i live in the woods 10 miles from a town and when i have a obe i go outside then try to go to town but it seems like i will never get to town cause i live where there is nothing, the nothingness makes me get back into my body.

is there some way i can get to town without taking a long time to get there?

in my last obe i had a choice of going to town or going to a star, i picked going to town but as usual the nothingness made me get back into my body.

my first obe was when i saw a exit through my eyelids.

there was a star outside that i looked at but i thought it was so far away that i wouldnt know if it was scary or not. is it normal to be scared of going into outer space for the first time?

when feeling your eyelids when out of body is it suppose to feel you only have one?

does this confirm my obe was a true obe?-i had to struggle to get out of my body kind of like velcro.

when i was laying on my body i didnt see no silver cord where is it at?

do my spontaneous obe's happen when i get sleep paralysis or is it something else on how i get out of my body?

the more spontaneous obe's i have will i be able to conquer the fear of going far and staying longer out of my body?

why do i always feel lonely in most of my obe's?

now the bug itches are on my nose.

i got bugs itching in my head, im going to shave my head with a headblade sport to help with it because itching takes me back to square one.

dreams are just like video games, i had the longest dream about me running from the cops and hijacking cars. i forgot how i got away from the cops but i think it was something about me blowing them up. a virtual new york city like in gta4 will make you have weird dreams because i like walking around in it like its a real city and doing reality checks.

does shaving your head help in astral projection?

im going to have to try this to see if it will help me in obe's.

i think the more you feel your astral body the less you think about your body.

i dont know but since it doesnt involve real people i think it shouldnt hurt me.

just now i had a fully conscious obe.

i was in my bed just thinking about buying salvia to see if it would give me a obe, then something caught my astral sights attention, my astral sight turn to the right where there was a shape shifting woman in my bed, she was shape shifting so i tried to make her beautiful then it was happening but i woke up.
it was kind of scary because i thought at any time it could attack me.

who could this person be or was it a figment of my imagination?

is dmt this dimensions way of explaining out of body experiences? like the brain is this dimensions way of explaining consciousness?

when i try to have a out of body experience are the vibrations signs that your brain is releasing a low dose of dmt?

to leave one dimension and go to another one, does each dimension have rules that explain your going from one dimension to another? like when you die that explains that you have left this dimension.

on the rope technique the higher i go the harder it if for me to not mess it up. so does the more dmt my brain produces make the physical body less of a distraction?
