From what I can remember without looking up my notes is that I was in the pyramid, and went into the hynogogic state. During the vibrations I felt hands pulling me out of the pyramid. When I was out I do remember that I went flying with someone out of the apartment complex where the pyramid was built.

Yes, it was a definitely cool experience. I can't wait until the day I get a bigger house with a basement to build a new pyramid. Kinda of like camping out in your house..

Anyone ever try to Astral Project inside of a pyramid?

About 12yrs ago my friend and I built a pyramid in his apartment. Covered the outer sides with wood and then aluminum.  Listened to meditative music and smoked a little too.

But for the most part I did have a few experiences. I'm not sure if I'm just the weird one of the group but has anyone tried that before?

I just purchased a amethyst and quartz crystal a few weeks ago. I've noticed a increased in dream recall, physical thoughts, objectives carrying over into my dreamllife - which is good.

My question to you is this. Does it hurt to have one or more crystal at a time or should I only use the one I'm wearing now around my neck? Some people have told me that I need a grounding and protection crystal when I project. So far I've been doing this for 17yrs and never really had the need for one. Always found my way back and called on God for sticky situations.

always a great feeling getting pulled back and the physical body whiplashes. then the class reacts to you being asleep - but out of body you are..

I would imagine that you are right about the pioneers that have past on. I think that there's probably some law forbidding this? Maybe God said its not your territory to intervene with physical life no more. Who knows?

But it would be interesting if the monroe institute still remained in contact with Robert. Someone said that there were audio files of this?

It usually takes me about 5mins or less to put myself under the hypnogogic state to leave when I'm very relaxed. I've been able to time track this along with one time with video recording.

I'll wake up physically and back to bed, a trip to the bathroom during the night or setting the alarm clock to go off. I've found also naps are good place to start where the body needs to reset but the mind is definitely active at that time.

But during the initiation process I'll feel myself reaching or rolling off the bed and onto the floor. Sometimes, I will imagine this or I will awake in the hypnogogic state.

On the video that I recorded I was able to see my physical body jerk and my eye lids twitch and a stricken fear in my face. Also, when I was in the hypnotic state I was testing by raising my arms in the air and in the physical the arm also raised - it was a dual reaction to both bodies at the same time.

I'm going to invest in a video camera (a good one) for multiple purposes. this will be good to further this study and learn more.

When you think about it I was say that would be some sort of static in the astral world. One of these reasons the majority times that we project where do we usually start from? It starts in the bedroom, the house, and then outside to the world and that's normally static all the time, except for the variations of past-present-future elements that drift in. But I do wonder if that's just a place we create that is always there or occurs right away when external separation happens.

What about this astral island (love the picture and the pyramid). Wouldn't that stay the same in the point of time and space? Again, static then dynamic. Maybe the only way to find out is to ask people in the astral and take a survey. Like in Franks post about how he talked with that lady in the church she built waiting for God.  That would be one way of static for her but to probe deeply into conversation and ask if others been there or it was just her.

About verification I've been chasing this all my life and I don't know why I persist on this when I'm no stranger to obe's. I think the reason that this fuels me is to help my relatives, family, and friends.

Everything is a gift from god - your spouse, your health, your life and the good with the bad. Projection isn't anything different IMO. Some people been trying for decades to project and others can leave within months.

i've met up with a gnome back in the day that was standing on my bed. this gnome definitely was old and you can see winkles in its face and must have been 3-4 feet tall. i can't recall the whole experience hence I would have to look for it in my journals.

that picture would make me wonder if it had any relationship. i think it does.

The woman who I spoke with I did ask her name two times to make sure that I got it right. The name was "Tiarek Muhefah pronounced Te-air-rick Moo-ee-ah-fa" and she appeared to be amish or the clothes that woman worn in the late 19th century. She was in her early 20's, brown eyes, light brown hair, very beautiful, slender and a very nice bod. She didn't wear any makeup or jewelry. She was silent and had a nice tone to her. I do feel that if I could have talked with her more it would been beautiful.

Just last Monday I ran across a man who I was walk in with hold hands, he told me that his wife murdered him. His name was Bobby and was at least in his mid 40's. During our conversation I told him sorry to hear that he was deceased and I would pray for him. My consciousness was terrible at that moment and I struggled to maintain it by pulling on my eyelids to keep them open so I could keep the contact - but lost it.
