i woud like to know what position everyone preferes when doing meditation/relaxing/astral chair, layinf flat on your back, lazboy,...
i have a bad ankle and cannot sit in the meditation pose( with legs crossed) or lay flat on my back for long time i damaged the ankle joint playign sports and now it gets tense after about 20 min and i have to pop it and it destructs me enough break my concentration.
i was wondering if it is possible for someone with greater experience to pull? me ouf of my body so i can experience OBE and kinda get a feel of it if so what i need to do? while im sleeping for example?
i e been trying to do it for years now but closest i got to it was vibrations and after that i gradually went downhill. now i cant even concentrate enough to have vibrations or any kind of notticeable stages.
