well i don't mean to focus on it but when i try to relax my head mentally i think i might be activating my third eye by accident

hi everyone    im not to experienced with chakaras and yesterday during one of my obe attempts my third eye chakara was beating pretty hard and i was wondernig if anyone could explain to me whats goin on?

ohhh i see, but are there any techniques to relax the head area?

hi im also pretty new at this and i can get my body to become relaxed heavy and numb but i cant seem to feel any vibrations or anything and i just sit there laying wide awake with a numb body.
