Well it is told that once you pass away, you can view you entire life from different angle, so I guess also switchiwg body during life could be possible too. Because we are all the same anyways I have started to believe so We are just One.

Have anybody else feeling now whole planet movement? Is that "Gaian Mind" (God)? So instead of feeling myself move - I feel EVERYTHING ELSE move... Interesting

edit: Or is it just my imagination? I haven't felt this before like this tough. I started feeling this just yesterday when prayed again for God.

Well thank you for a responce! I think I go with the flow. If I'm still writing here after that, then it probably was worth it Huuh... Main problem... How to prevent that fear even if I have already felt that nicest feeling like God swinging me... Can't be sure is it same entity if I don't feel secure. Oh well let's see.

Because last night I felt VERY strong power when I was about to get sleep. I was just laying on my bed... Then felt vibrations and lifting up... Decided to go with the flow but it was so FAST that it scared me and I got back to my body immediately! (Like something directly PULLING me out! So fast... And I was fully awake and I think it would have led to OBE)

Oh yeah and I was PRAYING for understanding from God before I went to sleep. So I tried talking to him/her but no answer. Made me feel insecure... I feel that odd feeling even when I'm awake daytime too. Like my soul waving everywhere... Even right NOW! Like I could leave my body at will.... Like Robert Monroe... But I dunno is it safe. I MUST be sure first.

Please, anybody HELP me :S Can I let that force take me?

Anybody got explanation or thoughts of that last one?

Well maybe I start to like it too I know now better - there is nothing to fear but fear itself (I think).

So this is the same state where might get in a middle of lucid dreaming? And can even see in lucid dream. There somewhere just start black area to nowhere... It is terrifying, but I have become more brave than used to

Well actually I think I found out story about this last weekend...

I was simply sitting on my couch. Then praying for God in this way: "Please, Give me strenght so that I can improve the World. I really want to help people. Please, give me some kind of sign of your love if you hear me." Nothing happened for a while. I just waited. Then for some reason, I closed my eyes.

Then... I think forces of Universe came directly to my living room! Everything started to twirl like in tornado or something. Atmosphere changed totally and there came very bright and warm light in my thoughts. I started to feel startled and panicked but I kept still my eyes closed. Then... Like in a dream... I felt a very warm and tender swinging. Like I was back in the cradle! It felt like couch I was sitting at, changed totally its form and became like a giant hand. There I swung... That's when I stopped being afraid anymore and it felt nicest I have ever felt in my living life... I calmed down and spoke directly what I felt. I spoke a lot. I was in a "whoah" -state. But then some strong voice said "Don't be afraid" and some other voices followed "We all love you".

I went to a sleeping position. Started feeling like I was getting OOBE awake! My conscious astral body was tried to be taken directly out of me from my legs with unknown powerful force (and to the somekind of abyss etc I even heard voices similar to when lifting a heave weights)! I felt there was many of those who tried to do that. And I didn't even resist, but for some reason it got stuck on my head.... So there I was. Totally out of body - except from my head Those beings pulled and let go tried with different ways take my astral conscious somewhere. But it just didn't work. So then I made a huge mistake I think now... I opened my eyes and went to bed instead of living room couch. But I still felt they all were there. My passed away granpa was there...

And this is what this "bouncing" actually was: I started to feel like hands pulling my astral conscious from all over my body! Continuosly and several hours. I slept only 3 hours that night when I finally gave up since it ALWAYS got stuck in my head Then I told to all of those voices "maybe we try again tomorrow"... And all next day I felt like something was racing inside me. Bumping gently in and out. Something else than my heart (soul?? chakras??). I have felt even today it a bit. Same for hands in my back. I'm just thinking can I get back in to that warm superiorly great state.... In to that cradle which felt so nice and FAMILIAR too.... I hope so...

Yes it is It can't be lucid and definitely not OBE if you aren't aware of it... Sorry.

You don't need to be "fully asleep". Otherwise it wouldn't be an astral projection. Idea is you keep your mind awake, but let the body fall asleep. So instead of struggling to achieve it, think you are already in it. I suggest you to see Astral FAQ & permanen topics since this is also asked a lot of times.
