Your gift is very special, why do you want to get rid of it?  You know, if you get rid of it, you might regret it one day.

The easiest surefire way to quiet your gift so people don't hear your thoughts...
1.) Eat more orange, and red fruits and vegetables. (Not oranges, but eat peaches, red plums, red grapes, carrots, pumpkins.

You could meditate with a grounding stone over your third eye.  (Something black and red).  Try grounding meditation exercises and imagine your energy seeping into the earth.

There are other less healthy ways to get rid of it.. (eat more junkfood, pleasure your body sexually more often, etc)

Did it work?
3  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to OBE discussions! / Re: Dreamwalking on: August 05, 2008, 10:31:47
It depends on how you do it... I tried it already but it didn't work.  Dougie told me that his chest was hurting bad that morning when I tried that, but I don't know if it's 'cause of me?

Most people have a desire to tell dream characters they are dreaming, but It won't work, because dream characters are imaginary.

You have to pass through a gate from your dream to their dream, you know you're doing it right, because the feel of the dream will be a lot different from your own, and because the other person will remember and share the same dream with you.  I'm trying to learn to do this, so me and my bf (who lives in a different state from me) can spend time together while we're apart.

So far, I've gotten a bunch of almost hits.  Like one time, we both dreamed of railroad tracks as our dream environment.  And one time, he was woken up by a sound from my dream while I was lucid.

There's not much literature on the subject of dreamwalking.  The stuff I read from Michelle Bellenger's book wasn't working for me,.... so i'm pretty much having to teach myself through trial and error, which is taking a while.  I think it's easier than astral projection, because you don't have to worry about the vibration pain, or having trouble moving around where you want, or getting jerked back into your body when you're not ready to. I like obe too, but to me, dreamwalking is less of a hassle.  =P

Here's the method I used:
While I was asleep, I realized I was dreaming.  So I decided to go visit my boyfriend out of state.  I found a door and stood on one side and concentrated on my boyfriend's bedroom.  I told myself that when I passed through the door, I would be in his bedroom.

So then, I walked through the door, and I was in some weird place I've never been before.

I found another gate then, and I tried again.  When I went through the gate, I was in his bedroom.  He was sleeping in a weird position.  He didn't have the blanket over him, and he was glistening from sweat.  I walked toward him, and he saw me and jumped up and gasped in suprise.  He ran toward me and embraced me.  I told him I was dreamwalking, and he said "You don't gotta tell me, I know."  And then, I asked him questions about his family and sister, and dad, to make sure he was real, and not my imagination.  He passed my test.

We started making out then.  We fooled around, and the adrenaline rush from the pleasure woke me up.

Later that day, I called him and asked him what he dreamed.  He said, "I don't remember."

I already found a different method that I think would work better... here it is:
I found this method online on Geocities.... I liked it, and plan on giving it a shot tonight =)  Here's the steps:

1.) Lucid Dream
2.) Envision a dream bridge.  Picture yourself on one side and the dreamer you wish to visit on the other.  If the person doesn't form on the other side, it means they are either:
- not asleep
- not in a REM state where dreaming occurs
- has some serious dreaming of their own to do
3.)  Once the person forms on the other side, slowly walk across the bridge and meet them in the middle.  Look and see if the person sees you.  If they smile and allow you to take their hand, you will be a welcome participant in their dream.
4.)  If they ignore you, then it's unwise to enter... (mind rape!! lmao)

***Dreamwalking requires much energy because you are projecting yourself psychically.  Astral travelers can take in energy throughout the entire experience, but dreamwalkers only have the amount of energy that they came in with....Remember that....***

What is an etheric projection???
5  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to OBE discussions! / Dreamwalking on: August 04, 2008, 07:05:53
Dreamwalking is a level up from regular dreaming, because it can be validated as paranormal, especially when both people remember sharing the same dream, and when one person purposefully visited the other by using control and techniques.

I had a book on dreamwalking once, and I did what it said do, and I visited the other person, but when I woke up, they told me they didn't remember anything happening.  This makes me think either I'm doing something wrong, or maybe the author is wrong, and I should find another source of information on the subject, or try to teach myself a new method...

Has anybody here had much success with dreamwalking?  If so, what were your methods?
6  Magic / Welcome to Magic! / Re: creating spells to assist in lucid dreams on: July 30, 2008, 22:35:17
To create the spell, gather ingredients that work for you, create a sacred space and call in your personal dream guardians.  REcite your statement of intent aloud, as you let the incense and candles burn.  Leave your dream guardians offerings.  Decide what times you wish to close the circle and ground the energy.  Drink rosehip tea throughout the night as you're sleeping.
7  Magic / Welcome to Magic! / creating spells to assist in lucid dreams on: July 30, 2008, 22:31:58
Each person is different, but a good formula to use for creating a spell that works for you is...

1.) Do reality checks during the day
2.) Keep a dream journal entry each night.  If you don't remember anything, write something anyway.
3.) Grab a paper plate and make it into a sacred space by drawing a pentacle on it, and sprinkling sea salt around the edges.
4.)  Find out who your dream guardians are, by calling out to them when you're having a lucid dream.
5.)  Leave offerings to your dream guardians and ask them to help you become lucid each monring from 9am-12pm
6.) Drink rosehip tea throughout the night to help your dreams to be more vivid.
7.)  Write a statement of intent or maybe draw one on an index card each night and place it under your pillow.  Tweak the statement each day so that it becomes more and more successful.
8.) Turn off electronic currents in your room while you're sleeping
9.)  Wear light clothing while sleeping, nothing too heavy.  Don't eat anything too heavy before bed either.
10.)  Light candles and incense that helps you personally (experiment to see which candles and incenses work best for you.)
11.)  Use crystals that correspond to your sun sign, and place them in a circle around the paper plate.  (If you don't have the right crystals, then go find any stone that looks special to you, and lick it, and rub it over your body to help create a link between you and the stone)
12.)  meditate before bed to get in the right state of mind
13.)  Exercise more during the day to help your energy develop
14.)  Use protection rituals, or personal shielding while you're dreaming to ward off unwanted spirit visitors or nightmares.

I have the cd for mastering astral projection too.  When I listen to it, I experience slight pphase shifts as well.  Something about Brian Mercer's voice affects my brain waves... huh huh

I like to play video games too, and I read fantasy novels.  It helps get my imagination, and visualization juices running, and that's about it...  undecided

Well, I ordered the $99.00 Journeys out of Body CDs.
TMI has them on 'SaLe'!! haha! 15% off. So with shipping and everything getting them to my door will cost $94.15.
That is $84.15 plus $10.00 shipping.
That is where they 'get ya'..No way it actually cost that much even with 'Handling Costs'.
I ship daily via UPS and I know what things cost to ship.

When I get my job, I'll prolly be ordering those.  ^_^
10  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral experiences! / Re: Two More All New And Very Clear OBEs !!! on: July 26, 2008, 00:11:28
When I'm OOB I don't really have a body. Its more like I'm a tiny little dot of awareness. Like a soap bubble. ^.^ And I always seem to be close to the ground. Like at knee level.

The first time I exited my body, I was also shaped like a large sphere...I fell through the bed, and was floating beside it on the floor at knee level.. I couldn't move, for fear of reintegrating with my body.. and my head hurt like holy hell.

That was the only time I had an exit, but then again.. I really don't practice as much as I need to.   sad

I wonder why we were at knee level?

My head hurts because I'm usually conscious in my body and my astral body at the same time.. I have a feeling of being in two places at once... I don't know how to overcome this... when I try to integrate my concious into just one place.. it stops being RTZ zone and turns into a lucid dream or something.

You didn't experience any pain when you left your body?  When I do it, my head hurts like REEEEEEALLY bad.  What energy exercises do you do to get your energy into such good shape??

(I'm asking for tips from the master)  evil

12  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral experiences! / is there anything odd about my lucid dreams? on: July 26, 2008, 00:01:38
This is a lucid dream I had.. but I was wondering if maybe I was in the astral plane for part of it??  (Not RTZ)

July 25th, Friday (waning gibbous) nap: 9am

God!!!  The First thing I remember is that I wrote like 2 pages of the dream while I was still dreaming.  Now I'm finally awake and I realize I haven't written anything!!  Gahhh!!  I know the dream was chronological, but I remember bits and parts from the dream, but I don't remember the order it happened in, or how I got there (because of the initial shock and frustration of waking up with an empty notebook beside me).  I think I started out in a poor neighborhood.  I was in a college dorm convenience store, but all around the dorm was a poor person's neighborhood that I've never seen before in my waking life.  The boy working downstairs knew that I was getting food for my friend "J", and he was really nice (poor person's hospitality) and he helped me make an icecream sundae, a drink, and a sausage and pancake wrap to take to my friend.  I used the microwave and was about to go upstairs to my college friend's room, but he bumped into me in the hallway.  I told him we were dreaming, and I flew him to the grocery store to run errands.... (I'll talk about the grocery store later)... but right now, I wanna talk about what happened when I got back from the grocery store...

So, when I got back from the grocery store, we went back to the convenience store, because it's the on the first floor of my friend's dorm/apartment.  It's too small to fly in, so I decided I was gonna do some tricks on foot.  "J" was like, "I wanna see you turn this store into a jungle!"  So I got down on one knee and stretched my hands forward as I said, "NATURE!" loudly, and envisioned a tree growing through the floortiles. ... Nothing happened.  So then, after several attempts, I concluded, "I guess earth magick is not for me! ha ha."  Then, I decided to try to move something.  I located a thick lock of hair on the counter, so I pointed at it, and tried to move it.  The movement was minimal, it just kinda twitched a little! lol.  So then, I used both of my hands and swayed them in the motion I wanted the hair to move.. and it worked beautifully, the hair got flung all over the store by my control.  So I was like, "I guess I can do air magick!  ha ha! Lets see if I can do water magick!"  My friends watched me, as I grabbed a cup of water.  I envisioned the water swirling up and out of the cup.  I became one with the water.  It swirled up like an upsetting miniature tornado.  Then, I tried to get all the water to bounce out of the cup.  It made little water spheres, and the bounced out, and splashed onto the counter, but the process was too slow, and I wanted something a little more dramatic.  So I shouted "EXPLOSION!" and concentrated on all of the water being splashed out of the cup.. but nothing happened.  I remember thinking to myself that my magick works better in slow subtle efforts... in dreams that is.  I also remember thinking, "hmm, I wonder If in real life, my natural elements are water and air.. not earth?"  I also remember joking with my college friend, saying, "I wish astral money carried over into the real world!!  We can spend real money on the astral plane, but we can't spend astral money on the physical plane."  *pout*  He nodded his head.

On the Way to the grocery store:

I have a strong feeling that there's stuff I'm forgetting, but here's the stuff I remember.  I carried T or J (I can't remember who, because the people in my dreams transmorph into other people alot) over the town, while I was flying to the grocery store, so he could run some errands.  He was afraid of heights!  lmao.  On the way there, I saw another girl flying with her arms straight out.  There was a young girl in pajamas holding on to her.  It looked like she was helping the girl have an OBE.  I remembered her from somewhere - not sure where.  (She was late thirties, long thick dirty blonde hair, average build.  The girl was younger, around 15, with blue pajamas).  I also noticed a lot of people walking around under me, who looked like zombies.  I recalled reading on astralpulse.com that people on the astral plane who don't realize they're there appear like zombies.  (or maybe that's just what my brain wants me to think they look like.)

At the Grocery Store:

I don't remember what I bought.  But I remember the last thing I looked at was a big bag of rippled potato chips on the top shelf.  All I had on me, was 2 bucks and some change, and the huge bag of chips was only $1.09.  Another girl was trying to get the chips, but she stood on a stool to get them, and she was too short, and she made a huge mess and wasted red paint all over everything!  The store manager came out, and started a big dramatic fiasco!  Then, he saw me, and I told him.. "it's okay, we're all dreaming."  And he started making moves on me.  I wanted to run, but something told me, "it's okay."  After he embraced me, he turned into Dougie!  ^_^  I was like.. yayness!  We made out on the floor of the grocery store, surrounded by red paint.  (Hey.. I wonder if this has anything to do with the picture of the grocery store in my profile?HuhHuhHuh)  I remember us looking up at each other, and smoothing our tongues over our teeth to get rid of the bedtime plaque taste before making out! hahaha!  Then, I also remember getting pounded in my behind.. (blush).  Then, there's a big gap of the dream that I don't remember.

While I was at some Weird Neighborhood:

Don't remember how I got there.  There were lots of Buddhist people outside, they had weird clothes, and some of them had face paint.  My dream magick didn't work around them, so I left and went back to the poor neighborhood.  This 30 year old black lady started complaining to me about her marital problems.  "J" was there.  A lot of this part I don't remember, it's close to the time I woke up.

What I was doing when I woke up:

I was in the poor neighborhood.  And I was writing down my entire dream in my notebook.  Then, I woke up.  I was like, "Awww man!  You mean, I spent the last 15 min. of my dream recalling what I just dreamed about, but now that I'm REALLY awake, I gotta start all over from the beginning???!!!!!"

************************************************************

When I opened my eyes from the dream, I looked at my notebook's emptiness.  With already sore hands, I grudgingly started rewriting down everything I remembered from the dream.

*****************************************************************

The entire dream was really clear, and I know it wasn't RTZ projection, because I've done that before, and it feels different... but I was just wondering,, if there's anything different about my lucid dream, and what I could do to help go from a lucid dream to an RTZ projection?  (my head and heart hurts a lot when I try to do RTZ projection)
13  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: Dream Interpretation? on: July 23, 2008, 04:01:24
Uhmm.. the music is a subconcious symbol that most people have to represent unity, harmony, and connectedness between all souls.  The music is the overlying spirit that connects all beings on the earth to you.  The souls hanging in the water are the people who live on earth.  We feel pain because of the things that are going on in the world.  If you were watching this in third person, then that means that you are special and have the capacity to make a difference and stop the pain.  You are able to see everybody's pain, and if you choose to, you can make a difference.

The aliens are a symbol for some higher power that is intervening in the earth.  The higher power believes in you and wants to send you important messages and work through you.

The figure painted on stained glass is "the one" or the higher power that you believe in.  To me, it is a symbol of stregnth and power.

I blink when I do open-eye meditations. I just let it be natural and try not to let it ruin concentration. It's easier than dry eyes.

Lol,... good idea... why do I always miss the obvious answer??   huh

15  Energy Development / Welcome to Energy Body Development! / Re: 3RD EYE OPENER on: July 15, 2008, 11:02:36
i dunno, squint them so they stay more moist.. make sure the air flow is low,  no fans on, b/c that will dry out your eyes... keep your mind clear, b/c if your mind clear, it's easier to steady your eyes.

if they get dry, don't blink, just roll your eyes 360 degress, so it all gets re-moisturized partially... then continue squinting with a blank mind...
