Just a couple of things to discuss.......

One is I really like your explanation for people seeing Jesus when they die. Many 'deadies', as I like to call the ones I work with when taking them across into the light, do see what they believe they will see... at least until they wake up from the dream that is life.

The traditional presentation of Jesus as a causcasian male with long hair and beard is easily layered onto other beings people will meet in NDE or other journeys. Some beings present themselves with the Archetypical long white hair and beard, etc, and many people who meet these representations of their Higher-Self believe that they met Jesus. And when you tell them what it was they met, the people reply with vehemence based on their chosen and indoctrinated belief-system.... mainly christians in fact. Many of these are the smallest of small minded people.

We must address the Concept of Old and New souls. The concept appeals to many people, and particularly those believing themselves to be somehow spiritually superior to others... no offence meant to you there. As you will find the concept is rife within the New-Age Industry, with many believers claiming themselves to be Old souls, thereby making others New souls, and therefore less spiritually attained... you will notice this is reflected in their choice of clothing too as befits the Unbalanced Ego.

All Souls are Equal. All were created in the earliest phases of the Aware Universes diversification of itself into everything that exists or has existed so far. In which case, there is no such a thing as an Old or New Soul.. in fact, the only way a Soul could be termed New is if it is New to this Earth Experience.

Let me explain the premise of that last statement......... Because all souls are incredibly ancient, they have chosen Experiences in other worlds, other realities and dimension of existence within this Universe. They have also Ascended from those Experiences and gone on to choose other Experience forms. So, all souls that volunteered to have the Experiences availabe here on Earth are really Ascended Beings already... we are just here for the Experience without any judgements about it. And we are here to experience everything this place can provide to us so that the Aware Universe has the experience of Itself and its abilities.

So this Universe is no different to you or me in that we are born into existence, then we grow and learn about ourselves in the process. The number of lives you have experienced here is huge!! I call them Rounds of Incarnations... not just one or two, or maybe 100 lives, but literally thousands of them in order to Experience everything available here during different eras and ages.

More importantly, and as you are finding out for yourself, we have lived in each culture, possibly many times and we have attained to the highest and lowest of awareness. Meaning, you have already had lives where you were "Enlightened", and you followed up with other lives of small mindedness. The reasoning here is that lives do not follow a linear pattern going from the lowest possible awareness and Lack to the experience of Enlightenment and or Wealth. Lives are loosely based on certain parameters chosen by You the Soul, and once incarnate you fill in the gaps as you go... making it up along the way we could say.

You ask some great questions Serak.

While being human, we hold the smallest portion of our Awareness. We are also easily able to open up and remember/experience our own higher awareness as Soul, through meeting and communing with the Higher-Self, prior to re-merging in Awareness, in order to be all that we are in this physical 3D Earth. So we aren't here just to Wake Up and Ascend out of the place. That would be a worthless use of Experience to a Soul and to the Aware Universe.

Quantum Physics has stated for over 30 years that everything exists as a variety of vibrational forms, of the One Energy, that has Awareness. If it were not so, then we would not, could not, have awareness and therefore we would not exist currently in any form. Beautiful isn't it? This should answer one of your questions in your last paragraph.

For me, the healing energy comes out of my left hand, while my right hand does the absorbing or taking out role... after which I offer my right hand to the light for whatever stuff it collected to be burned/cleared/transformed.

This worked naturally for me from the age of 17. But over the years I started to direct the energy coming through my crown chakra down into my left hand, and I would breathe out as it went into the affected area, which was quite draining in a way.

Two years ago while working on a man with very aggressive throat cancer, the process changed. I got told to allow the energy to do what is needed and so I no longer needed to direct it.

This meant simply keeping my mind out of the equation altogether, which took a few minutes to get the hang of! After that, the energy coming in was massive, it poured into the crown chakra and straight into my left hand to do it's work.

You will know when the healing energy is coming through you, it ranges from a beautiful warm feeling to quite hot, depending on what is being worked on. More importantly, you will feel this heat moving into the person you are working on, and, they will feel it too.

You can also direct the energy to any place you wish. As an example, I've often directed it into my finger tips so that the fingers feel like they grow 6 inches longer in order to do 'psychic surgery'... for want of a better term. This has been very useful in cleaning and powering up other people's chakras that may seem stalled, etc, and for directly removing large portions of "dross"... that ugly looking dark-gray to black stuff you see inside the area being worked on.

Personally, I think the most effective approach to take is to be prepared to work with others, and then offer help when asked or needed.

You will know when you need to act, because the pressure to do it will become intense until you do something about it. This can and will happen at times you might not want it to, such as at a party for instance. This is for a reason, so you get over your inner worry about doing the work, and to balance the ego so that you can do what you need to do no matter who else is around, etc.

You could practice on pets, friends, etc.

Most important: Have faith that what you do works!! Don't doubt it or you may weaken the effects. And, never think or say, "I healed that person", because Ego will run unbalanced afterwards.

The whole celibacy concept is really old fashioned and was about not 'losing' one drop of energy in order to increase the store you might have. Only one problem with this idea is you are able to run more energy whenever you need it, so that makes the whole concept obsolete. Ideas about methods to awaken, grow, remember and use energy are found on my site... which I think you have been looking at anyway lately.

Yes but unity is just what humanity lacks, thus endless wars, crime, hate. depravity.

Sadly, everything needed to perceive Unity in humanity is in place, but humans tend not to want to see it. This is perfect for the time we are in, strangely enough.

I'm simplistic, thinking that if more people truly perceived the Same-ness in all people then we might reach Unity.

By Same-ness, I mean our being Human with the same real needs and desires.

We all love, have family, have "enemies", have dreams of a better future for our children, we share the same physiology no matter what our skin colour is, we all came from the same Source (Bowser again, lol), we were all born and we all die.

The only thing different is each person's culture. Not just the culture we live in, but the personal culture we've attached to. Some attach to Bikerism, some to Consumerism, some to emo-ism, etc.

The Beliefs within each separate personal culture are reflected in the sections of our community around us. It's comfortable belonging to something bigger than yourself!! So once again we are seeing that comfort zones, attachments and beliefs are still the culprits preventing us from seeing Sameness.

The NWO is working towards creating events that will force humans to think in Sameness... although it will only be limited perceptions of sameness to begin with as our freedoms, ability to move around, capability to feed our families, etc, are severely reduced over the next 2 to 4 years.

Eventually, when this "Might is Right" mentality crumbles along with it's ruling support groups, we will be left with one choice, to Unite.

Even then, this unity will have differing aspects to it. Some will align with the more negative gang-mentality, taking what they want when they want. Others will align with a more positive groups to improve how we live on this world, and will be the forerunners of our long term future as the Gangs run out of Stuff to Take and look at alternatives for survival... which should see many losing their perceptions and realising we all need to pull together to survive.

After the events have settled, after the gangs have dissipated or wiped themselves out, the remainder will more able to birth new visions into this world. From there we will grow together and awaken to be the Aware Beings we intended for these lives.

And then, we will all perceive the Super-Consciousness as what we ARE. This will be the major change in humanities direction and it will allow us to grow on this world in a healthy way.

I love how we humans give attributes and behaviours to God/Super-Consciousness/Universe. The idea tickles me in different ways.

Why don't we call it George/Maree/Bowser? With one of those names we might not get all caught up in the unseen need for something bigger, outside you in subtle ways, more powerful and spiritual than you.

If we stop doing this, we allow for something wonderful within ourselves. You all feel this thing inside us... you are afraid it is power inside you. Don't be afraid. It is You inside you.

This You inside you, is only one small section of Bowser... remember him?

Bowser is BIG, fully aware of itself (we all agree) and is every particle in the Universe.

So, if You are a portion of Bowser, then you are no different.

It is You and you are it.

I like Bowser. It's a good Label.

Lots of Bowser portions decided to try the experience of Here, this denser 3D Awareness, so Bowser sorted the details and mechanics then provided the means for us to experience what we are capable of.

Every possible choice is being Experienced Here. With so many people creating their reality in 3D, we must make allowances for other people's creations, because each affects the whole.

Improvement requires one thing. Unity.

"We" are not ready to step up to that without being pushed.

The advent of increased technology was supposed to give humanity more leisure time... in reality it has done so, but, that is enforced leisure time by being unemployed or having less opportunity for gainful employment in a job (not careers) that provides personal satisfaction.

Artificial Intelligence is well advanced, due to each 'component' required being researched independently of each other, machines that feed on organics to power their circuitry, human cells operating as natural computer chips and providing astounding advances, spacial and face recognition etc... the list just goes on and on as Human kind pursues the dream of AI/Robots/Androids.

The U.S. government has been deploying pilotless aircraft for over 20 years, and currently use the AI Hunter Killer (MQ-9) which can register it's own flight plans, seek and destroy targets while staying aloft for most of a day and does not require a person to oversee its activities other than to monitor systems, etc, and this is in active service in the middle east already!

The advances in micro machinery are just astounding. According to some research I read in 2002, one single nano-bot release, accidental or puroseful, will invade every human on the planet by travelling on air currents. These machines can already form complex and changing forms to suit any task, they can self-replicate from basic materials, and join together to create new forms unthought of by us humans.

How then do we insure they do not become the higher form of Intelligence on this planet?

I think heading in this direction is a huge mistake by we humans seeking more and greater advances in technology.. which by the way we always as a first use put them to military service!! Always.

Once the military/big business finalise their current research into robotics, indepedant weapons platforms, etc, we then stand the risk of becoming outdated things on the planet, no matter how much programming is done to try and prevent humans from becoming targets... the fact is we know now humans are already being targeted by independant weapons patforms!!

Where does it go from here?

I think the tiredness some people experience in OBE is because of the amount of energy they burn in trying to control it... I find the same thing when doing psychic-counselling if I try to do it my way. But, if I just let it flow I always get a high.... later on of course you then must expect the balancing effect of needing a granny nap... or maybe I'm just getting old and need regular granny naps, lol.

Same applies to journeying either Astrally or just with awareness, when I try to control what happens I wear myself out, but when I flow with what presents to me, then I always feel uplifted afterwards.

Finally, someone talking about things I've seen and experienced in journeys.

In 1998 I had the Intent of seeing if our Universe had a boundary, so I projected awareness (not astral body) and headed outwards... for want of a better word... and came upon something very much like the skin of a bubble, which was membranous, so I could pass through it to the outside.

What I saw outside made me laugh with delight. There were absolutely gazillions of other Bubbleverses. I then realised the truth of "As above, so below"... our physical atomic structure looks the same!

What was more interesting is I saw that when two bubbleverses touched they let off an amzing amount of energy, enough for a Big Bang... creating baby Universes... almost like how we conceive our babies.

This led me to another realization that the majority of people have trouble considering as a possibility... since our universe is an Awareness, we could say it is a being in its own right... so "God" is only the being with awareness that is our Universe... and, there must therefore be billions of "gods" as Universes out there. And they grow like we do, becoming more aware of itself and its capabilities as we do when growing up. "As above, so below" takes on a whole new aspect of reality.

After that experience I spent a lot of time Outside exploring things, and once entered another bubbleverse.... when inside it I felt something like a proximity feeling of that Universe's awareness... it formed something from my mind that became guard-dog-like and informed me I didn't belong there because I was a creation of another vibration and did not "meld" so had to leave. True story.

About 6 years ago I tried another experiment to see how far "up" into my own awareness layers I could get. I easily recognised the familiar layers of Soul and then Oversoul, but after that it got a little different as I could see all those Bubbleverses sat in a layer and appeared like sea-foam!! Yep, you know sea-foam that is whipped up by wind on the oceans and driven to shore so that you get a murky looking foam on the beach... well, that is what I saw where the bubbleverses exist. There were more things to come as I continued "up" but they are extremely difficult to explain or even describe and as yet I have never heard or read of anything similar by other explorers  ... so no point including it here, lol.

There was one member, DaeMon, who hasn't posted here in years... and who's presence was with me during one stage of that journey. So he would know what I'm talking about. He was a great explorer, finding and incorporating over a few months, many aspects of the Soul he is.

Pounding heart/lack of breath is just fear,we all go through it. Once you reach that point, Let Go. Let go working at it, let go and relax, let it happen and stay focussed on your Intent.

As I was writing that reply I had a picture of people trying to google the info and not succeeding.

It does irk me some that this info is not out there in the pubic domain, and I am sure the only people who have access to it are those who work for the Museum on sensitive cases or have done so and are still in the "good books" with them. Even then, this museum holds some pretty amazing stuff in it's bowels, probably never to see the light of day. I spent four days scouring through the Museum back in 1990 to see what I could see, but public access to anything not on display is not possible.... hadn't met Roma back then so couldn't use her name to "soften" the doors, lol. Better add this info, Roma has 32 letters after her name, man she was a busy girl back in her days.

She is now quite an old woman, has some very serious health issues but keeps researching many things of interest when she is able to. Her work and presentation on the Sumerian Tablets is currently at Otago University in New Zealand, and should hopefully be returned by the end of this year... did I say hopefully, lol.

If it is possible I will ask her to provide the original reply letter about the results of reassembling the bones found in the sarcophagai.... I'm sure she would have kept it in her belongings. If she passes away before then I think the world will lose the opportunity to see such things as I live too far away to get there before her stuff is destroyed by people who don't know what they are looking at.

Here's something interesting... she posted her presentation to me back in February this year so I could transfer everything to computer and copy her hand drawn facsimiles of illustrations, etc. Half way through the process of getting this into electronic form my computer decided to crash, all information, hers and my own, was lost, unretreavable from the dead hard drive... my only problem with info being on computers! Hard copy burns, hard drives die, lol

Also, while this isn't related to the Sumerian stuff, I know a man who holds the history of an indigenous tribe at Gympie in Queensland, including everything his great-grandfather and grandfather recorded from their lives spent with the tribe... amazing stuff in the diaries kept from these two BP explorers including drawings of the ruins of buildings built with large carved and shaped stone and covered in pictographic writing, etc. The tribe told these white men that the place was known to them as "Land of the Spider People" and two illustrations show a large South American giant spider... it has it's sex organs on one leg so we know what it was, etc. The research showed a higher civilisation existed there well before white man ever came and pulled it down to use the stone for building churches, etc. I've even see a very early photo of a sacred mound with standing stones and winding path to the top much the same as Glastonbury Tor was before Roman invasion of England, etc.....

trying to keep this short is not easy.... once this man published a book showing the history that religion did not want settlers to know, he was visited by men in black suits, driving black american cars (this is in Australia) who were seen to set fire to his house. The police did not arrive, nor did the Fire trucks! Fortunately, this man was sensible enough to have all the important stuff, including ancient artifacts found at various sites, spread around with a small number of safe people in case something like that happened... well he was being heavily pressured by unkown groups to abandon his work.

I have seen the artifacts for myself, and I can tell you, if the general public had knowledge of these things.. without cover ups, it would completely change the view we have of History.

Smoking pot will effect your energy, but, spirit/energy/soul etc is far more powerful than that. You may find yourself having difficulty in focusing clearly as your filters will be blocked a bit. Dreams will return to clarity when you stop smoking for a while, andyou will be able to remember them better.

I had a client come to be introduced to his Higher-Self, but the guy arrived wasted and when he finally got to meet the HS directly, everything he saw was on an angle. When he asked why that was so, he was told, "You are the one who is bent."

Masturbation does nothing negative to your spiritual progress, you just get sore wrists if over doing it. Don't be afraid of it hurting your awakening, it can't.... so go buy more boxes of tissues, lol.

If you really want to run some awesome energy then moving away from Pot and other substances is a good idea as the clearer your physical body, the more power you can handle running through you.

There is nothing you can do to harm the Soul you are. Nothing. It is far too big and powerful for anything you can do in the physical.

My mentor had a million arguments with him about his interpretations of the tablets while they both worked on deciphering them many years ago.

I based my comments on her research, which is well founded on the scientific evidence left to us in the Tablets and since discovered to be correct by our modern sciences fairly recently.

I am not referring to Nibiru, it's reality or possible lack of, but on the firmly established facts as they currently stand today.

Much proof lies within the British Museum after they excavated enormous sarcophagai within the past 100 years, the last of which was found in the 70's when technology had advanced sufficiently to insure everything within the find was protected and shipped back for reassembly.

The Sumerians left us details of these huge sarcophagai, their exact size, the contents and how they were immersed in pitch/bitumen.. a naturally occuring substance in the region at the time.

The results of the work are interesting, so when asked for information we received a statement saying, "These creatures are from our mythologies and worst nightmares." Direct quote there Adun. And, "Each bone was broken in half before being sealed into the sarcophagai."

This supports exactly the details left to us of how failed genetic experiments were handled by the Anunnaki.

If we add to this list of facts left for us to verify, we would include the details of each planet in our solar system, their sizes, weight and appearance up close.. which has all been supported by modern research. This includes Pluto which we only discovered in the past 80 or so years.

We could then add other information like how the Sumerians left us perfect descriptions of what really happens when two large bodies approach collision. Instead of actually smashing into each other, they begin to repel when in close proximity as magnets can...then they rip surface material of each other which is formed into small planetoids within the space between them before reaching enough mass to be ejected.... which interestingly enough we only just discovered for ourselves with modern science in the past 15 years.

So yep, I'm not using Sitchin's stuff to base a single comment on.

Can you elaborate more on projecting awareness?

Okay. I will use the word Imagine a few times in the following sentences, do not mistake this as meaning fantasy thinking, or desiring thinking, etc, as imagination is usually considered to be. Imagination is the key for Intention, it sets the scene for you.... but, you must be ready to release control of it in order for real experience to take over. So here we go......

Imagine that you are so massive you exist in every level of awareness from 'here' to much higher than Soul and into the next layers above that which  I call Oversoul.  Just imagine that for 30 seconds or so.

Now that you have imagined yourself so massive, far beyond the you of every day life in this world, you might see that all of you is one huge awareness. And because of this imagining you might see that all you 'need to do' is go 'up' in your own awareness to experience bigger pictures of reality.

You can do this by Intention through meditation... not the contemplation type meditation on a question or a symbol. I mean relaxing, bringing in the light, clearing your energy, active type of meditation.

The easiest way I know is to sit, relax, breathe firstly and really relax. Then just Imagine a tube of bright white light directly over your head... if your mind wanders just bring your focus back on that tube above you.

Once you can imagine that clearly and see it in your mind's eye, imagine then that you can bring that Light into your body through the crown chakra/top of your head... ancient hebrews called this the Middle Pillar Way. Remember, if the mind wanders just focus back on the tube above you and keep bringing in more light until you are very full.

What did you feel as the Light came into your body? The feeling is important, as it is a signature to remember.

Now that you are full of light, bring more in so in your mind's eye you can see it radiating out of you... like you are a bright light bulb.

When you feel content with this energy, and you are very full, focus back on the Tube above you. Now, imagine going up into that tube of white light above you.... I used to help myself a bit by imagining I was accelerating to the speed of light.. and focus on this.. you will feel it.

Go with it, do not be afraid as you are now in 'gods light', for want of a better word. It is when you are travelling along the tube that your imagination relaxes and allows you to simply experience without the need for mental imput.

As you speed along the tube you will find yourself near or arriving somewhere. Don't worry, you will always go where you need to.

This is the process I started using for myself about 12 years ago, after using what my first teacher showed me for many years.

Once you get the hang of this process, and have journeyed many times using it, you will find that you can set your Intent and simply shift your awareness to the places you remember visiting with the tube process, or to explore anything that you might be interested in.. almost like stepping into another reality whenever you choose.

Each place you visit, you will be able to return to by focusing on the feeling of being there. With enough practice you will find yourself at what I call your place, you will meet Guides and Helpers who will assist in your journeys and growth to higher awareness.

So, the white light method is a perfect place for everyone to start. Then as we practice regularly, things begin to change, or you may get insights into ways to modify how you do things.... after all, you will be learning how you will project into your own higher awareness.

Please do try this simple process. It worked for me very easily. It works for the majority of people I've taught it to over the past 10 years.

All you need to do is practice very regularly, every day if you can and it will open up quickly for you.

Lastly, set Intent for places like the Akasha (hall of records/library) which is at the 'top' of the astral realms, and just follow your gut instincts to know what action to take when there. You are the master of you, so you choose what you wish to explore and then let the journey unfold for you.

Why would any being of a higher energy plane want to come back here to such a low energy and material plane?

Wind, you already have done that!

Soul is much higher awareness/energy plane, and the soul you are chose to place a small part of itself here. Why?

Because this place, and all other "places" are chosen for the unique Experiences they provide. Why?

Because the aware universe/god/fred/allah/mary is experiencing itself and what it is capable of, in the same way we humans do while incarnate.

Souls do not perceive things the way we humans do with our very limited awareness and need for Judgments, so soul will choose an experience that we may find horrific, but for the soul it is only a valuable experience... no judgment.

Bassou very much fits the mould of upright walking man (Homo-Erectus). I cannot see a female ape could have given birth to him without an extreme amount of pain as human babies are considerably larger at birth than the ape/chimp counterpart. We know that DNA will provide "throwbacks" every once and a while, and perhaps this is what Bassou was. (?)

Some info from the Sumerian Tablets tells us that Homo-Sapien-Sapien (version 2 of the experimental units, called Adamma) were created genetically from a blend of Homo-Erectus and Anunnaki DNA. The first experimental version was more like Neanderthal, very stocky and immensely strong but lacking the capacity for thinking in other than a linear fashion... meaning it could follow directions but could not think up ways around a problem that presented itself to them.

Perhaps Bassou is a thowback to early DNA experiments by the Anunnaki. I would love to see his gene code because if he is closer to Homo-Erectus than we are, he should have had a T instead of A at specific parts of the strands. Interestingly, I read a report about 10 years ago concerning the Human Genome Project where they found one tribe in Africa still has the T on the gene code in place of A, showing they are descended from ape forebears. So maybe this was the the group Bassou is descended from?
