How long did it take you for the first video filming, editing, and mastering of the video?

I am working on creating three courses over a span of three months for www.astralpulse.com. I don't mind shooting, creating the ideas, but the editing drives me insane!!

Nice experience and great that you are able to maintain your level of consciousness. Pretty cool huh! I have had many experiences where I was taught something from guides and the conscious level was at 100% pure. That is where it's best and is just beautiful beyond measures...

I remember one time I was walking down this street where store fronts faced each side. There was a gypsy woman giving palm reading to people passing by. I passed her at first then walked (floated) back to her and asked for her time to read my palm. Upon reaching out to her, she held my hand and I felt the details, skin, feminine features of a old woman's hand. She traced with her one finger top of my palm and immediately I felt my energy being pulled at, being exposed and naked to her. I quickly pulled my hand back and lost consciousness upon to physical awaking. Still til this day I can feel that tug of energy and her finger trace on my palm... Not sure exactly what went down there with the gypsy but I don't think there was any harm - totally caught my by surprise..

I tell ya you will find some real cool stuff out there and just pure beautiful and mystical too!

My suggestion for the future is when you return back to the body... Immediately narrate, write everything completely down. Do not do anything else, computers, video game, grab food.. Document it asap! Once all that is documented you won't contaminate any of the experience by physical influences later on or alter. Its there black and white which can't be argued.

As for the you tube, phone number good luck on that one.. Been there, done that a zillion times... Nada but I am a firm believer that it can happen. Most of it is the level of consciousness that you and the other party you connect with can bring back that information correctly. Again, going back to the documenting - these are crucial to validations...

Great experience... Next time when you are in the asian countries.. grab some Kimchi while your at it!... Yummmmmm

That is a good observation and a excellent on at that. I think it all depends on the person and how committed they are to projecting. I for myself, in the last couple of years my OBEs have lessened due to all work, running marathons, music, spending all my waking also designing and putting together courses for the astral academy. Then add to the mix of booze getting in the way... What does it spell? Not as many experiences as I would like, but I still project once a week to maintain that groove.

Lets step back and look at my stats and please note that I am 44yrs old.

So far in 2012, I have been swamped with the astral academy, side projects, and literally writing my book Invisible Light. Has it take my time away from OBE "YES" but sometimes we need to focus on physical matters. I know thats not the initial question to this posting, but if you look at the years 2006 - 2009 I was on fire in projecting and that is all I thought about!

Getting back, it all depends on how you balence your life and focus on what is important at that time. Projecting, look at it is just like training for a marathon. You stop training, you won't be able to run that race..

I have skimmed through this thread and I don't think you've been giving yourself a fair shake on this. There are variables, approaches and circumstances involved in projecting .

Think about OBE like you are training to run in a marathon that takes time, practice, commitment and patience.

This is why say set a day aside that you have nothing planned. It will be exhausting because there will be interrupted sleep. Go to bed the night before and have your clock to at random sound to wake you. Do some Google searching - might find what you are looking for a random alarm clock for the laptop, iphone,ipod,andriod, pocket pc etc...

If you visit www.astralpulse.com or www.invisiblelight.us a lot of data is there for research.

Sleep deprivation isn't the easiest or simple method but it is effective. I would also be careful
when practicing this because of the physical body needing rest to be productive during the day.

Pick out a day in the week when you KNOW that you have nothing planned. Sat/Sun and experiment
with sleep deprivation.

Hi Doomkain,

It all takes time, patience and comes with age. When I was in my twenties do you think I had any idea that 25 years later I would be still doing this? I didn't even think that I would experience another OBE past the first one but somehow I did.

Mostly, in my first years of experiences there were a lot chasing women, flying around,  quantity of OBEs of how many I could achieve. Later years in life, the whole spectrum came to where I realized that I was on a fierce merry go round and needed to re-focus and examine my intent. Little by little it comes to you through many channels if it is educating oneself through reading, studying and experiencing.

We all have different paths but from what I do know is that we are ripples to each other's progress. Don't force it, take your time and enjoy the experience and arriving.

You are fine and there is no dumb questions.

I don't follow the methods of phasing, level 1, focus 12 models. I also don't get into etheric projections vs. astral
projections either. For me personally and it may different for others is that there are three ways I am able to enter
the astral.

Dream to OBE - realizing you are dreaming, holding the focus, consciousness and making sure the surroundings don't change, warp, or distort like dreams do. You can also daydream in the astral which is the equivalent to daydreaming, however when you snap back from that daydream you find yourself in the astral where you when you started to day dream.

False Awakenings in my book are projections, but you don't realize they are projecting and go about it as your physically up and about. When you lose consciousness, pulled back you awaken to realize that you were in a false awakening. Very powerful state and many of my validations come from this.

Conscious Projection - is exactly as it demostrated - watching yourself fall asleep, slip off for a bit unconscious and then awake while the body is asleep. It is tricky to enter this state but definitely doable. Compare it to falling a sleep and them something startling you on the outside world snapping you back. But when your body is asleep, your deeper within the trance and body is asleep, hence mind is awake to leave the body.

Hi Doomkain,

Sounds like your rolling along just fine and you'll reach the astral state. You are on the right
path.

You asked about "How does one benifit from AP"? Such a great question and it is a personal one for
each and everyone that pursues OBE for many reasons. When I started out back in the day, it was to
verify if this was real or not. It was a huge wake up call and slap in the face.

How OBE changed my way of thinking, mostly came from how I treated people, family, and friends. When I was
younger my ideas of life was my self centered focus on me and not others. It also helped me with setting goals, patience, and hard work - Not just from a spiritual counter-part but physical too from work, school, religion, and relationships.

About six years ago, I was reading Elizabeth Kublar Ross "Wheel of Life" - such a beautiful book and plan awesome! At her final years of her life, just an incredible treasure... Then there were other books along the lines of the Near Death experiences, hospice, and Dannion Brinkley. After a little bit, I started sub consciously having the spirit inside me ignite to start volunteering my time. I have now been a hospice volunteer for the last six years, companion to the dying. Also, started to avidly run in marathons and donate to charities through fund raising of my races.

I am not boasting here by any means or think/feel that I am any different, but I do share with you that through OBE this has changed my way of thinking and supporting others. This is personal for me and time I enjoy and celebrate sharing with others.
