(Didn't find anything related to this one with search)
What tha heck is that?? Now I have felt this very strange feeling my mattress bouncing up and down rapidly like a waves of water while almost sleeping but not quite. Even when I get fully awake, I still might feel it! Is it possibly some of my chakras bumping or what in earth...? First time experienced about 3 weeks ago... And last time it was on a last night. It feels very real and in the morning I actually see my mattress have moved like 5-10 centimetres.

Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Projection Experiences! / Re: Was this an OBE?

Thanks Stookie - finally somebody did answer So how it is possible to separate OBE and lucid dreaming? I have heard that OBE is possible to do also in lucid form? Only if you insist taking also energy body with you, then it make it more clearer only for yourself? I have at least 3 other experiences involving strong colors and seeming a lot like OBE but not sure if those really were. For two of those it was common that for people who looked at me, I was like a ghost. They didn't recognize or notify me in any way. I tell here those two lucids. 1st Lucid: I was sleeping on my bed. Then in one point I forced myself away of it when became lucid. (First actual dream ended and converted to "reality") So when I got far enough of my body, I immediately went through toilet and other walls to the parking lot. It looked exactly the same as it does in reality. Then everything blackened out so I put my hands into the ground and looked down for clarity. It worked. Then I started flying over trees and was thinking in my mind "Now I'm going to verify this experience for myself" and thought of my friends whereabouts and closed my astral eyes for a second. Just a blink and I was somewhere where was house, it all looked still in brightest colors ever seen and I could see even tiny print in one paper attached on the wall of house. Then I saw two little girls approaching me uncertainly. They had long dresses (in old fashioned way) and walked with feet bare. They also seemed a bit frightened of me. Then I noticed that I had some white plouse shirt so I might looked like a ghost to them. They started stepping back but I waved my hands in style "No, no, please, don't be afraid". Then they both seemed to accept me and ran behind of house (like playing hide&seek with me) I followed, saw man in the end of house looking out of mirror, he noticed me, and this lucid ended. Later I asked my friend, was it his house I saw, but he said no. Could it been I had travelled back in time? I write later of second lucid..

Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Is attempting OBEs safe?

Sorry for raising up old discussion, but felt like have to answer this since I have been thinking the same and haven't still got either proper answer... .... So, I'm wondering, while OBEing or attempting to, are you really just getting your brain to an almost-dead state? And, could a really good/strong OBE leave you comatose? just trying to figure out the mechanics of it =)
What I have learned this far with some books, is that you can not pass away if you are not ready. Meaning also OBE. We have life plan made.. Everything seems safe based on NDE's and experienced OBE makers. But are we all still fooled..? I think not, but still not 100% sure of it.

Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: I wake up when I realize I'm dreaming...

I have similar problem to this. I wake up very soon when noticing I lucid or going very near to OBE state. But also, I hear myself talking very unclearly way in dream and in fact I do talk in REALITY too when in dream... So it is very disturbing.
When I then wake up of that feeling "OBE is very near" I feel so funny like lifeforce have been drawn out and it take some time to cover of it. What tha heck is that? And how I can just normally LD when noticing it? :/

Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Magnetical force in LD?

Okay I have one question I haven't found aswer enough nowhere. So this might be the best place finding it.
You know what is that magnetical draw force trying to draw you somewhere further away when you get in Lucid state?
What is that? Where it is leading to? Have some of you experienced it?
I have started experiencing it quite often now and always when first going into lucid state.
Help?

Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: How to convert Lucid Dreams into an Astral Projections
|

I have had only once true astral projection. Every others have been more or less lucid dreams, or waking up in lucid dream to have obe (lol) I think when it's lucid dream, you wont wake up in your own room and out of your body but maybe similar room to it and world looks different. So in obe world looks like it is right? Anyways i just ended up with this method: when you have LD, go to the ground and look down. I was already in sleepy position in LD and waved myself in body from side to side couple of times then just rose sitting in it and step of my body. It didn't work at first time i was threwn back in it but then i did it again and it worked this time. I had first dark everywhere but after looking down to my hands, everything became very lively and with bright colors! Also the similar place i left while sleeping, it was actually really same looking outer side when i went to see it. So is it obe then? Then i continued my travel with flying above the trees and remembered that i had to confirm it So i thought of whereabouts of my friend and it became dark again for a while i looked down to my hands once again and it became in my sight with bright colors: house that i haven't ever seen before. Though i didn't see my friend but two young girls who looked like they were seeing ghost. Then i waved to them "no no don't be afraid" and they calmed down running to the other side of building. I followed them with gently steps and see some old man opening window back there and then i wake up.

Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Almost phased? (+ some other guestions)

I have felt many times now something like this: When i in the mornings wake up and then go back to sleep, i often see first some dream and then some strange noices coming. One time it was someone (like a hound or so) calling me by my nickname from internet. One time it was loud electrical like sound then footstomps from my own lobby. Buzzing bee. Click (like when changing radio station). Screamings. Everytime these occur, i feel pretty scared even tough in that moment i wake up in dream as lucid - then i wake up for real.
Anyways, i have experienced lucid dreaming now about two months and then it isn't happening. I think i have managed to convert lucid dreaming also partially as OBE but can't be so sure of it... At least i saw yesterday my hypothetical lucid dream in brightest colors than ever before! Is it then actual obe? Though i started that journey not from my room where i sleep but similar place to it.
