Gavin Frost helped me have my first astral projection, and he's my favorite person to read about witchcraft from.. ::shrugs::

My energy had been damaged by ugly cold life expereinces and I am working on bringing the love and freedom back which results in Lucid astral travel.

I watched it last night, and it was cute, the main character and her daughter had a dream about cartoon monkey heads breaking into houses and taking paintings and killing people... lol.  The dreams were helpful in serving a murder case and shut down a corrupt art salesman. 

I heard that the show is based off a real person. 

What are you guy's thoughts of the show and your favorite episodes?

First, all I'll start off with compliments...."Wow, very interesting, you should write a book..."

Now.. this is what I learned from it.

You said that when you floated above your bed, your soul was sucking in excess energy.  My idea is that maybe the soul needs energy to withstain itself while out of the body.  So maybe if we set up lots of quartz crystals, plants, fountains, and such around our bed only when we are attempting to obe, we will have the extra energy necessary to move our astral body around more easily?  Just a thought...

I'm definitely gonna try that though...  I think it might cut down on some of the problems people have while obe, like problems moving, or problems seeing.

And I dont know what the mixed noised were.. Not sure if I picked up some frequencies from real time zone or something... (forgive me if this doesnt make any sense.. I am a beginer..)

It's common for people to hear weird loud random noises when they're about to start their OBE.. it goes hand in hand with the weird vibrations you feel.

I can see the things in the house.. but I saw a mixture of my moms house and a tropical forest (with all green plants inside my mons house...)
Then everything became normal..

hmm...I also see plants in my room when I'm close to going astral... like lots of green stuff growing around the regular furniture..

I guess you were OBe but it didn't last long enough for you to tell..

How did you feel?  Did you feel like a ghost?  Could u just see in front of you?  Or could you see 360 all around yourself?  Did you see anything that you could try to confirm?  Like is it possible to ask your mom what's in her house, something that you wouldn't normally know was in there, and see if you saw it right?  I guess that could help.

I read that book.. I love Gavin Frost.  I don't remember the part about astral "rape"... 

If you set up shields and protective measures while you're sleeping, you don't have to worry about that.    Psychic vampires who know what they're doing usually don't attack people... You can look at the site still though if it makes you feel better...

What i mean is can people do to your spirit body what they can do to your physical body in the sense of being raped while your outside of it?

I've heard of people merging souls while astral projecting, but i've never heard of them raping each other... well, if you're astral projecting, you won't have hands or genitals or limbs... b/c your soul is just a blob of conciousness...  so, no you can't rape somebody's spirit...

Uhmm... I dunno.. a lot of people say that everybody astral travels every night and that they just don't remember.. I'm not sure how true that is or if I believe it.. it depends on your definition of "astral travel."

If you have a more strict scientific definition of astral travel, and good way to judge if you did or not... is to call the person that you dreamed about.. and ask him if he dreamed the same thing...

And yes, it's possible for two people to astral travel together.
