I ´ve been trying so called phasing tec. and that is very cool when those "mind eye" visions starts.I just wondering  what are those vision??? and its quite hard sometimes to focus  those vision because when I try to do that usually "image" just disappear or it change.I understand that when you are right state of mind  and you stare those visions and you can  "phase" yourself in astral ?  Right?

I Have "problem" in my belief "system" because I come from country where  people dont´believe things like  OBE.I have many experiences that I have to say they were something weird  and just WOW what it was.....but our brain I so wonderfull
"machine" that it can create very very odd things.So how many of you have tried to put a card or something and checked it when you are in real time zone?When I can do this then I have to believe this.I know I´m just hard bone head who dont  wanna believe nothing unless it can be proven.Thats why I´m so interst abouit real time zone ,I can prove all this to myself, because I think I´ts maybe prevent me to get more this kind of experinces  because I dont believe 100% to this stuff.This maybe sound funny or silly but maybe there is other people too who had also  "fighted"  with themself to believe or not to believe.

This morning I had  Lucid dream and I was full aware that I was dreaming.
I have had a couple of times this kind of experiences and OBES.When I was in
dream enviroment I decided to jump  high  as possible ,because I have read this could  trigger lucid dream to obe, but again after I jumbed I was back in my body with sleep paralyse and that situtation is very unpleasent so I forced myself  to wake up.Is there any good way to trig lucid dream to astral or real time zone??

Hi!

The biggest question for me is how to achieve that "right" state of
consciousnes?.If I wake up in middle of night and try OBE ,still
my consciousnes is too awaken and I believe OBE is not possible
when you thoughs run freely,just like a middle of day.Best time for me is at weekends, when I can sleep naturally and I can drift a borderline of sleep and awaken.If I try OBE a middle of night I only get some feelings of pressure and very light vibrations but no exit.
Please, some good advises for me?

I just had
Three succesful obe´s at same morning and it seems I only can leave my
body when I wake naturally and try OBE. I cant  never do it
when I try it fully awaken state.It is very difficult to
keep thougs so "direct" that OBE is possible,so mornings
are best time and only time for me to go OBE
So I did leave my body and and there was bright sunny day
(in phycical world too) but there was a lot of trees around my
neigborhood and in phycal there isn´t .I just wonder why?
Was I in astral plane or what it was?


PS.Have any of you tried so called card test?(test where you in OBE state go see card you placed in some place in you house is really that card)

When I try rope technigue I only get point where my legs and hands
are pulled up and something movement in my stomach area?What should
be happened next?I´m little frustrated about that!I have few OBEs but
none of them with full waking state.I have little difficulties about
my surface thoughts, I cant clear them all.

So let see did  I get it righ?.In a lucid dream enviromet I have to pick object or person ect. and make a question to myself about it?So is a dream enviroment same "place" that is astral but our conscious awareness  is much weaker than in astral plane?

Hi!

Just like my experiences.Last time when I was out, I fly
through my window (and it seems very diffucult to go through window,
so much resistance)and there was very many trees and in physical
there is only buildings and only some trees.My vision is too very
poor but last time I made it better (just asked).Im gointo do card
test to proof it myself.It is very funny I dont 100% yet believe
my OBE´s but I know they are true.I come from atheist family so
my "believe system" like that kind of area are very weak.But my OBE´s
always started when I leave my body and ends when I´m back.
I can think very cleary during OBE and that is one reason why part of me stronly believe it.I go some kind of inner war with my self; )

My spontaneus OBE´s started about 2 years ago.Now I can do it a couple of times in month and allways at morning.But I HAVE TO LEARN DO IT every times I want and no sleep before it at all , so it  is  long road ahead for me ; )

The only way to really tell the difference is by monitoring the seemingly physical sensations associated with the start of each type of experience. For example, during OBE exit there are vibrations, rapid heartbeat and other chakra type sensations, and a distinct feeling of separation.

I just wonder is vibrations ETC. always present when OBE occurs??
Because my OBE´s are always without them.I just pull out of my body
without vibrations and they always start when leaving my body and
ends when i´m back.But I got often these symptoms when I try OBE fully
awaken state but never can´t go further!?SO I can leave my body only
somewhere middle of sleep and waking state, TRANCE I thing.Please tell
opinions about that
