1  Energy Body and The Chakras / Welcome to Energy Body and The Chakras / Re: premature awakeing via psilocybin overdose on: April 28, 2016, 19:16:47
Hi rain_88:

I had a psychotic break on magic mushrooms a decade or so ago. I told people that it was like I never came back to earth, never landed the thing. I've had experiences with demons since then too - it is different to before the mushrooms in that they (the demons) don't call me normal anymore. I just don't get away with calling myself an ordinary human, since the dose. The intellect thus needs an emphasis on !cosmic truth not just ordinary facts in challenging the demons. Demons hear the truth, they just don't think you'll get away with being inept at LOVE. I suggest learning what each demon does and figuring out how to banish 'em. It can be self-taught just takes conscience diligence, tenacity, whatever your friend is already doing when "keeping busy" I gather.

Yes my mushrooms made me an passionate \ ardent \ ~egotistical sorta believer, it was like turning into jesus maybe. all my relationships failed. they say it takes 10 years to get thru a big magic mushroom dose. My ten years is up, and I surprisingly I don't actually regret taking the mushrooms but my life is much different than it could've been I think. I want to say to the friend everything is worth it that is learned from.

Hi bungalow,

thank you for the insights Smiley.
2  Energy Body and The Chakras / Welcome to Energy Body and The Chakras / premature awakeing via psilocybin overdose on: April 07, 2016, 14:27:37
Hello everyone,

I would like to ask for your help on one of my friend's behalf. Years ago he overdosed himself with psilocybin which resulted in a premature awakening. He has been battling with some 'demons' and very strong emotions ever since then. He can't really put it into words but it feels like as if they're coming through a crashed in gate and try to pull him under if he stops keeping himself busy, even for a half an hour. Meanwhile, the initial bliss that accompanied the awakening experience diminished, leaving behind nothing but their disturbing counterparts.

Now we are looking for resources that would ease the symptoms or help coping with them. I'm very aware of the fact that any given thing works differently for different people and you should use your own discretion and judgement when it comes to experimenting with anything. But I would really appreciate if anyone could help me find books, articles, websites or any piece of information that deal with the treatment of premature awakening, especially when it is caused by hallucinogens.

All the best,
3  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: Can someone tell me what's wrong with the scientific community? on: April 10, 2013, 07:38:57
I think science is just another form of religion, so researching these topics equals blasphemy. It is funny how the supposed-to-be open minded can't think outside the box. I think the majority is so immersed in their ingrained beliefs that dismisses anything that can't be scientifically proven, that is not repeatable, not objective enough, not aided by statistics. And yeah, you can't publish these results in prestigeous journals. Who will invest money in such a nonsene? On the other hand, these people are so attached to their credibility and impact factor - can you believe it, researchers collect impact factors and bow before each others number - that they wouldn't risk loosing their precious reputation.
4  Integral Philosophy / Welcome to Integral Philosophy! / Re: Life is an ego trip controlled by your desires? on: March 31, 2013, 18:51:15
It makes perfect sense to me, I think it is a quite coherent package of thoughts, not just disagreeing for the sake of disagreeing.

And what makes you think than women who give birth are all brave and selfless amazons? There are so many reasons to give birth to a child and so many of them are selfish and abusive.

I've got the feeling that the windows on your idealistic bubbles are due to a cleaning.
5  Integral Philosophy / Welcome to Integral Philosophy! / Re: Life is an ego trip controlled by your desires? on: March 30, 2013, 18:37:45
I think you guys just over think this whole thing and just can't consider the possibility that we, who are all selfless, caring, loving etc. personalities, have this very "selfish" motivation deep down in our core to make ourselves feel good.
I mean, it is funny how people react when they are forced to think outside of their comfort zones and how their beliefs about themselves stops them from even theoretically admitting the possibility of something that doesn't fit into the picture they have about themselves.
I don't always look for what's in it for me when I help someone, but I can't recall a single case when when helping someone out didn't make me feel good or leave me feel satisfied at least a bit. So, all I am saying that  for me there is always this feel good aspect to it, no matter what the price or the gain is.

How is it free when it costs almost 6 bucks?
7  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: Thinking of going vegetarian on: February 09, 2013, 13:11:13
Google Gerson's Therapy it will facepalm your mind. Unrelated, a low calorie diet combined with fasting and being a vegetarian is about the best thing you can do to cure disease, live longer, and be healthy. It can be very expensive and hard to stick to as I'm finding out. Also juicing.

I don't think that being a vegetarian costs you more. I live on grains, vegetables, fruits and dairy and I couldn't spend less money on food if I wasn't a vegetarian.
Also, I feel more energetic although I sleep for approx. 5 hours a day.

9  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: What would happen if one did sucide? on: January 31, 2013, 06:26:15
I would like to add that there are things in this physical life that I love and enjoy, but after some time I feel like I had enough of them.  And I don't feel bad about it, I am more like okay what's next. Okay it's nice but I'm starting to feel bored.
I do think that I actually my life purpose has actually been fulfilled. I broadened the horizons of many people around me in a way that would have been impossible if I wouldn't have become the person I am now. And it makes me feel that I am done here, and really don't see a reason for setting any goals for myself any more. Cause I know myself and I know that how will I feel after achieving it. That's what I mean by irrelevant. It's not like I got here and after 2 days I was like ok it's not for me.

And yeah, I do feel more like a spectator or observer of some kind, too.
10  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: What would happen if one did sucide? on: January 30, 2013, 23:21:03
It isn't irrelevant, it really resonates with me. I often think about ending my life. I am not depressed or anything, don't have problems. Just don't feel like belonging here. So I often wonder, why should I stay somewhere that feels irrelevant, why should I keep doing something that makes me feel like I had enough of it. And I am kind of curious, too.
11  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: What would happen if one did sucide? on: January 30, 2013, 21:00:34
I get where you're coming from rain.

Here's a very real scenario: What about someone with a terminal illness that lives in horrible pain every day? Pretty much everyone who goes through assisted suicide is in this position. Is it wrong to not let them die on their own terms? In terms of "lessons", it's got to be a huge one for all of the participants. Maybe it can't be generalized down to right & wrong and should be looked at by the individual situation.

Yeah, I think that the biggest human flaw is that we try to label everything as good or wrong. It is so egotistical and blindfolded. If you try to tell the good from the wrong your scale of values will just lead you astray. You bet you don't have enough information, don't see a picture which is big enough since there is always another way to see and interpret things.

Lol, I feel kinda safe then! Keep it up! grin
13  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: What would happen if one did sucide? on: January 30, 2013, 12:09:39
I am just trying not to affected by social, religious or cultural imprints when it comes to this topic. It is equally easy for me to imagine very dark or pretty nice post-suicide scenarios. It doesn't make me feel in any particular way that I think that my grandma isn't rotting in hell since we weren't close. I just don't think that life would be sacred, so no 'punishment' for throwing it away. For using your free will. That's the point of being here, don't you think so? And free will isn't free will if you are free to do anything, except...Of course there are consequences, but what is the point of knowing the consequences for every single action you do? That would make learning kind of pointless.

16  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: What would happen if one did sucide? on: January 29, 2013, 07:03:35
That really depends on the particular situation of why someone wishes to exit this reality willingly. I donít think you will necessary end up in a lower, negative realms. For example I heard from my mom that one of my high school teachers committed suicide after he found out that he was terminally ill. He did not want to be a burden to his two children who had to take care of him during the long agonizing process. They could not quit their jobs to take care of him and he did not have money to hire someone or to stay in a hospital. Now, what would any of you do in his situation? He was a great person, always smiling, always encouraging and positive. No one is insured of such circumstances in life. Not even the most positive, law of attraction follower. Sometimes even people that think are strong may fall under severe situations that they cant handle.
In Belgium people are allowed to schedule their euthanasia if they are terminally ill. One of my sisterís friend who had brain cancer did this and it was very sad but she said that she would be happier to go that way rather than going through the torture of chemotherapy, or slowly dying in pain where her chances of survival were none. Her loved ones were going to suffer even more if they watched her being in pain.
I for example will very much be happy to go in case of an Armageddon happens here on earth, radiation or a virus outbreaks, chaos, violence and a knowing that it is just a matter of time. I will gladly put an end of my misery and I donít think that I will end up in lower negative realms.
So, it really depends on the situation, and we have to recognize that this is not something that it is unthinkable or will lead to a spiritual degradation. However, this idea should not be even entertained unless it is a matter of life and death.

Lovely Smiley!

I didn't say that you don't matter or shouldn't interact. I am saying that you have free will and suicide is a personal decision. It doesn't necesserily mean that people don't matter to you or vice versa just because you decide to kill yourself. It is a personal decision which should be respected. No one said that people will always be there for you. They will experience physical death sooner or later anyway. They can die in many nasty ways. I don't see it why is it so tragical. It is not like you are your body, or have one incarnation.

My grandma hung herself a few years ago. Do you want to know how she looked after the rope was removed from her neck? Peaceful. And calm. Tragic? What exactly? Experiencing something in this illusionary playground which doesn't fit into someone else's comfort zone?
18  Astral Chat / Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: What would happen if one did sucide? on: January 28, 2013, 13:42:07
Okay do you guys actually experienced any of the suicide related stuff you are talking about? I am not encouraging anyone to commit suicide, but if you never try, you never know. Everyone is talking about how reality is a personal experience but when it comes to suicide you guys are all become jumpy. And so sure that the person who does it goes to a 'bad' place. I mean everyone agrees on the fact that everything is just subjective experience, but then a topic comes up which is kind of a taboo and...oh well...

I mean, what if you chose to experience suicide? To grow BY experiencing it? It's your experience. Not your loved ones'. You belong to them? You responsible for them? Where is the 'you are responsible only for yourself' talk know? Maybe they chose to grow by experiencing mourning.

Where do you get after it? Don't you think it's up to you? And your beliefs. If you believe that you will lose everything you have learned so far or something..errm...better not to try it out Smiley.

Ask her to sign up. With so much knowledge it would be very interesting to see if your visit was a remote viewing session.

Yeah, that would be lovely.

Besides, you seem to be very positive these days man, keep it up Smiley!

Words are just words... ultimately, without intent/context behind them, they're meaningless.

I agree with this. And I would add the need of a receiver too, but you said that later in your post. Although a lot more elaborately Smiley.

That's a lovely street name <3!

I will check out that book, thx for the hint.

But I am rather interested in your personal opinions. I know that people tend not to think about things that "just are", but I'm still asking you to do that Smiley.
