I had a suspicion...

I think one major scientific theory for teleportation depends on a multidimensional universe. The "stuff" that holds matter together would have to be able to disassemble and reassemble the cellular structure, as well as transfer consciousness, neither of which are physically possible.

So if you have complete quantum mastery over your cellular structure and are confident you can make it reassemble correctly where you intend for it to, go for it! Sounds simple enough. In theory.

From what I've read, they've sent a particle around one way with success. Now they're going to test it going the other way. THEN, they're gonna send one each way and smash them together. That's when it gets good.

I agree with TVOS. My best AP's are after a day of good healthy eatin and good exercise. When I've had a good workout, I tend to have a VERY natural sleep with remembered experiences later that night. Being in good health with clarity of mind makes a difference. Having a stressful or non-active (lazy) day and taking melatonin will just make you crash. OBE'ing takes a lot more than just being tired.

Good advice jub jub. Another one I like is to visualize being underwater and doing constant underwater somersaults. It tends to really screw with my which-way-is-up orientation.

Nobody stops dreaming, you just stop remembering it. It seems more difficult as you get older. I suggest starting a dream journal and writing down everything you can possibly remember from the night. Keep it up and before long you'll be dreaming every night. Accompany this with AP practice and you'll be on your way.

Keep in mind, you're still young and these skills take years to develop properly, so take your time with it and have fun with the learning process.

The monroe institute has a name for it in there gateway program, and I can't remember what that name is. But it's a signpost that you're getting close. (It normally doesn't last long though - a few moments to several minutes or so) A time might come when instead of physically waking up from your "blackout", you wake up with vibes or even directly in the astral.

Consider it a signpost that you're entering or close to entering a good trance.

...but i'll conduct research on it sometime.
