I'm having trouble recononize myself when i dream. I've notice myself in a dream sometimes about 4 or 5 times in the last couple of months. When i do reconize myself  in a dream i then either think of flying (doesn't work), and then after that leaving my body. I left my body 2 times doing this method. How can i better reconize myself in my dreams? becuase they seem so very real...should i just try to be more aware when i close my eyes or just keep thinking about noticing myself in a dream and i will do so more frequently. I find this the best method to obe, and i feel like i am also becoming more in touch with my self and what is going on in my dreams and mind. Do any of you find this method effective?

I'm sure im not the first to think of it..but, has anyone heard of or tried experimenting with projecting into computer software or the internet? not just that but what about visualzation programs? like milk drop or any other light show or creative artpiece? seems kinda tricky to do this. anyone here left the computers on and gone into what the left on before the projected? or maybe some other method similar?

I hear stories of people doing the most extraordinary, remarkable , and some say impossible things for love. it's a phenomenon worth noticing in every living being on the planet and seems to be infinite in its nature. Is lust just a way of showing love in an unconscious way? how do you know the true difference between the two? and if there isn't,  is it only human to fall in love with someone who craves lust? and the very last question, is love inevitable for all beings?

I haven't had any luck with techniques, but decided to take a look at my Lucid dreams...its much easier to watch u'r dreams since we have like 10 per night. Some we can't remember..Once you figure out you're in a dream, you can then OBE..The techniques work but much harder to trick your mind to do it...where as if u'r in a dream, u'r already in the right state of consiouness. I think you learn alot about u'rself also.

I'm still experimenting so..

I can't tell whether I was in the AP or not but it felt so real and different. I wont go to much detail about the dream i had but I'll give examples of feelings occurred.

This last month since I've been deeply desiring to AP, my dreams have become to real and vivid. Never in my life have I had this many dreams (or maybe just started noticing them while asleep probably with my third eye). Anyways, my dreams are sometimes unusual and scary but sometimes beautiful.. Each time the more horrific or beauty intensifies...i start realizing that I am in a dream and I notice myself. This has happen about 4 or 5 times...out of  all those times i usually wake up instantly when i realize that "wait this is a dream". Once or twice I was in a deep 3d blackness phase.

Now this last dream, (I was slightly drunk from the superbowl game party) was very pleasent. I Came to a part in my dream when I realized that it was a dream again. This time i didn't wake up, instead i thought wait a sec if this is a dream let me try to fly. That did not work. So i was like okay lets do something else...as i start trying to think i suddenly see my dream reality start tearing and fading apart..like the universe was ripping apart..White holes were tearing my dream apart. I am suddenly running up stairs towards the white holes (all the people in my dream now disappeared). Finlay the white holes turned into some INTENSE white light and felt like Ecstasy..I keep running to it full speed. Then all I remember was this Metallic pole was right in front of me..but my body was like floating now it was not in an upward postion like in my dream. My instinct was to climb and start pulling it up...I'm going up up up..At first i did not go up, It was like Lag in a video game..I tyred pushing didn't go..then tryed again and slowly but "laggy" I went up the pole. Then 3D Blackness...after that I see my body in front me in my bed were i went to sleep. I am now at least 6 to 7 feet above my body, I felt so light..like no weight. Then BOOM I fall straight down right back into my body and wake up.

Now i was like Oh crap that was awesome! let me call my friend and tell him what just happened, I remember having a conversion on the phone and everything, then i go to my room and seeing my grandmother there..(this is unusual and she is never on my bed) I tap her and say grandma what are you doing here. She looks at me and says "who's there" like i was some ghost. I start repeating myself to her and she does not hear me. I'm like WTF? am i in the AP still after I just talk to my friend and stuff, as soon i start touching her and getting louder..I wake up.

Does the AP sometimes feel like a dream? because i cannot tell what just happen..I have a feeling I did AP because I have never saw myself on the bed before like that levitating. But then after all I thought i was Awake, having just talking to my friend and seeing my grandma and everything. So strange but it felt like a borderline thing...

do people get confuse easily with the AP and dreams? do they sometimes collide and occur during projections?

Is this normal for begginers? or does it happen to everyone?

Agreed.. I definitely think there is no one true answer for everyone, but we (humans) all share a similarity of knowing, finding, searching for truth, and that ever strive to be perfect as "god" (it may be different for other beings or creatures)...I am sure the answer & truth may vary for each individual. But again in the very end (if there is an end) we all just might share the same ONE truth (this is another subject or maybe not). There is no right or wrong answer, just a theory..(Everything said, thought, seen, perceived, realized, loved, felt & and everything in between has some form of reason or truth.

Take this for example: Image the being, thing, god, or universe of universes that created everything of everything came to the very very end (if there is), where it could not share it with another being, thing, or anything we perceive. Could it just have rolled itself back to a lower time of the infinite cycle? to let his creations take over what it has started (if it did start). Maybe it was the creations that keep the infinite going. Not saying its true or anything just a thought. I'm probably wrong about this..But, in a way it might be true.

Pyramids represent mystery, since no-one knows how the great pyramids in Egypt were built.

but see they were built, I'm sure if you really pontificate enough there will always be a solution or explanation just the way the wondered how to build it. I believe everything & anything that is a mystery has an answer, reason, or reasons. There are no mysteries if you really deeply and truly want to know the truth or cause. There are many sayings that go along with this theme (one is "the truth is out there") do you agree?

On the other note, my take on this is I think this symbol has distributed & followed planet by planet, galaxy by galaxy, & quite a decent amount of space area of this universe maybe even more..but, you do bring a very strong point, we may never know the true meaning of this symbol for a while, but it's always a matter of time for any mystery. I have a feeling theres a deep spiritual connection to this symbol, as though the lines intersecting create some sort of unity. Could be much more than that. Maybe something I or we cannot see yet.

Why is this symbol so common? In astral and OBE books, websites, videos. Also in corporate logo's, TV, ancient hieroglyphics, artifacts, and countless other instances. This symbols seems to be EVERYWHERE. Why? I don't think its a stupid question to ask because it is seen so many times and should have some spiritual explanation, truth, or reason. I know many corrupt individuals also use this symbol as some form of power, but others use it in the complete opposite form, as though it had spiritual meaning. I'm sure it has countless explanations or maybe just one truth. Any interpretations would be very intresting to hear or understand more of.

If you really want to learn how to leave the body, exit and switch vibrations. Physical material objects, tapes, audio, programs can only take you so far or block the way as a mental crutch.

In the begining, I placed a pyramid above my third eye and meditating, stuck my head in a pot of water to see "egyptian hermetics", Focused on body positioning, foods, exercise, if I did right or wrong during the day. In all, it didn't lead no where. This is not to say or put down other ritual beliefs and practices.

It comes down to one thing "intent, patience and if your ready to show up everyday as if you are training for the olympics". There are no short-cuts, fast food reciepes for projecting!

Has anybody else on here heard of the idea that there are many universes and there is suppose to be a copy of us in each one?Also has anybody else heard the idea that our soul is split up among ourself and all our other self's in all the other universes?

I find that the be true...as so is everything said on this topic. Anything we suggest on this topic of parallel world or alternate universe is most definitely true, thats the beautiful thing about it. At the same time it's all just an illusion, that one day we will have a better understanding of (if you crave it).

Let me try to paint a big picture of how big all the those universes might be, even though it might seem small to others. Imagine everything thing you do like; make a right hand turn on the street or left , or catch a red light instead of going through the yellow. There is a separate world of each of the following but then comes the option of choice (this is something I think might create more parallel worlds). There probably a world where everything happens exactly the same for billions of years on earth, until your moment of choice. Maybe? and even then there are probably worlds we're we just say one word different then the other and somehow alternates our future realities. Probably even more worlds after that..after all it's either you believe in the infinite or the limitations. but it can't hurt to believe in both, or else how would we learn or spiritually progress? I guess thats why were here on earth...I mean how deep does infinite go? is it like love? I think loves infinite..I am fully sure about that, even though I never really felt it strongly in this life. But i believe one day i will..

you guys (including me) have yet to understand the slightest concept of god..this is only one universe of the some infinite amount of worlds that has been created by his creators. To think god doesn't exsist in some "space" one of his creations has made...don't you think that if you know of this quantum "space" he hasn't heard about it? let only created it? he most like didn't create it probably one of his dwellers did but he has too much memory to not know something that is known to us.

Here's what i was curious about..now, i know love is so powerful that it can break through any of the rules set forth (if there are any) in this universe. Sometimes i get the feeling that i have been in love in some other life so deeply that somehow someway...i would see her or meet them in my physical or astral? I read somewhere that Souls meet in a higher plane in existence and then they somehow they team up to go into these physical worlds to increase there chances of spiritual growth or evolution.

Now how about this..Since everything i do is NO coincidence..then sometimes i wonder the girls i meet, or family i have, or people that stop by my store...maybe I could of know them in future and past lives? does love bring us together? or does some other force? or maybe just a combination of forces? IDK but i see these people and they all seem UNFAMILAR to me..isn't that strange UNFAMILAR? its like I'm used to see them subcounsiously..but Cousionsly they seem FAMILAR to me? maybe its just a trick my mind is playing but i come in contact with thousands of people a day...and its like non of them look unusual, different..they all look the same..nothing new? why is that...its like each face is okay but not so much there face its like something behind it. What if i met spoke with each one in another life or plane of existence. do you think thats the case? isn't it funny how you meet someone you never thought you knew, but yet you have conversations as though you knew them for a lifetime? I have so many of these and they just make me wonder...I see some other force at work here, it's all to much for me to take.

Im inexerpierced to tell you what really happen, but i've had worse and weirder dreams then that..it could have been both. sometimes i'm AP and dreaming at the same time. Around my building im meeting people...but there probably dead in the physical since i live in like a retirement apartments on the beach. Most of my dreams im just running and running...meeting people whom feel like family to me, but i have no idea who they are when i wake up and remember there faces. It could have been some negative entity in there area just feeding off of people energies in there sleep, or just a dream..ask some people around you if they had any nightmares recently or in the same night and see what they say. You could have just been more sensitive since you are aware of APing and diffirent realities. At least you aren't part of any secret societies...then you would really be having some scary dreams..i couldn't even imaging what kind of dreams those guys have..thats some crazy stuff just thinking about it..yikes..

LSD, or some shrooms...they definitely raise energy, they took me out of the matrix of society..MJ is just a party drug but i can see how it can be used for meditation for some people. Now I hear that Ayayswah or mescaline is were it's at. I heard it's definitely and altered state of reality but very powerful stuff. DMT and Salvia are just instan alter-realities, you never know where you end up on those things..alcochol, it just for good time with buddies..it just numbs energy or holds the energy for longer periods of time like when you are enjoying it with some friends in the moment. kinda like a freeze thing. sometimes i feel like my blood rises upward my body when i laugh alot..idk just me. I deffiently need to hit up that mescaline, i wonder what you see...or even feel, i heard its euphoric like crazy...forget sex all you need is a bottle of mescaline or lsd..lol
