simply get into alpha state. Lie down, relax your whole body, breath deep for 1-2 minutes. Then if you feel very relaxed and almost sleepy it means you're already in alpha state

I tried this already to my sister, cuz she was quite irritable and worrywart. so before I go to sleep at that night I simply follow the procedure and tell my sister to be calm and be more optimistic. At the next day the very moment I wake up and look at her, she replied me with a smile. And guess what, that was the very first time I've ever saw her smile just after she get up from bed. Before going to the lesson we must know, what is Tele Hypnosis? Telepathy is nothing but the communication between  two minds. In Telepathy sender knows that he is sending message to somebody. And the receiver also knows that he is receiving message from someone. But in Tele Hypnosis only the sender knows that he is sending some message to another. The receiver receives the message and he thinks that it is his own thought. This is the very basic difference between Telepathy and the Tele Hypnosis.

Who can do this?
Anybody can do this. No need for extraordinary concentration, chant or any other spiritual powers. Only you need some confidence, belief, imagination and patience.

What is the use?
No limit. You can do this for fun. You can change others bad idea on you. You can call someone to see you. You can solve problems in broken family. You can use in your business. You can become pet to your boss. You can make your enemy as your friend. You can increase your sales rate if you are a sales man. You can break the bad relationship without pain, etc.

How to do?
You have five basic steps to do the Tele Hypnosis successfully.

Step 1 :

Decide what are you going to do. 
Make the suggestions in few words.
And think twice is it good for everybody? 
Then go to the next step.
Step 2 :

Sit in a comfortable place close your eyes. Relax your body. 
Relax. Relax. Relax. 
Now you have to do the Alpha breathing. 
Inhale and count 1,2,3,4,5.
Hold breath for 1,2,3,4,5.
Exhale breath and count 1,2,3,4,5.
Do this for 10 to 15 times.
Relax your mind. Now you are in the Alpha State (even if you can't feel, just believe).
Note - Do this step at least for 5 minutes.

Step 3 :

Imagine the receiver's face. See clearly in your mind. If it is not coming clearly no need to worry. Just do how much you can.
Step 4 :

Now mentally speak to the image. Give the suggestions. Do this for 10 minutes (this is only in the initial stage. after you become a expert you do not need this much time).
Step 5 :

This is the final step. Just open your eyes and wait and watch for the result. 
How to check your Tele Hypnosis ability?
You can try the following experiments.

Experiment 1-
Use your Tele Hypnosis ability to get telephone call from your friend. Speak with the mental image. Ask him/her to call you immediately. Wait for few minutes and see the result.

Experiment 2 -
Mentally talk with your boss's face. Ask him to become friendly relation with you. Watch the result.

Experiment 3 -
Mentally ask your family members to be happy.

Experiment 4 -
This is a fun experiment. The people will be surprised to see your talent. When you meet a person mentally talk with him to think a color. And write the color in a piece of paper. Hold it in your hand. Now ask him to tell a color. He will tell the same color. Now you show the paper having in your hand. He will be surprised. You can do the same with numbers, fruits, flowers etc.

I'm not sure, my experiences only last for a minute or two. Based on my experience its just more on physical plane but the whole place seems brighter or darker.

Hi Melfina! I can only say don't give attention to them and don't fear them. For me what you are seeing are negative astral entities. Giving thoughts and emotions to them will only make them stonger and will drain you, Ground yourself and do centering, spin your aura and chakra especially your solar plexus.

this is a technique I have discovered from myself in order to experience OBE with less effort. I don't know if this will work for everyone but this technique is best for me..
Before I sleep while already lying on my bed I just simply focus on my crown chakra by visualizing a white or violet light on it until I feel a throbbing sensation or a pressure on the top of my head, I do this focussing for at least ten minutes but don't overdo it or it will result to headache. After it, I proceed to sleep just a normal sleep, I don't have to concentrate or anything. Then when im out of consciousness I would be suddenly awaken by a loud buzzing sound on my ear and inside my head accompanied with a throbbing sensation in my crown chakra.. I just remain relax as possible in this moment untill the throbbing sensation and the buzzing sound gets more louder and intense, Then after a few minutes spontaneous OBE will occur. The good thing about this is I don't have to visualize anything in order to separate from my body. I just relax and listen more to the buzzing sound until I separate from my body spontaneously..
Also I'll focus on my root chakra in the morning when I wake up to make me grounded cause focussing on my crown is very ungrounding. that's all well I wish it helps! thanx

before I tell anyone about those stuff, I observe their personality first. If the person has an expressions like " weird!" or "that was strange" then I doubt the person will ever believe me.

Hi Pagan! I've experienced that too maybe three or four times. Usually when I focus on my third eye! But it has nothing to do with astral projection even if you feel the vibration. You have to be deeply relax and in a trance state to do that.I have stop focussing on my third eye as it makes me ungrounded or a feeling of not belonging in this world. so i can only advise you to focus first on your root chakra before you focus on the higher chakras as I did. focusing on my root chakra makes me grounded and it gives me inner strenght and vitality, It also erase self-defeating thoughts which hinders on manifesting your desire!
