Here's an easy trick: Think that you are lucid simply before you get into sleep. Imagine it in your head. Then say three times something like "I will remember my dream" once again in your head. Maybe even better if you say it really.
With that trick, i have remembered maximum of 6 of my last night dreams! Very useful i would say

And i usually remember 1-3 every single morning. Also make sure that you don't wake up into loud voice comin from somewhere - it make dream pictures escape from your head very soon.
