change is a strong word and should have not used it.. lets say i need a shift more than anything. just something to get my by until i can get back to playing billiards on a regular basis.. also just not happy at the moment, feel empty inside and am questioning if i should be dating at the moment as i am not in my normal mind set. i have no trust anymore for absolutly no reason and i feel like i am not good enough... i know were most of the problems stem.

they will be fixed soon but i just need a different shift of mind for the time being and just need a boost...

how do you pray? may be you are in a stance or form that is putting strain on your boddy causing your body to tense up and start to hurt in an area.... try a comfy position....

sounds like and accidental obe or speration.. and your imagination got the best of you cuz you were so close to you body.. or you were un aware that you could leave you body.. i have noticed that  when i ap and stay close to my body lots of things try to scare me. i think its your body trying to get you to come back. but when i get far aaway from my body i have no problems and nothing tries to scare me.

can you recall any feelings be for the black cloud. anything will help. do it again and if you get to that point just relax and leave.. but who knows.. good luck next time..

this is a good one. more then likley you get a lot of people saying a lot of crap.. including me if that is how you want to take it haha.  i would say that it is a mental block or just a block from anything who knows. the thing to remember is it prob wont happen again. if it does then stay calm and take care of it. you will know what i mean if it happens again. just kinda let instict take over i guess. eather way prob wont happen again so just dont ponder it.  the best thing to do is not to worry about it unless it happens several times.

These tests are a way of showing you progress. They are also there to help you with memory recall. If you read through my posts in my profile you will see that I have actually experienced a "Astral School" scenario earlier in my development and this was full of tests. Nowadays I find more puzzles than anything. Puzzles and new challenges will always keep you on your toes and will never make the Wider Reality seem like a boring place to be. Accepting these tests, challenges, puzzles and overcoming or answering them is what shows you how you are progressing along your desired path or towards your personal goals.

agree with this 100%.. just going to have to work on controling my emotions. had another one befor i woke up today. it was a friend and we got into a scuffle and i just let him beat me up and i just got thrown around like a rag doll. that is deff not normal for me. i think i am really low on energy, also ive been stress as i have a big move comming. It is also a big move in my life. i ap a day or to ago and i got out and had zero motivation i would call it. so def time for more energy work as well. thanks for the info

i agree with you a ton on that. its just another hurldle to get over. but this one sucks the big one. i would like to know is there anyone out there that is also haveing trouble with tests? how many diff ones are there? i have only run into 3. the fear, this insicurity one or waht have you. and a flight test i would call it. idk had this one alot, i was scared to fly and i would crash over and over again. i have gotten the fear and flying down. this last one is a bit hard

i know. and that is what scares me cuz if i bring her into this and she is kinda cuz i bring it up. i will lose her in a flash. so i am finding a new path around it to grow.. that is great infor though. thanks a ton...

I can say that this does happen. ex: she has old bf's and other guys that will contact her after all this and sometimes befor. So it does pop up for real, i dont get that mad but it is hard when you love some one so much and then you have all theses things trying to get in the way. i do know she only wants me. Then i again its hard to belave i met someone like her, i also dont think i am that great. I do control the rage monster well in the real world, but i bottle him up, maby i need to let him out.. But then last time i did it was not good.

I Also feel like exploding after theses dreams. i go and work out to help or have some fun time with the gf... this dosent seem to work all the time. fighting helps so i started going to this ata place to spar with people. idk y it feels good to get it out this way.. maby the pain lets me know i am still here.. its hard and it strains our relationship. its all me to, not like she can help that old history calls her or contacts her.. but it bothers me and i am working hard on it and it getss better untill i have these tests and all back to square one. sorry for the bad sentenceing. i dont have time to spell check as i am at work.

ap'ed a bit this morning but just didn’t have the energy for it so it turned into the test dreams.. I usually don have problems with them, probably because they are mostly fear tests.

So what I was wondering is. What kind of tests are theses ones.. Today as I said my ap turned into a test dream thing. Had to have been cuz I had 2 or three. So in a nut shell they are dealing with my gf and my insecurities and man do they get me outright mad. So it’s very funny I know I am dreaming and I know what’s going on but I still just can’t keep the rage monster in the cage when I get theses once. What happens is they play on my strong feeling and insecurities. of my gf cheating, finding someone better, meeting new men and saying how it felt like a dream to meet them, guys from her past hitting on her again, (by the way that has been happening this week, Not fun), just dumb stuff like that.

has anyone else had these test or do I need to talk to a shrink haha. these dreams ruin my whole day as well and makes me very uncomfortable around my gf.... fm brain...

well i am def at the point were i dont stay in the rtz anytime i go threw a window or door i am in a new place. as for me being fearfull, i am not sure i dont fear anything when i am out and i have seen some pritty strange things. not sure if she was scared. all i know is i asked her y it took her so long to show her self. she replied with " Ive been getting attacked! and then something about a theater.. and if it was me projecting this thought to myslef, well that just makes for more questions as i have not been attacked and when i am or feel i am in danger i dont run. o well it was a good experiance. thanks for the information

last couple of times i have ap'ed has been through a dream. and one time to the rtz. this is just for this week. theses are the two ways i do it.

anyways i had and interesting experience this week. i will be brief and to the point. first one is when i rolled out into the RTZ. opened my door and bam! I'm in a whole new place. "always happens when go through a door" i was thinkin of what to do as i go out often and am finally done doing all the playing. i said may be i should get my guide to confront me so i can see him/her or what have you. She did and we had a great convo about life in the physical and the things to come. and as always i don't remember much just we had a good convo and i felt at peace since the coming out of that one.

second one, i used a dream to get out. i was in my house and realized i was dreaming. went outside, and all these dream people came out of no were when i asked to see my guide again. it was just like that one movie were your inner self notices you and tries get you out. so i had a feeling she was there and i couldn't find her int he huge group of people. i got a bit mad and stated " I HAVE FULL CONTROLL, what is the deal with this" i then told everyone to bugger off and they dis sapeared. except for one. the guide! finally i found her. if that's what it was. we talked for a bit and i asked y all the games to c her this time. said my house has lost of stuff passing through and some are not so nice. she then said she has also been attacked several times in a theater like place, and my home.

i thought this was very strange when i came too. i know sometimes these experiences are partly you and sometimes part of a dream.. this time it was neather in this case. i only have one question and that is, can guides be scared of getting attacked? she looked very scared. thought i would share as i have only bumped into guides a handfull of times.
