your inner body from left to right. You can imagine that your bed is a swing. Keep this motion going as long as you can. I use this method on the weekends when I can take afternoon naps. It usually triggers vibrations pretty quickly.
543  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: can you project somewhere important to you? on: March 19, 2013, 02:49:07
Hey Tongo, I moved to the states 10 years ago and I get home sick very frequently. Because of that a lot of my projections end up in my childhood house where my mom still lives and I visit physically every other year. It holds a lot of sweet memories and sometimes I go there intentionally, sometimes I just end up there. I feel a tremendous satisfaction every time, especially knowing that I am traveling non-physically. It feels extraordinary. I also have a very special place on the coast of the Black Sea where we went every year in the summer as a child with my family. I have gone there several times and it looked exactly as I remembered it but the excitement was many times stronger because of the nostalgia and the memories and the fact that I was able to re-live these times again. So, good luck, it definitely is not a difficult thing to do while OBEing.
544  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: Obsessions. on: March 19, 2013, 02:31:46
when I was a child I was obsessed with the stories of the wild west, Indians and cowboys. Back then I was living in my country in eastern Europe and being under the communist regime, I couldn't even entertain the idea that it was possible for me to travel there. Also I was obsessed for a while with Hollywood's golden era. And 10 years later it so happened that I won a green cards from the lottery, not even intentionally, because my friends forced me to apply. I didn't believe I had a chance to win. However, what it is meant to happen and it is created already cant be stopped. all these years of thinking, fantasizing to visit these places had slowly created the future events, and despite my ignorance and disbelieve at the time of the application and winning, the events were already taking place in full speed. Then the circumstances brought me to Los Angeles in the heart of Hollywood. Again, I did not pick where to move in the states. The only family from my country that agreed to support me in the beginning lived in LA. Then I met a friend who hooked me up to be an extra on the sets of few movies to see how they shoot them and that was a very cool experience. Later I got to travel to Arizona and other places that took place in those stories that I read as a child. It was so surreal to be able to do all that without even intentionally making plans. Things sort of were falling into place according to my childhood interests that occupied a big portion of my mind. But yes, I do think that if we are drawn towards something or someone, it definitely has a connection with a previous life.
545  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: Where Do Negative Entities Come From? on: March 17, 2013, 20:27:57
Firs of all we as humans perceive negativity through our own understanding and interpretation. This reality and the surrounding astral levels were designed to set up challenges for the learning spirits. The challenges themselves are perceived by us as negativity. Our human nature emanates negative emotions all the time. We cant see it with our physical eyes, but we as we speak are constantly exchanging and directing energies with each other. A thought of love and compassion is a positive one that creates harmony, but negative thoughts in a form of the simplest human emotions such as jealousy, hostility, anger, etc create the negative energies you speak of. So to answer your question, most of them come from within ourselves. This is our world the way we have chosen to be and we cant escape it. In a higher level we don't want to escape it, we want to be here and experience what we need to experience. We need the so called negative energy. It is our tool to accomplish our goals. Our thoughts influence the immediate astral energies that are closely connected to our lives. Our fears for example can create temporary "monsters" in the astral which in some cases may manifest into the person's dreams, or affect his/hers physical life as well. In that case the source of the negative energy is the person himself. I don't deny that there are external sources as well, like someone thinking to do you harm. If you are weak, it will penetrate your thoughts and you will experience some consequences. There are also lower realms spirits who have negative mind set as well. However, their lack of enlightenment is simply lack of knowledge. They are going through phases in their existence as well and the best way to deal with those entities is to cast light and love, offer them guidance and support. If they are not ready, they will reject your help, but they will also disappear from your vicinity. Always offer help and try to turn the "monsters" into a beautiful stream of light. That is the most effective method. Using was forces to fight them will only feed them with more negativity.
546  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Projection Experiences! / Re: A helpful trick for relaxation of the eyes... on: March 16, 2013, 15:59:35
try using an eye mask. It will press gently on your eyes preventing them from opening. Also as our eyes register the fall of darkness melatonin is produced. It signals to our body to prepare for sleep, our blood pressure dips, there is a decrease in body temperature and we start to feel relaxed. This is particularly helpful if you practice meditation during the day and your mind is wide awake. By covering your eyes, you can trick your body to get more relaxed by simulating bed time. If you get ear plugs as well, it will eliminate even the slightest environmental noise and here you have the perfect condition to focus all you attention inwards.
547  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Re: Diet and Clarity of Consciousness on: March 13, 2013, 03:11:39
I do cleansing diets frequently and I can really tell the difference. I think the reason for a better inner tuning is because when our brain receives a relieve from all chemicals in food, meds, drugs, alcohol, etc and gets healthy, it becomes more capable to transmit signals from our inner selves. As we speak, our astral bodies and thoughts are experiencing the astral worlds, manipulating raw energy, creating, etc, but the portion of ourselves that is oriented into the physical reality through a physical body is unaware of these activities. Only when our bodies bring down the biological functions to a minimum during sleep, we are able to catch glimpses of these activities. The brain is the transmitter, that's why it is important to enhance its ability to adjust to higher frequencies and function properly. When we don't overwhelm the body and by extent the brain with high calorie diet, the body doesn't have to work 24/7 to digest, therefore it will have time to repair things, remove toxins, etc, and the brain becomes more rested and alert.
During my cleanses, I need a lot less sleep and wake up frequently during the night with refreshed mind. I don't feel groggy, so I am able to do my early morning techniques with no effort and achieve OBEs easily. But  I too love food and indulge every other weekend. That makes the enjoinment of food even more special and exciting.

The ICU staff are happy wirh this and said normally patients sleep until its stopped being administered.

It's funny you said that because when I was talking to her I said " Your body is healed now, you are ready to wake up". Then I shot a stream of concentrated energy from my fingers to her nostrils and imagined her opening her eyes. But then I thought to myself "Wait, she is in induced coma, she cant wake up until she's under the meds".
I'm glad to hear she is recovering faster than expected  smiley

I just did a long distance healing session for your daughter and for some reason I envisioned a girl with a long brown chestnut hair and fair skin. These may not be her current physical features but that's what popped into my mind while I was trying to identify and direct energy towards her. I wish her spirit stays strong and her body recovers soon.

If he wishes, he can try some natural remedies for fighting cancer. For example, I have read about a very effective baking soda and maple syrup cooked together, form something like a Trojan horse for the cancer cells. Because their primary food source is glucose, the maple syrup enters the cells, but along with it there is the baking soda bound in its chemical composition through the cooking process, which has been researched that kills tumors. If he takes one teaspoon of this substance three times per day, it may give results. You never know.
Also, regarding diet, following the logic that tumors feed off glucose, that means if you cut their food source they will die. There is a diet called the Candida diet that gets rid of all kinds of fungus and abnormal cells in your body. He can read more about it and make a decision if he wants to try. I personally do the Candida diet once a year for prophylaxis and I must say that after the 6 weeks of cleansing and detox I feel like a new person. I know it works.
