Hi everyone !

This is the first forum i have ever joined. I must say that reading about everyone's experiences (and questions) is a really enlightning  . I have a question and any replies are welcome...

Do you think being the 'real you' is important to acheiving OBEs and other psychic abilities? For example if you pretend to be something you are not will this hamper will progess ? The answer seems obvious, but I would just like a general opinion from all of you.

Another question: Does progressing with all of these things help your confidence at all ? i.e becoming more the real you and less fake !
