so far outside my one dxm induced obe. huperzine a is the best thing to aid in dreams to me that ive tried so far.....i am gonna go amanita muscaria hunting and hunt for panaeolus cinctulus this summer ive heard many things about them giving many vivid detailed dreams after use and even inducing lucid dreams by usage. but hands down out of all supplements ive tried huperzine a is the most useful with the others yes they make dreams more vivid but huperzine a does that and makes it so much easier to remember them in combo with melatonin and choline gives amazing vivid detailed dreams

3  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: B6 vitamin helps remembering the dreams! on: April 20, 2012, 16:55:44

4  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: B6 vitamin helps remembering the dreams! on: April 20, 2012, 16:43:44
some say melatonin but ive read research papers where they tried to kill rats with melatonin and call it safe if they cant even find the ld-50 in rats let alone kill a single one.other than that no plus i see no point in taking large amount of any supplement and if any of em could do harm think we consume these things daily youd have to be trying to kill yourself or just plain stupid.take it as directed or know your stuff i researched melatonin for 2 days before i started taking my nightly 9 mg dose before than i stuck with just 3mg.      logically there is the right effective way then the wrong dumb A** way     its a supplement not a narcotic drug it can only do so much just respect it and youll be fine

7  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: can dreams blend into one?? on: April 16, 2012, 19:36:17
focus level?? im confused explain just curious it makes sense to me that if your wanting to interpret a dreams meaning that if you blend/mesh 2 or more together your not getting the true meaning of them.i use to have the same problem i hve many entries in my dream journal were im unsure if a dream is 1 or many dreams(i over came this with huperzine a if anyone else had or is having the same problem). does anyone agree that this would affect dream interpretation??

also some times i would awake with two dreams remember instead of 2 inside one memory that would be cause by having a dream during one REM period having that memory then once you gointo the next the dream i guess continued or built onto itself that would explain the gap i had from each setting but with that said it possibly may not affect dream interpritation rite??
8  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: B6 vitamin helps remembering the dreams! on: April 16, 2012, 13:54:49
look at walmart for dream water.....5-htp is expensive and i cant find galantamine     oh dream water also besides 5-htp has melatonin gaba and more    way worth it like $3 for all that instead of $25+ for a bottle of 5-htp at GNC     try huperzine a   its very effective i remember way! more dreams now from it it stops the break down of acetlcholine   very good for memeory and learning since acetlcholine is a neurotransmitter     valerian root passionflower and chamomile is also very good(helps me relax and fall to sleep i have adhd and its quite often hard so thats a plus besides dreams haha)
9  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: can dreams blend into one?? on: April 16, 2012, 13:41:53
i figured so. i started taking huperzine a supplements 1-2(usually 2)pills a day one in the morning and one at night and my dreams have been greatly impacted. i now slowly wake up atleast once usually twice very slowly during the night and will write down my dreams but some times ill go from one dream setting to a complete other but yet its still related to the first one such as being with a group of people on a lake next thing im spontaneously with that group on a lake doing something different and dont rememeber how and why it changed but everything else is extremely vivid.     with that said couldnt that actually be a problem if someone is say trying to under stand there dreams like studying the interpretation of our dreams
10  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / sweaty dreams?!?!? on: April 13, 2012, 14:51:11
ive noticed over the past few nights that every time i awake to write down a dream(ive gotten to the point i slowly awake after im gonna guess almost every dream....atleast the only ones i truly recall) im sweating and not just a little but i keep my room cold with a fan and my door almost closed. ive actually had to wipe the sweat off me and turn the fan off when i write my dreams down cause the sweat and cold air makes me so cold......why would i be sweating so badly and just about everytime??
11  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: B6 vitamin helps remembering the dreams! on: April 13, 2012, 14:47:09
well since energy drinks have numerous times over the daily needed values in(well some) b vitamins id say youd just about have to try and take to much.......ive drank alot of energy drinks and taken many more energy supplements than given as a single dose on several occations and it didnt do anything but color my urine to a very yellow and i think thats solely cause of the niacin

this may help.....what career could one (such as myself) go into with the fascination of a sleep researcher maybe? sleep specialist cause there is to my knowledge not a specific "dream" job as in a job were your work prodomeitely(i hope thats right) involves dreams
15  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / the ? that could change ones future......oneirology on: April 12, 2012, 16:49:19
im 17 and about to start college ive always been very very good at science and math esp physics and trig so i decided in 8th grade engineer then electrical but now that i practice lucid dreaming id like to go into a profession that i can tie in my spare time hobby into my career i figure my best bet is get an associates in psychology(never wouldve believed id said that and still cant lol) but what career path could i go into to study/be some what involved in dreams?? salary does not matter id rather be poor and enjoying my job and life than doing something i truly dont want to......and im already gifted in science and math id like to brouden my field of comfort a bit well venture into studying the dreaming mind which is forever changing and not tangible like math and science such as the number 3 will always be 3 but a dream i have or u he or she has today could never happen just fascinated by dreams more than anything else and would love to spend my life devoted to them

can u help me out??
16  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: Selling me soul? on: April 12, 2012, 16:28:22
i dont think the things that happen in our dreams affect our actual life but reflect inner emotions and a big pot head so when i quite smoking like now i often dream of smoking pot    or back when i was trying to learn as much about lsd and shrooms dmt and other psychedelics id have dreams where i found a book on shroom tea or this one in my work where a bell would go off and everyone (but me) went into prayer and i ran to the bathroom to find acid(happened twice in the same dream. or my dream last night i was in a gas station and two indian guys worked there then i realized this mornin they looked just like the guys i saw at the what if ya sell ur soul or make a deal it only affects that dream or a few dreams    dreams are forever changing thats why they are so interesting and mystic to people just like....emotions and thoughts        atleast this is the way i see it
17  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: B6 vitamin helps remembering the dreams! on: April 12, 2012, 16:04:00
ive had better results from just waking up periodically through the night( i can have like atleast 3 vivid dreams every night) add that with melatonin and huperzine a haha fascinating dreams!!!!!!:)......try rem rebound too(i never could get cannabis rebound but a benzo one was so crazy and vivid i awoke jumped outta bed ran like 5 feet and ticked myself    so be warned(ex.i could close my eyes and watch spongebob then i had tea with wolves)
18  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: Selling me soul? on: April 12, 2012, 15:59:39

19  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / can dreams blend into one?? on: April 12, 2012, 15:41:29
instead of explaining my dream ill just ask my it possible for 2+ vivid dreams(and i mean vivid) to blend into one long less vivid dream memory??
20  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / not sure what to call this....false awakening obe or what?? on: April 12, 2012, 15:38:34
its had to explain ive had dreams like this before ive said either fa or an obe but i really dont know......simply i get ready for bed like every night walk up stairs say good night get a bite to eat and everything then go to bed but in my dream its like i reinact not what i did before i go to bed but its like im redoing the time before i went to in the same location such as house or school (were ever i fell asleep) and i go about doing not normal things but odd dream things such as last night the earliest thing i remember is walking around our kitchen seeing a blob of purple and green goo with glitter in it and my mom is sitting in the chair she was before i went to bed then i get the idea omg my black light would look so cool with that goo i run down stairs nd get it out of my drewer and went to screw it into the fixture...i got a chair(looks like our chairs) and stood in it( had terrible balance) and when i screwed it in the bulb didnt light up but inside  the outlet were u screw it in lit up and my mom said something like its always about the light then i went down stairs put the bulb up and my window was cracked and i had the idea that i had smoked pot and i had some were i do hide mine when i hide it then the plastic insolation wrap we put over our windows in the winter (to keep out cold air...very very old house) was like attached to my tv and then to my wall and i thought uuuuumm this is odd....and the dream ended and i realized i was dreaming i was in my room i knew were i was and what position in my bed and was thinking that oh i need to write down this dream! but ...let me try to explain it was like my body was asleep but my mind was awake and all in like a matter of a second i had numerous thoughts run threw my mind and then i focused really had and i squeezed my eyes and could finally move my body and then realized id been sweating and realy bad even tho my room was freezing and my fan was on its mid setting(im guessing this was sleep paralysis)........but can someone try to explain what kinda dream this was
21  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: dream intensifiers...non conventional on: March 22, 2012, 15:35:23
cheese in general is awesome lol i heard dairy period before bed is good. i eat atleast one grilled cheese before bed n a glass of whole milk before bed and even tho im a daily mj smoker i can still recall about one dream per night....(another tip that helps me_they say to awake softly and slowly well i leave my curtain open and blinds open so when the sun rises at around 6 am here i awake very lightly and it helps and getting ready real fast and lay down and take a power nap or just meditate)
22  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: dream intensifiers...non conventional on: March 15, 2012, 17:56:18

23  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / Re: lucid dreams and the endocannabinoid system on: March 07, 2012, 17:02:28
i finally had a result actually just about an hr ago sunday i smoked a dime size ball of resin smeared on a cig then monday i took a z bar and drank some vodka then tuesday i stayed sober and this mornin id slept great and still felt my body relaxed and fell asleep in school and had a dream(not ext long & vivid but more than a norm dream)     question tho why do i keep dreaming about bein in school?? and what about my endocannabinol question??
24  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / lucid dreams and the endocannabinoid system on: March 06, 2012, 19:28:06
ive heard of people dreaming about smoking cannabis in a dream or ld feeling and waking high. well ive tried to find ways to smoke and it not affect or even help my lding but i doubt its possible(if so help me!!!!! i cant get a rebound)    well could dreaming of this affect ur dreams not in the sense you did it in a dream but could it cause like a release of endocannabinol suppressing REM sleep??
25  Dreams / Welcome to Dreams! / is it even possible?? on: March 06, 2012, 17:34:26
hello im 17yrs old and practice lucid dreaming(not luicid yet but i have had 2 obe's). i do smoke pot pretty regurally i can remember dreams if i really try hard and i some times stop and work solely stop just to work on lucid dreaming. then every once in a blue moon i go all out and get tore up(by myself....i trust me alone cause i just like to sit and relax while others go crazy doin stuff) simply i took a full z bar smoked a cig took a mcds cup filled it hlf n hlf vodka  and dr pepper then when home chilled chapped with mom went to bed downed the cup scraped enough resin for 3 solid and one small hits threw in a dip and went away from his world(any1 with a humor...haha tried to move my arm and got covered in dip and spit lol cleaned it up n all) then i fell asleep like instantly.

now to the dream------imagine sitting in a pitch black room(as if you were meditating but eyes opened) then like shapes colors people objects and all sorts of stuff came into my vision(all i can say to explain it is my only dream thought was a constant....whooooooooooaaaaaah

how could this have happened benzos alc and cannabis suppress REM? maybe it was a NREM dream or something else?
