I always try to remind myself that two choices exist (probably many more, but you'll figure them out on your own)... Fear or Love. The Fear choice takes you back down the mountain... it's giving in to all the negativity surrounding everything in this world. The Love choice takes you up further up the mountain to the next teetering precipice (yes, there are many of them up the mountain LoL)... it's simply allowing the world to be as it is. There's a lot of fear in the world today, we saw it boil over a couple weeks ago in Boston. The fear will always be there. It's all meaningless anyway... although, that's not to say that it's not important. The smallest act such as stepping on an ant is very important to the world, as the world has lost something... however small that loss is, it's now gone forever. Through focusing on Love, we can help retain the best that the world has and allow it to continue to grow, while we also create a world that is less fertile for Fear grow. I try not to worry about that which I have very little, or no control over. I have very little to no control over the actions of others who have given in to Fear... Giving into Fear is allowing your ship to fill with water and sink.

I don't 'believe' though that's the problem and I'm not theorising... this is heavily experienced based. I experienced RTZ projections when I was a beginner .... statistically this seems to be the case for most who start young... this correlates with both Robert Monroe and Fox'z findings. Practically I think I may be right... theoretically you are probably right... lest we get the two mixed up for the sake of teaching a beginner, if you know what I mean. Well yeah, and I'm also not "believing". I say that to appease other peoples concerns that I'm trying to state a fact. When the only fact of the matter is that it's my personal truth. LoL We each seem to have our own experienced-based truths. That always makes this stuff more interesting and further reinforces the fact that everyone really needs to experience this stuff first hand to form their own "truths". The RTZ projection invariably tends to arise from the spontaneous perceived floating out of the nonphysical where it is common for people to get their extremities or head stuck... usually several attempts at trying to separate causes a non RTZ projection... maybe because we are stuck in SP and lose focus. Again... this is only measly experienced based and may be specific to me (disclaimer). It's that "spontaneous perceived floating out of the body" where (I'm really on board with what Mr Campbell has to say about it) people perceive that they're in a reality simliar to this one... and usually in their own bedroom. As for Sleep Paralysis, I think I can count on one hand the number of times I've experienced it... so I'm not a good judge of it in that regards. LoL

I have been banned from every 'truth' or 'conspiracy theory' page and website I was a member of. All because I questioned that maybe this was a real terrorist plot.. that the victims were real.. that they really did get their legs blown off. haha
I even got called out as a mole.. a government plant... that I was being paid to type the 'anti-truth' messages. This is hilarious... so funny.
How can I possibly take them seriously now... if they use the same conviction that I am a 'mole' that they have about the faked bombings?
I am not afraid to be banned from this site. My whole confidence in truth-seeking has been flushed down the toilet along with the rest of the shite. 9/11 conspiracy... faked moon landings... all of it is totally paranoid behaviour.
Call me a troll if you like... I couldn't give a twat!
Disgusting.
Honestly? It's all meaningless anyway. In the grand scheme of things... people can believe whatever they want about *ANYTHING*. And it doesn't mean a damn thing beyond your Intent you place behind it. That's the hilarious part... and I see it day in, day out. People worrying about politics, conspiracies, etc... the joke is that it's all meaningless. I know I don't have to tell you this, Bedeekin, so it's for everyone else... just live your life the best way you can and live with kindness.

Hello everybody! I have been reading up a lot about Astral Projection and Lucid Dreaming recently and one of the things that confuses me is that the many different sources I've come across say different things and I would like your opinions on the matters. Honestly? Just stop reading people's opinions and experience stuff. That's the only way YOU will form YOUR OWN opinions. Nobody can really answer those questions you posed for you. Sure, people will try, but it will be meaningless answers for you.

Honestly, I'm confused, sometimes I read that you should relax and try to manipulate your mind to believe you're going out of your body and sometimes people say just don't think about it You don't know it yet, but all those people are actually saying the same thing. Anyway, I think I'll take your advice, I'll try to forget this whole thing for a month and then I'll just try to do it and I hope my thoughts won't prevent me from achieving the experience.. Meditate on it.
