Healing / Welcome to the Healing place! / Major healing help needed please

Hi andonitxo, Thanks for your message. Some of what you related rings especially true in this case. We have talked at length about 'life factors' that could have led to this stage and I agree with what you are saying (as does Carol). Certain issues have occurred or been allowed to occur which could have led to this stage in her life happening. It will take some work and reflection to deal with these issues and the ongoing help from others will be very beneficial. Thanks for the help! Rich

Hi everyone, Thanks again for the offers of help, my friend's name is Carol and she lives in North Somerset in the UK. As an update, since her diagnosis, she has undergone surgery which was successful and a run of radiotherapy which finished in the beginning of September. She has been given the 'all-clear' so far and is recovering well which also is down to the quite phenomenal response to help from the many healers out there who selflessly offered to help. Obviously things like this take quite some time to recover from so that she can return to work but she is getting there! So a big thank you to all of you who have helped and are still offering to help. She really appreciates it and it really has helped her through what is a most difficult time. Thanks to you all! And best wishes, Rich

Hi everyone, I wonder if I may ask a favour: I have a very good friend who has been recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Her name is Carol and she is 38 years old with 3 young children.
She is very spiritual (having experience in hands-on healing etc) and she agreed for me to help her remotely because her husband does not like any of this 'stuff'.
She recently had her first surgery and before this I worked hard to try to at least contain 'it' in one place because it did not want to move. (The early prognosis is not looking so good at the moment). I have been working hard to do what I can and wondered if I may call on other experienced people to assist if possible. In my last communication they advised me that seeking the help of more healers could also make a difference. Any help or advice would be great. Thanks very much, Best wishes, Rich

Metaphysics / Welcome to Quantum Physics! / Shamanic healing - why it works

Wow, thanks for the post! I am studying Shamanism and for me it goes hand in hand with my OBE attempts. It is nice to see the scientific side coming on board (albeit in the forward thinkers) to agree with what shamans have known for thousands of years! Great post! Cheers, Rich

Hi, Back a while I enrolled for the AP course and it was ok, it worked mainly with dream recall and getting lucid and projecting from there. It never really worked for me then though but reading and working through MAP was better and I actually had some great success with this.
Now, as you finish one course, it invites you to start another one on the road to enlightenment (their words, not mine) but as I continued to read them, to me they became increasingly intolerant of others, this immediately put me off and I discontinued following them.
I just cannot abide 'one' correct way and others being 'evil'. Intolerance of others just killed any interest I had in them.
Like someone else mentioned, it is free to sign up, try it for the AP, see if you get something from it and drop it if you dont. But after trying both, I would get 'Mastering Astral Projection'. In my opinion it is the most complete work in getting you to project.
Hope this helps!
Rich

Metaphysics / Welcome to Metaphysics! / Strange feeling when encountering a spirit/ghost

That's interesting. I look forward to coming across some of these 'ghosts' in my dreams when I become lucid, I am beginning to think that they are not 'evil' but 'observers'. I think that it is my fear of ghosts that has turned them into fearful energies, but as I have come across them more and more, I have been losing the fear and approaching closer (or at least moving past them without freaking out, which is a good step for me!) I think that James has summed it up very well, these are not always things to be afraid of but it has become scary by things like Hollywood (or religion, good old Catholicism had scared me from this sort of thing for a long time). Best of luck, and let us know how you get on. Rich

Hi, I also get exactly the same fellings as you are describing when I come upon haunted locations in dreams. Sometimes the energy feeling is so strong as to be nearly unbearable. It does also sound like you are 'sensing' the energies rather than 'seeing' them. This is what I get when I feel 'visitors' around me. I am no expert, but I am learning to trust my feelings, I would say that you are quite open too. Hope this helps! Rich
