Yeah but i know lucid dreaming and from my point of view what i am experiencing lately is a peculiar kind because in those lucid dreaming i fly, float , pass thrue walls, feel and communicate with others in the same way i do in OBE.

Its like all those lucid dreams as you call it, has one and only theme - to experience and lear about OBEs... weird...
2  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Amazing first OBE !!!! on: September 15, 2017, 13:24:05
Update this thread as there is something new i dont understand which happen regularly.

I have very often "strange" OBE lately.

I say strange because they dont begin by a conscious exit from my bedroom or something but they start from a dream with none perception of the RTZ.

I think this is very common but is there someone here who can explain me the logic of this process ? To start by having OBE from RTZ then directly from a dream without any perception of the RTZ like if it was mean to be...?

Hey all

I am looking for a mentor able to finish properly my "phasing instruction" and OBE as silly as it sounds.

Just for information, i experienced both, and i consider myself to be at the intermediate level on both as i am not at all what you could call a beginner now with all i have experienced and learned but i need to clarify few key details to be able to master it better and to reach the next level.

(VERY IMPORTANT: I want this "mentor" to be able to talk on instant chat message like Skype or anything. Vocally would be way preferable.)

Thanks warmly for your help.

All of those techniques are in the Stickies found here: http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome_to_astral_consciousness-b30.0/

I think the one that Todd meant was Bedeekin's "pre nap" technique. http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome_to_astral_consciousness/fantastic_obe_technique_bedeekins_method-t31819.0.html

I do want to say though, that not everyone experiences exit symptoms and other signposts during this practice.

Thanks a lot Lumaza ! I had already read it then but thanks again !

No, no, no, no and no.

Sorry Xanth but could you answer to my previous question please ?:

This entire Sleep Paralysis article is very well written. I suggest someone should sticky this, since so many people ask questions about Sleep Paralysis.

The above Bedeekin quote is extremely important for people to understand. To me this short focused meditation or OBE technique is so important to achieve anything worthwhile with sleep paralysis. Otherwise, you are left with a groggy OBE of low quality.

The quicker the sleep paralysis induction, the better the resulting OBE is.

What is the protocol of this "short focus meditation" to induce SP please ?

Thanks for your message, very interesting.

For me the switch is the moment when your foreground become your background but not necessarily means the moment where one stepping into the scene... maybe some other persons could confirm or infirm our respective views ?

1/ On average, how long do you stay immersed into your scene like your definition of the switch ? Because all my immersions are very short, less than 30s or max 1 minute id say... And each time they happened, i did not do anything or felt any attraction or anything, i just ended immersed without doing anything without witnessing the transition from the 3rd person view to the first person view...

2/ How do you explain i experience always this phase of rambling succession of small scenes without never succeed to step in even during 1hour whereas sometimes i succeed without doing anything (without formulate an intent or anything) to step in in few minutes ? (considering my step in are very short though...)

3/ Sometimes i feel some kind of very delicate, very sensible and strange vibrationss which attracts my attention because sometimes it stops and "his absence appear very weird..." Someone know what i mean here and what it is ? Because moreover the weird thing is i always failed to locate it !

4/ Is it a problem not to have a destination ? Do you know a personal method to go to F3 or RTZ ?

5/ Funny you mention your cartoon based phasing because it happened to me few days ago and was very circumspect about it like you seem to be as it was all made in cartoon texture. Now maybe i have to mention that this was not proper phasing as i did not really step into, i was just witnessing on the screen...

6/ When ypu formulate your intent, when do you do it ? At the beginning of your session or even during the session ?

7/ I used to consider this "phase of rambling succession of small scenes" the stray energy stage Keppel described ? But if i look at my session today i had this stage of rambling succession of small scenes then instantly immersed in one of them few times... So what is your opinion ? Is it the stage Franck describes or not ?

Thanks a lot for you answers guys.

Question to advanced phasers;

1/ I make the "switch" very easily but my sessions which lasts strangely always around 50mn, are a giant RAMBLING succession of small scenes in the sense i never experienced a , lets say 5 or 10mn on the same scene with a long and stable narration...?

2/ Plus i have the obvious feeling i am watching a dream but very rarely dive into it in the first person... or maybe the so called "super 3D vision as crystal clear than physical" is not working for me AT ALL ?...

Thanks for your help
9  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Astral Sex Question on: February 07, 2017, 02:44:04
I did experience astral sex and it was like you say and more... a pure transcendant blending of our two souls's energy. I mean this is not just beautiful words ! It is really whats happening...

It was not physical at all in my case but all love, symbiosis and energy oriented.

Stunning experience, i'm telling you my friend...

In phasing i experienced sex as well but this time it was very physical but less realistic and detailed than C1 in my case, more quick as well, with the special add of a psychological dimension as you know each time what thinks your partner...

Im not an expert in phasing so take my words as the things you can experience as a beginner.
10  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Amazing first OBE !!!! on: February 07, 2017, 02:27:08
I dont over analyse it.
I just analyse it.
At least this is my intention here like a seeker would do.

But i can understand why you think this, as every progress or at least every progress's attempt looks very silly, stubborn and "over everything" from outside...

Maybe you misunderstand me to identify where i am now in the process to understand that phenomena beecause indeed, i just want to exchange on very ACCURATE topic and questions i often already have an opinion on... But i need confirmation and the light of advanced seekers and so on like you.

Anyway thanks for your help.
11  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Amazing first OBE !!!! on: February 06, 2017, 19:07:30
You (most likely) still have some fear about separating from the physical body. This is what I responded to.

You mean, if i would not have fear, i will be able to begin the journey after the collapse instead of coming back to C1 ?

What do you think about the hypnagogic jolt/spasm by the way ?

And sorry if i sound stupid but did you succeed to OBE and phase please ?
12  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Amazing first OBE !!!! on: February 06, 2017, 03:52:18
So if i understand you well, this collapse is either the brain which dives in sleep mode or either me initiating an OBE ?
13  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Amazing first OBE !!!! on: February 05, 2017, 04:56:04
Keep talking to myself but anyway maybe one person will pop...

Anyway another question i had is, i feel i do succeed to make the switch pretty easily but once im there i often dont know what to do when i had alreayd made all the casual circus possible...?
14  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Amazing first OBE !!!! on: February 04, 2017, 20:09:57
I forget to mention, sometimes during meditation i experience a very strange and scary feeling of mental collapse...

It lasts lets say 1 or 2 seconds and i am always so scared i end by interrupting the process by fear maybe or maybe because this collapse is supposed to be that short in his essence i dont know...

Anyone recongnise what im describing here or not ? ( i dont see images like a vision or a departure to astral or something, everythings black around me or without visual stimuli lets say but all collapse around me like a very strange slow but VERY POWERFUL drift or shift...)
15  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Amazing first OBE !!!! on: February 04, 2017, 19:29:05
Hey guys !

I am a bit annoyed because i dont know how to reproduce my spontaneous OBE (from sleep and dreams) and phasing comparing to OBE is  still for me very pale but maybe im too new to it ?

I tried the WBTB method but it is so demanding and can really trouble your sleep cycle as i experienced...And besides having a genuine rush of consciousness after WBTB technique i still did not succeed to achieve a beautiful OBE, except once which was blind and ultra short.

If an expert is reading those lines he's welcome...

16  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Amazing first OBE !!!! on: January 02, 2017, 17:28:21
What you both say is very true.

Nonetheless, having and respecting a scientific approach, i still need that proof.
17  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Amazing first OBE !!!! on: December 31, 2016, 19:18:36
You've created a self-imposed limitation for yourself.  I'd suggest work on getting yourself accustomed to practicing anywhere at anytime.  Eventually you'll break the need for "routine".

If i would travel every week i could break the routine but i don't so it is easier to say it than doing it ! Wink

By the way, how many of those who are reading this have experienced OBE or Phasing AND have collected proofs of their "exit" ? (this question is not adressed to you Xanth as i know you do not encourage the quest of any proof hehe)
18  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Amazing first OBE !!!! on: December 31, 2016, 00:38:28
I am facing a probably very common problem - i'm in vacation far from my very confortable reclined chair i used to sit in to perform Phasing and OBE and now that i am in a new surrounding, i lost my marks, my concentration and feeling to perform...

What do you do you guys facing this please ?
19  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Amazing first OBE !!!! on: December 28, 2016, 22:49:54
There are many "different" labels people use to describe their experiences.

Phasing
OBE
Astral Projection
Lucid Dream
WBTB
etc...

But they don't describe what people THINK they describe.  Most people think that they describe the experience they have.  They think that because they "left their body" and experienced their bedroom that they had an OBE.  Or that they felt a shift and found themselves in some different place they didn't recognize, so they had an Astral Projection or Phasing.

While that's simply not the case.  Those terms I listed above only describe one thing: How you ENTERED the non-physical.  That's all.
After you ENTER they non-physical, they all end up leading to the same kind of experience.  How you perceive that experience is all that will differ.

In your case, you became aware while already sleeping.  Most people would just brush this off and simply call it a dream or a lucid dream... or even worse, a dream of a lucid dream (*sigh*)... LoL
Thankfully, you've at least identified it as what it is: a consciously aware projection.

I think you probably right on all this i agree.

The thing for now is my experience with Phasing has been way less clearer and obvious and to be honest almost incomparable with my OBE experience. Need to dig more i suppose and i will don't worry Wink
20  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Amazing first OBE !!!! on: December 28, 2016, 17:16:01
Sounds like the Rtz.
The Rtz is usually down to most details the same, some minor details are usually what slips by, where you know "where" you are if there was a where but usually the details are small so they don't usually make much difference.
My room the window is far larger than normal and has no curtains in the rtz but its in the same place as the physical, some times there might be door where the window is instead as an extreme difference. Out in the yard the trees are a bit smaller and they yard has a feeling where it is bigger than it is in the physical. And the house itself has a more wood cottage look instead of its modern look but its shape where all doors, windows, and fire place are are all the same, Just some minor differences. My grand mothers house the ceiling is much lower in the Rtz and since she has some ceiling fans its always a trip ending up there.

Okay thanks a lot, very interesting.

The room where i lift off at the beginning of the OBE i cannot identify but after passing thrue the wall and decide to travel to another friend's location i clearly recognised his place but for example his narrow and long corridor transform itself in a very weird large "disney world fantasy decorum room"....? (i must add his narrow corridor his decorated in a very fantasy manner with a giant cartoon like picture though..)

Same at the end of the OBE when i felt i had to come back to my body, i ended in a very large unknown dormitory... But when i think about it, living in a very large house with 15 persons who was sleeping at the same time i was experiencing the OBE maybe it was a representation of it ?... ( anyway i saw a body and thought it was mine, so as i was approaching to the face, i was preparing to be shocked to see my face as numerous testimonies report but instead i see a blond girl face who was crying...? (i am a boy... and never cry hehe)
21  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Re: Amazing first OBE !!!! on: December 28, 2016, 04:33:12
I have to be accurate here.

I do had very good experiences with Phasing. (i only practice for two weeks) And i have very good reasons to think i succeed to project several times.

But Phasing in my opinion require maybe more skill or experience to really understand whats you are experiencing whereas OBE is like a plain and simple Big Slap on your face when it happens...easy business...

I have the wrong or true intuition you can, with more experience in Phasing, initiates experiences as vivid and intense as OBE delivers. To be continued...
22  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Re: Phasing just a free active imagination meditation ? on: December 27, 2016, 15:48:32
In his third book, "Ultimate Journeys", he's the one who ultimately figured that out.
By the time he died, he had ended up with a completely different view of projection than when he wrote his first book.
His perspective had changed greatly... the only problem now is that people tend to read his first book first and ignore the discoveries he made by the end of his life.

Hence, we still have people who believe they're "IN" a body.

Yeah thats so true. I did the same actually... Read his first book and then discovered here and there his view has changed in the end of this life...

Now i dont know if you read my post about my first OBE but it was stunning... The difference about what i experienced with Phasing is pretty massive. Because here i'm not even wondering if i created it or not because it is sure this was a total spontaneous AND EASY, CRYSTAL CLEAR AND FLUID experience. (of course i dont mention the fact that WHAT composed my OBE might directly taken and created by imagination)

So now i have to dig between the difference of OBE and Phasing.
23  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Amazing first OBE !!!! on: December 25, 2016, 23:39:43
Today as i was sleeping i became suddenly totally conscious and began to rise on the ceiling feeling a strange energy...

I instantly tried to see details of the room and my vision was amazingly crystal clear.

I passed through the walls and succeed to transfer towards 2 differents locations.

I will never forget this experience. Overwhelming. (I must add this experience can not be compared with Phasing in my opinion because it was just sooooooo real contrary to phasing where my vision is way poorer and darker and so fleeting...)

Now question: considering i was totally conscious i was sleeping (i was aware i was snoring all OBE long !!) during the entire experience.
considering i visited 2 locations which were cloth but not accurate at all with the physical world (some elements and decorum in the houses was added and the size of the surface of the house was not accurate as well)
considering the place in my OBE where i first "rose" till the ceiling was not the same place at all i was sleeping in but an imaginated place...

... Do you consider guys i experienced an OBE or not ? (If yes what was it ? RTZ ? F2 ? Any opinions ?... Sorry Xanth i know you dont use this map but i just ask in case someone use this grid...)
24  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Re: Phasing just a free active imagination meditation ? on: December 25, 2016, 23:20:23
[It doesn't make much difference what random label you give something.  [/quote]

Maybe you dont care about label because this practive is still very new and it is just still a bit too fuzzy to determine a commun structure we are not yet able to identify but that we will discover soon who knows...

Any way your theory about the misunderstanding on Monroe "in the body sight" seems obvious and very true.

25  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Re: Phasing just a free active imagination meditation ? on: December 23, 2016, 16:43:49
Even with the inherent subjectivity of such practices, lets consider i decide to still be for some time more optimistic than you are in the possibility to achieve a consensus upon the "basic structure" of our experiences.

1/ What would differenciate Phasing from Creative meditation according to you ? Because i did not need to discover Phasing to experience real 3D "visions" during meditation !

2/ If we consider we already collected some proofs on the remote viewing, why then you say "you'll never know" about Phasing ? I dont understand this ?

3/ Now question; " Among those who experienced both OBE and Phasing. Is there a CONSENSUS to confirm this is the same exeprience Huh (except you dont see yourself leaving your body in phasing of course)

Thanks a lot for you kindness Xanth.
