Sorry I didn't respond earlier - I just returned from my vacation so I am playing a little catch up.

To answer your questions, from my discussions with Cindy she doesn't remember too much of her
dreams, let along see. She is able to make some things but not as detailed as the OBE was she reported to me. This is not just one time, but she has experienced three other times being able
to project.

I chat with Cindy quiet frequently so I will ask her again for confirmation. Either way you look at this is incredible and on so many levels.

To respond to your view,

Everyone can project and it takes time, patience with dedication to obsession to succeed. The spiritual
evolution, reincarnation is it possible "yes" but we are here now and have to find a way to progress to experience the out-of-body consciousness.

I am no different then the next person from beginner to advance that wants to project. We all have this inside us and the ability - just need to tune in, connect to that frequency, be diligent with documentation and statistics. It will happen and being fair to yourself progress will show itself.

Good Job on the first experience!!

What I would do next is have you document the experience, write down the time, date, length of the OBE. This way you have this for record for future reference. It is extremely important because there will be times that experiences you do have could be precognitive OBE's. Heresy is one thing but to document, take the time writing all the details out is vital.

Last but not least - OBE for the right reasons, set small goals and realistic one's too. Dream BIG but also realize that this all takes hard work and devotion 24/7. But the rewards are beautiful and life changing!

I have been on both ends of the experiments of taking weed, alcohol and being completely sober...

Being sober is the best and that you will have better control and quality experiences. Now, I have had
some interesting experiences in a pyramid, high and still projected... and definitely interesting..

But ultimately, having a clear mind, sober, focused, and stronger conviction out numbers the drug induced experiences.

You don't need to drugs to aid in projecting... just the patience, desire, and fire!

This thread is not a pick on Donnie or who's right/wrong..

What it is about is being open to discussion, kind and respecting each other's beliefs and values.

Like I said earlier in my post - we can throw all the theories, scientific explanations at OBE NDE but
still it is in the experience and credibility of consistencies of the one who does take the time
to research and first hand experience. 

Donnie - I don't know your background or research that you have done on the subject of NDE or OBE. Have
you ever experienced any of this? Please look at it this way too. You go to college, graduate and are educated. Have the big diploma sitting on your wall of graduating. But you don't have the experience and consistencies
of research, validations of the business world. So w/o the experience and only have book smarts, we can't go any further til you have done the work yourself. Also, you can't dismiss it quick in three years when this has been a on-going study, research for decades...

I do believe science is getting closer to realizing that survival after death is legitimate and it will be proven. However, you will still have debates and arguments.

Let us discuss this nicely and not play the prove it to me card. If NDE wasn't valid and was dismissed as
a facade we wouldn't be here discussing this post...

Between science and religion, out of body consciousness there is so much to this for study, time, and patience to consider. Three years is not enough and I believe honestly (even if) science proves NDE's are real you will still have the debates and arguments.

It all sides in the one who has experienced the OBE or NDE that authorizes the legitimacy for their own knowing. Still the experiencer should test, research, and judge from all angles after the experience.

From all I know and I have been at this for over 25+ years now that there is definitely something out there that and we do continue on.

I encourage you to challenge everything in the NDE'rs experience but also to ask yourself personally. Did I experience this? In other words, remember your first kiss? What was the experience like? For some fireworks, others
the world shake, maybe nothing felt.  We all feel different towards experiences *however* looking at the consistencies in the NDE experiences - this gives a lot of weight towards validation.....

Hi There..

I have done video recordings of my physical body during the OBE and I have to tell ya
YES it does fall asleep...

Like the others before me, in meditation, lite trance it is possible to be semi awake to experience
a partial OBE. Think about it this way - many times, I will be in a lite trance state but not sleeping. I  will be looking through my eye-lids into the astral and not realizing it. Something in the room startles me and I am brought back to the body.

Hello Sherry!

This is so great that you are doing this while others just throw in the towel! Now, just imagine if everyone would give a little like this how this could make a huge impact in enhancing people's lives!

I read documented journals and in books that many prisoner's would use astral projection as a form of coping with behind prison walls. What would be more interesting to research is how this actually has helped them and change their lives and perform better in society.

Keep up the great work Sherry and let us know how you progress with this. You might also want to connect with Dr. Jeffrey Long www.nderf.org and write him about your help with the patients. I am sure he would be interested in your experiences with the patients.
