most of the time happends if i take a nap after work it happend to me before few times well it's was amazing when u start to float it's like somthing pulling u up and down but to able to float i need force my mind to get up from my body i fell like i need separete my hand and my bodyy some time it's take some aford but last time my post i just move my finger and  my body just let me out like bullet

Saturday i went to work in the Morning so after i got home i decide take a nap it's was 4pm i kind have a little bit probel go to sleep
so finaly i and up in the dream part of it look like i was playing a game first inside the game but the i was see thta i was holding a mouse and i was looking at flat screen then me kind think if it was a dream and i was palying the game so pictures start to change but i told my self to change to a difrent object then i felt strange filling in my chest it's was kind of scary i try like stop it cause it's was making me kind of uncomfortable but same time realy good felling so time to time it will get strong and weka it's was like in chest it's was like my chest is shacking it's was kind of vibration and the funy thing i could feel my leg was on top other leg and i could fill my leg touching my other leg so i was thinking i try get out of my body so i was able move my finger and then boom i felt like somthing pull me out and i felt strange feeling like somthing was pulling me up or somthing down it's was kind of like in airplane but when i was up in air with amazing feeling like im floating it's was dark i could not see anything so i try open my eyes and boom im my body

i felt like my body was vebrating realy crazy and that my arm  was twisting to other side i kind of sleep on my side when  i told my self to go faster i was feel like i was in difrent somthing it's was not the dream i was having so onother wave hit me and it's was same my arm it's was feeling like it was sepereating from somthing then i try push my self up and i felt like my neck and head snapp and i was free and after that the darknesss was gone and i realise that im floating my back down to bed so was going outside at the door i was thinking i wont be able to pass it but i still try and i pas it it's like a rbike the door shatter it in pices of wood after that i was fly unfamiliar world i see trees some people and after i told my self go to other places like moon other planets everything vent black and i felt that im back were i start it and same staff vibration same feeling of hand and then i open my eyes and wakeup

 Hello friends i think i had first vibration i was practice it for maby few months or more. Moszt of the time i sleep on my seid not on my back so today. i did litle breathing   exercise then i count slowlwly to 21 after few min i laydown on my side and just look in the darkness then i got like pictures most of em what i did at work today then it's started vibrations i think it's was feel like my body gets lighter im loosing awarnes of my physical body for time to time it's feels like my body like it's spins from side to side and it's was very good feling and i also see difrent colors when im my eyes is closed like purple and other thetre like in water flaoting on my eyes side

  I was trying project few times. some time when i relax really good. With my eyes beaning closed one time i had some strange expiriance.
I think i woke up but i could not see anything but i felt like my whole body was shaking i think i may having OBE while i was shaking
i think in my mind to raise my hand and i think i did what i see it's was blue glowing like hand then i woke up. Onother time i woke up laying down on my bed staring at my open closet weid thing i was staring for meaby 1 min then i try get up i was kind get om my 4 legs and arms 
like a dog when i did it it feel like something snapped  really when i look down my bed i dint see my body so i think it was not obe so i had bottle of water i dint know why i start spraying water every were after that i lay down in the bed then i heard voice  i understand it clearly it's was some young female voice would ask me would u go sell vegetables with me i leave on a farm so my other asked me few times before that but it was not her voice after i lay down and woke up quick i lay i get up and look at my self i was on my physical body but all my room was dry there was no water   on my floor or other place  but it was weird my bed sheets was different there were flowers and yelow color but they white .

some other times hwne i project i see green glowing light patterns when i do breathing exercising some first they green but when  i get feel like my body gets num some time feels like my body sink i get purple light  so what is this staff

I woke and look at the clock it's was about 5 am a decided go back for more sleep and then i dont know how long for few sec i seating  down on somthing  ifelt some kind of vibration like my body kind off shaking it may acure before i end up being in my appetemnt about 4400 miles away were i was in my bed tehn i think im may having obe so i told my self mebay im having obe so i try to gte up and i felt
kind of free so i look at place were i sit down i dint see no body then i see my mother walking in the room thne i look back to the that place were i was sitting down and i see legs the same pents i wear and i next i look at the shirt then i look at the face then it's struck that it was me but i was looking kind of not my self i was looking kind of like  i was drunk then i start explore my appartment it's was weird it's was  so clear it's was look like my real apartenment it's was weird cuase that if it's my body was walking to that what scared me so like i trydrag to bed but that dint work real well so i wnt to kicthen so i kind try to fly up in cilling then hen i felt like i was lifting off it's was amazing feeling so i try go up throw the cilling in onother appartment so i try push the cilling but it was hard like rock i could not do it so i to ld my self screw the selling i just walk from the door when i get to door my body or some body else told me not realy clear that i have go back to my body but then he ask me were i  was going i told him that i was going to see my Grandmam and sister
then he told me he dont like my Grandma then i think i like got pulled to him and then i woke up

but when i got scared i was feeling lsomthing weird that my body or my energy will rip appart or somthing i was kind stress iso i was thin king that i may pull my self back but it dint work but it's was great expiriance so i think it's was obe i kind had like 3 of em little simular

Ok i was going try do the phase staff or somthing like that so after trying do it for 30 min laying on the bed it nothing happend so i told to my self in my mind forget this im just going to sleep some how my mind got clear r somthing like that i have no thoughts in my mind before that i did some breathing technique it was inhale fresh energy outhale the used energy so after i told to my self just go to sleep after bit somthing weird was going out with me all the sudden my mind get sharp i felt some how my body got realy relax and when i close my eyes i was seeing ilke purple like bowl shape light
going from my head and i cane feel my hartbeat very good but it's strange feeling in my body after awhile i got scared so i get up from bed and layback after a bit i here some kind short whip noise and i felt like my body got sink down or something like some body put luts of staff on my body i cant realy explain it's was realy difrent i never expirianced anything like that after that i hade a dream in my dream i was in some kind building there were  people who knew my name when i try to walk on the floor it's was kind some body was pushing me in my back or floor was like ice after i got in there room i find mirror in there i look at it i could not see my self clearly but after looking for few sec i told my self in the mind that i was dreaming it was amazing i felt like my hart was beating and the image of the dream was slowly getting away meaby it was not a dream

My English aint to good. lets start i was trying  get in the FOCUS 10 so i listen so monroe tapes before so i was trying use the techiques of total relaxation after little bit of time. I laying down on my bed  close eyes some time i see like greenish like waves or smoke moving in my eyes thne some time i get short pictures thye look so real im not a sleep at all but they realy short some time they are colored pictures like cartoons animation so is im on the right path

ok this was 2th smilar to this 1 but first time i was in my room and i have a dream about my friend then
for no reason i told my self im dreaming then all suden pictures change kind to my room so i try to get up
and it was feel like i was floating in air so i try go throw the wall but u could not do it cause it feels like i was in my physical body so i have to use the door then i see whole bunch people but when i look at my bed when i was floating backwards from my bed i see kind of light blue stick or string from my bed

Ok i went to sleep at nite i and i have Picture of 2 pople trowing bmetal ball smal fits the in the hand
and i was thinking that im that ball and iwas thinking about number 10
after i fell a sleep i think i  a wake  or mmeaby not but i was looking at my room i was staring at closet
it was very difrent felling it's like my body was numb and set my mind to try get my self out the body
so i start crawling it's was feels like my body snaped when i was laying down it's was strang e feeling that my body was like little shaking and make my body feels like it's kind havy but it was very good feeling so i try get up and was up look oround for some reason i dint see my body so i lay down after taht i was heriang a Verbal
speach i cane clearly understand it. so after get up lokk orond look at my bad i laydown donw back on the bad
and i woke up meaby it was just a dream what do u think but i was in my room it's was feeling like i was in a dream cane u help me

Well i trying listening Robert Monroe hemi sync tutorials on Gateway Experience and recently i got in focus 10
and for short time while i was listening his hime sync i felt somthing similar Like I  were high then it as gone and body was relaxed but when im listening his staff i cane fell my hart beat i cane feel it beat some time it do it fast so after i turn off my hime sync and try get some sleep after 30 40 min i felt like something was pulling me to the bad and i swear
and i hear like some body say something and next i hear like some heavy object was trown in water
