It's just weird. If I do dream about a person I've never met, I'll usually meet them soon after. However, this one time I dreamed I went out with this guy who I've never met. Well, about three years later I was in a workshop class. He walked through the door and I freaked out. I couldn't believe that the guy in my dreams was actually real. He kept staring at me the whole three hours. It kind of scared me and I didn't talk to him. I've been dreaming about this other guy for years and I've never met him. What if one of these days I see him. Should I look away or ignore him? Should I walk up to him and strike up a conservation?

If I saw someone in real life that I've only seen in a dream before, I would DEFINITELY talk to them. The worst that could happen is they'll think you're a nut. I think it would be worth the try.

To generalize an answer: unlimited possibilities.

Perhaps you're bringing your awareness into the ever-present "Now". It's a great place to contemplate the nature of reality - or anything for that matter.

There are many experienced projectors who don't get vibes. I haven't had them in a couple years, but have had some great experiences. If you don't get them, don't think you're not doing something right.

It sounds like you've maybe entered a light trance. (Maybe Monroe's "F3" or even "F10"). Getting good at that is a great first step towards regular projections.

Have you looked in Astral FAQ's and Permanent Astral Topics? There's a good number of methods there.

That's awesome Mustardseed. I agree that our non-physical experiences should better our physical life experiences and bring more meaning to them. We're on this level for a reason...

While some dreams may be prophetic, for the majority of us its subconscious muck that rises to the surface. You're the best person to analyze your dreams. If you can't find a meaning, it might not have one.

Maybe not clairvoyance, but the fact that you consciously recognized it is something. 

It seems to me that karma would play a role.  If you believe in that kind of thing.

You have a lot of faith in random people agreeing to mess with you astrally. What if they don't have your best interest in mind?

I think that it all starts with feelings. Learning them and understanding them can lead to other "skills". It's great that you're able to recognize them.

 Sometimes our fears manifest in our dreams, and it's best to confront it rather than avoid it. You'll soon see if it was prophecy.
