Well, I am still here talking and perfectly fine. Only thing that really effects you during and after the OBE is the mental part. Why did this all happen? To prove that you do not die!

If you really want to learn how to leave the body, exit and switch vibrations. Physical material objects, tapes, audio, programs can only take you so far or block the way as a mental crutch.

In the begining, I placed a pyramid above my third eye and meditating, stuck my head in a pot of water to see "egyptian hermetics", Focused on body positioning, foods, exercise, if I did right or wrong during the day. In all, it didn't lead no where. This is not to say or put down other ritual beliefs and practices.

It comes down to one thing "intent, patience and if your ready to show up everyday as if you are training for the olympics". There are no short-cuts, fast food reciepes for projecting!
To the deepest core of your intent, passion, desire and patience will shine success.

I appreciate the info. and it helps in this research and learning process. Not that I am a expert on religions of the world, but it definitely broadens my perception and presents a better understanding where these religious, faith, beliefs orginated. Not too mention, every culture has some sort of religious interpretation.

Started listening to a few audio books and I am getting that impression about faith, worship  varying from each tribe. Although, there are many commonalities among the Native American Indians of their beliefs in spirits, vision quests, dances, healing all compromising of nature.

Totally different from Christian/Jewish/Musalim (Eastern Beliefs) systems. Real interesting to understand their customs and background.

I am more happy to help you with your request on the validity of the OBE and Physical planes. I am not sure
where you are in your progress. But when you start off on this to obtain the results you desire, there's ALOT
of work, patience, energy involved. Reading other people's experiences, tests, validations, is a great place to start, but if you really want bullet proof - go out and do the work!

I'll offer my .2 on your questions. Yes, I have had at different times been visted by Angels, Guides, assisting me into the higher spiritual planes. There were messages of what I needed to work on in the physical, along with guidence.

How do I know that this was not imagination. I have been out thousands of times, seen the different charistics in thought forms, true souls that have passed, entities, and spiritual beings - mostly how the interact, intent, judgement and conscious awareness.

I like the idea about group meeting in second life and communication and I highly recommend people exploring SL. However, I think you will find drawbacks of restrictions like hardware and software capability, bugs, meeting times, and connection speed. I know when I messed with SL it was real buggy, slow, and the specs were high end requirements. Not that I don't have the latest technology but others might not.

So you have to ask the question "what is the real objective - video game play, or learn how to project?.
