I don't take any medication at present, but I know if I have to take a tylynol pm or benadry, my chances at obe are next to nothing. I think it depends on how the medicine works and causes drousyness which will be a barrier until your able to work with it to obe.

A radio interview that I was on a few months ago, someone asked me that question. I think first and furthermost, seek medical treatment first and your health to get better. You still can project and I don't think nothing bad of it will come. It might just tirey one out more physically and energy will be lacking.

First, you both present some excellent questions and bring to the table good ideas.
From a avid experienced projectionist view, I can offer the following questions to be answered:

--ive been away for some time, trying to live more in teh real world these days 
I live in the real world too - pay bills, am a loving husband, hard working, hospice volunteer
companion to the dying, college grad, professional IT consultant etc.. Balence is the key
between both worlds. I know your kidding around, it does come down to balence of both
spiritual and physical.

--this may seem like an obvious question, but im wondering- why do people try to project?
spiritual understanding, growing, and education of life & death. Back in 1987 when I first started
it was to find out if life after death does exist. Experiement with alternate realities, explore
and peek into women's locker rooms.. Now, 20yrs later it's been a major shift to opening up,
caring, and giving back love to the world. Church, hospice work, friends, family, on-line forums

--are you hoping to achieve/ learn somthing?
I still have a long way to go, but I am getting there little by little. Again, it comes with projecting and opening up. Not just about going on a wild fantasy trip, but being taught from spiritual angels, guides - how to help physical or non-physical souls.

--is it a form of escape from the real world?
both worlds are real so there is no real escape. define real.. when you dream of something that becomes physical tangible with validation even at point of the idea it was a thought. hence, where our consciousness resides in thought that we bring to a physical tangible material object. so if i dream of my yard fence to be stained i can take action on that thought or just dream about. the two are the same.

--is it for kicks?
in the begining, it was a calling to something greater that i could learn, as if i have done this before and wanted to know more. kicks, showing off, secret hidden power is not what it's about. it's how you use the information personally and external in the physical and astral.

--why do we do anything i suppose!
i am a musician, writer, composer.. i enjoy collaborating, playing and expressing emotion, creativity through music. i'm also a professional IT consultant and enjoy the technology and my job. it has taken me a long time to arrive at this and i still have a lot more to learn.. life is a never ending learning experience and we must challenge ourshelves to be better with the resources we have available. when we pass from the physical to spiritual we don't stop learning...

In order to have truth, you have to go after it and find out for yourself personally. You don't need to be sold into wanting to believe, it has to be experienced repeatdly and see the progression. Just because you say the earth is round, I have to challenge that and find out, study, learn, and see for myself to draw conclusions. When one learns about the obe, digest as much that you can, be humble about it, educate yourself but even more - experience it and grow.

God, Allah, Great Spirit Eagle = one, its all a matter of culture, traditions, race, and worship that the different religions see God.

A good friend of mine "Matt G." who's responsible for my interest in out of body experiences moved to George a 4-5 years ago.

Just recently, we started communicating via email, catching up on the past and discussing spirituality.

Back in 1994, I met a friend from on-line "Paul C" that lived in Georgia. We both are interested in the rock band "Rush". We saw band's opening show in Pensacola, Florida 01/18/1994.

A few years later, Matt and I took a week's vacation driving down to the south, visiting friends of mine that I've met on-line. One of the stops was meeting my friend Paul C. in Georgia. After the vacation was over, Paul and I remained friends and drifted from communication.

On 07/12/2007, I looked Paul up on the internet and was able to locate his web site and email him. We discussed the new Rush album "Snakes and Arrows" and playing catch up of the past.

Paul had asked me about my friend Matt and if we still communicate. I explained to Paul that he now resides somewhere in Georgia, not certain or know location. I did tell Paul that I had Matt's email address. I sent an email to both Matt and Paul so this way they could communicate.

Days later on 7/20/2007, Paul emailed me back stating in his letter that Matt lives about 2 - 10 miles from him.

I started tracking validations, coincidences, and synchronicities since 07/14/2005 based on my out of body experiences. Here are the results as of 07/18/2007 broken down into three categories:

The results and experiences are impressive in its own right and hard to ignore that an after-life exists or something is behind the scenes. Tracking this data has painted a clearer picture, well documented along with personal validations that I’m able to support my claims in each journal entry. 

In my latest experience, I didn’t have to go into a trance state, leave the body, or validate a physical to non-physical event. What had happened is that I made a small request during energy meditation calling out to my grandmother who has passed from this physical plane to the spiritual plane. I asked my grandmother “Ann” to show me a sign, something that I can validate and know for certain that there wouldn’t be any discrepancies or dismiss it as passive to this request. What I wasn’t ready for is what I requested.. and I received a lot more than just a ‘coincidence’.

Going back a few months 5/01/2007 I started up on a project at home power washing a deck and the fence, preparing it for to be stained. This whole process of power washing took one month, at least 2-3 hours a day. During this process, I started to think ahead of schedule and looked around the neighborhood of other house fences and decks that are stained. This would give me ideas what the other stains would look like that I could choose for my own fence and deck project.


I managed to take a few snap shots around the community of other homes with their fences and decks with my pocket pc camera. On my way to work, one of the houses a few blocks from my home I would drive past every day. I noticed the stained fence this neighbor was using and knew this was the color for my home project.

After a few weeks had passed, I decided to conjure up the strength, write a small note, and place it in the neighbor’s door. This note was requesting information about what product, color, and where this stain was purchased.

A couple of weeks went by and I didn’t hear anything from this neighbor and decided that 1. He thought this was a sales solicitation or  2. The note might have blown away and never acknowledged. I decided to let this go and continue power washing with my project at home.

Did the story end after this? No! Weeks later, I decided to sneak up to the home with my pocket pc camera and snap a few photos of this fence. This way I wouldn’t be bothering the neighbor and I would have something as reference when color matching at the local store. After I snapped the photos, I started to think that I’ll try one more time, leaving a note with my phone # for the neighbor to call me. What did I have to lose? Second time was a charm and the neighbor “Tim” called me with the information that I needed. Tim also invited me to his home for any further questions that I had. Tim mentioned that this was a Redwood, Olympic Oil Stain that was purchased from Home Depot. I never called Tim back and would eventually lose the information he had left as a voice message on phone.

Weeks later, late in June, I drove over to Tim’s house, knocked on the front door and was greeted. I noticed while waiting at the front porch, on a table someone was  reading the ‘Quran’ bible. After I had finished the NIV Bible, I started to take interest in exploring Muslim religion and rented a few audio cds from the library on the Quran bible. I thought to myself “Interesting Coincidence” and didn’t think much of it after that.

Tim walked me through his house and into his backyard where I was impressed of the landscaping that was done and how well kept and clean. It almost looked like photos you see in Good Housekeeping and Botanical Gardens magazines. “Very impressive and a well done job” I said to Tim. We than walked over to the fence, and he went into a few details how long it took him to put the stain on, and the specifics of staining. Tim also showed me his the tool shack that he constructed which reminded me of a miniature white gingerbread house. I left Tim’s home with excitement and with a energetic feeling, almost as if there was a sort of a connection. Still on my way from and to work I had feelings of connection as I drove past Tim’s home, I didn’t understand.

Moving forward to July 16-2007 at 12:20AM I was working the afternoon shift at work. I decided to take a small break, heat up some food and make my way to the James fund in the store ops department to grab a .25c diet coke from the refrigerator. On my way to this department, I heard someone’s radio playing loudly and questioned 1. Did this radio turn on by itself and it needs to be turned off? 2. Is someone working late? I walked over to where the music was playing and a man approached me asking “Can I help you?”. I introduced myself, shook hands, and chatted a little bit. The man’s name is Jim G. and he explained that he was working late, trying to catch up on some work before he leaves for vacation with his family.

I left Jim to attend to this work and pursued with my own objective. As I was walking to the refrigerator I decided to look at the Merchandising department photos and look for Jim. He was no where to be found among the other employee’s. What I did notice is a familiar face in the photo but unknown to me.
I don’t know what possessed me to look at the department photos but I did. As I kept looking at the unknown face I started to question where did I see this man before. So I grabbed my diet coke and headed back to Jim’s cubical. I asked him if he would indulge me about the man in the photo. Jim explained to me that is my manager, Tim W.!

Immediately, a chill rushed down my spin and a I froze. I realized that this man in the photo is Tim W., my neighbor who’s stained fence I took interest in and not realizing he works for the same company as I. Not to mention that I also deliver reports to Tim every other Sunday, not even realizing this is the same man I’ve been talking to about my home projects.

I work the afternoon shift at present and do not communicate with too many people because of off shift hours. I had absolutely no knowledge that Tim worked for the same company as I, or even given any thought to this. When I walked away from  Jim’s cubical with the chills still running up and down my spine. I reflected in thought and said “Thank You” to my grandmother for showing me more than a sign.

Last night, as I was on my way to the James Fund, I heard some loud music playing. Normally, around 12:25AM everyone is gone out of the office. Well, I decided to check it out, make sure that person was ok, of if the radio was on and needed to be turned odd. I came across Jim G. (I think that was his name) and he explained to me that he was working late. No biggie, didn't think nothing of it until I made my way to the James Fund. I decided (for some reason) look at the department photos and see if I could see Jim G. photo, didn't find him but saw yours.

I asked Jim G. about this photo, because this man looks very familiar. He explained to me that this was Tim W. and he's my boss. It all clicked and I knew! How small the world is!  Please don't feel spooked out about this or I'm following you. Trust me, that is not the case.

It's just one of those coincidences. A big one in itself!

I agree with DH as well... Everyone has their .2 on solving the mystery of life and death. It basically comes down to personal experience which is held in account for belief/faith and God. I understand about the enriched experiences...

When I wake up, I've three scottish terriers to go out side, play, and eat food. Who made them? Did we, no... evolution and time. What about the planets, oxygen, the moon, sun and all perfectly aligned. Can humans do this? No....

I've had so many validations, coincedences, sychronicities that it's hard to ignore. Something is behind the curtain pulling the strings.

Lately, I've been reading about different religious faiths and it all points to a supreme being. What ever we call it - God, Budah, Alah, Great Eagle Spirit... don't limit yourself and shut the door on a one sided view. Be open to the possiblity, and further more backup your claims with evidence. I've done this through consistent tracking and the data doesn't lie..

Personally for me, orientation means nothing. I've been out so many times and I thought at first was important to achieve this awareness. The only thing that might make a difference is energy and the polarization of the exit into the plane.

Please remember everyone is different and there are a lot of variables behind it. You'll just have to work on finding a technique that clicks with you. Most of the time when you practices techniques, none of them will work but you find
the one by accident...

Entered the trance state,
Heard the TV on, thought it would interupt me
during the experience. Ignored it.

Rolled around like a log and then circled
my body by swinging counterclose wise and
projecting outward. Took some time to anchor
the state and awareness where I was
comfortable leaving.

Mom/Dads house
Found myself in the front living room
Scene of the room became crystal clear and
conscious level was stablizing.

Felt myself being lifted into the air where
someone had their arms under my armpits holding me.
Directing me, and gently moving me towards the front door.

Finally, I was at the front porch, looked over my shoulder
and saw "Tiarek Muhefah", a woman with dark brown hair,
tan, slim figure and with serious look on her face.

It was sketchy if it was an angel, but definitely a guide.
Tiarek Muhefah started pushing me upward and I said to
her " I love you and take me to the heavens".

As we started to move higher, I lost my conscious
awareness due to slight fear and excitement.

This is the third time that I've met Tiarek Muhefah.

My wife Katie and I traveled to this auction in Nunica, Michigan. She bided on a few items and won in which we had to pick-up.

This auction was an estate sale of someone's belongings. Many items were new but mostly old, roughly around 1940 - 1970s.

I was checking out the different items being auctioned and came across an old 1951 University of Michigan College diploma. The name on the diploma read "Jane Shirley Schroeder".

Next to the diploma were college / high school photograph year books. I decided to pick-up the one year book, fanning the pages with my thumb without paying any attention.

The first page that I arrived at was Jane Shirley Schroeder's graduate photo. The book was in mint condition, no creases, roughly around 200-300 glossy black and white pages. I decided to open the book a few more times to see if I could repeat the same coincidence but failed.


Interesting Facts:

•   The book was in mint condition, no creases to be found where it would open     
   to the exact page of Jane Shirley Schroeder.

•   Validations, Synchronicities, Coincidences are steady on a monthly basis’s
   especially in June 2007.

It has been an incredible last couple of weeks with projections and validations. To add another validation to the list here it is:

The night before, my wife and I were cleaning our house and preparing for Father’s day visit from Katie’s Mom/Dad. We finally installed the new pool liner and deck boards which our summer has been busy with major outdoor projects. My wife Katie invited our Niece Samantha to stay with us for the week and help out around the house.

Upon awakening the next morning, I remembered that I was in a false awakening and communicating with niece Samantha C. We were trying to clean the house and prepare for the guests. I recalled Samantha holding the veggie tray with cucumbers, cauliflower, chip dip, carrots and consuming all this by herself. It was like she was hiding this tray and not sharing.

Minutes later, I awakened and the time was 10:05AM, I documented this experience to my pocket pc. At 10:07AM, my niece Samantha opened the door to my bedroom and said to me “It’s time to get up, Katie allowed you to sleep in, but now it’s time to work”.


Interesting Facts:

•   Precognitive false awakening that validated connection with Samantha.
•   Most times in the past, these experiences are associated with my wife.
•   Validations, Synchronicities, Coincidences are steady on a monthly basis’s.

OBE Journal (Pre-Cognitive Validation)

The out of body experience took place at my mom and dad’s house where I was standing with the front door wide open talking with this teenage boy. Asking this boy “Where is Doug, our contract worker”?

Before the out of body experience occurred, I was awakened at 6:30AM by my wife Katie requesting that the deck boards around the pool to be removed. My wife and I were replacing the liner to our swimming pool and our jack of all trades contract worker Doug M. would be assisting. After I removed the main deck boards, I decided to go back to sleep and await Doug’s arrival at 8:00AM.

Around 8:23AM, I awakened into the trance state with the vibrations flowing through out my body head to toe. I also heard a knock at the door and assumed it was Doug waiting on me. I was caught in a rock in a hard place with the vibrations flowing through me and Doug knocking on the door – what shall I do? Should I give up the obe waking up and answering the door or should I continue the experience? I decided to continue the experience and felt my spiritual body swing counterclockwise and making a clean exit from the physical body.

Once out, As I continued my discussion with the teenage boy, I was able to get a good look at him. He was roughly around 14yrs -18yrs old, around 5’10”, brown short hair, tan complexion, athletic, and with boyish facial characteristics. When the boy replied to me “Doug is parked out in the street and walking towards the house”.

I looked out towards the street and I saw Doug wearing a white t-shirt, orange shorts, with circular black colored shapes on the fabric. I verified each time consistency by looking away and at Doug’s clothes to validate what he was wearing. I knew at that time, I would be able to use this information back in the physical and see if this is a match.

Lastly, I noticed that Doug was in the front and back house at the same time. I moved towards the back of the house and saw Doug, still consistent with the clothes he was wearing. I decided then to raise my hands to the sky, close my eyes letting my spirit travel into the higher planes. As I felt myself fall backwards, I returned into the physical body awakening at 8:23AM. I ran upstairs to find that Doug did not arrive yet and decided to head back to bed. Minutes later, at 8:28AM, I heard the knock on the door and it was Doug wearing a white t-shirt with rustic light colored shorts.


Interesting Facts

Minutes before physically awakening from the spiritual body, I saw Doug M. in the experience. I’ve had these pre-cognitive experiences occur many times in previous of projections.

Doug was wearing the white t-shirt and rustic orange shorts in the physical. During the experience, Doug was wearing the white t-shirt and orange pants that is consistent with validation.

On 06.12.2007 I quietly asked for another sign or validation while out of body.
