Actually, if I may declare myself the loser of this conversation and bow out rather ungracefully, I'll do so now.

Sorry for hijacking your thread, man.

The drink offer still stands.

Hello Frank,

I don't quite understand.  You are only allowed to post in this thread if you believe the original poster is correct in his opinion that Bush Sucks?

So if I create a thread that says, "Garfield the cat is God," nobody can post in it?  I'm assuming nobody prays to a statue of Garfield... though I certainly used to when I was 8.

Thanks for clarifying,
Chris

I've read other forums before and always shook my head seeing the flame wars, the insults, the anger.  I promised that should I be a forum goer, I would choose to "discuss" rather than "debate" or "argue," both of which feel to me like "I'm right, and I won't give any ground."

And then I post a flame.  I wish I could tell you I was surprised, but I'm not.  I always make promises to be more loving and friendly and to take better control of my emotions, then the next day I get carried away again.

I'm sorry for being so rude to people in the first post, generalizing and for any feelings hurt.  Please forgive me for being the close-minded, pigheaded one.

Actually after I posted my last one, I went to L.A. to take care of some passport business with that whole bureaucracy thing going on, and I felt bad about what I had said.  So, I told myself I would be kind to people and not lose my temper like I usually do in that cramped, hot, rude place.

It came more naturally than it usually does.  I was waving and smiling at people on the street, gave someone on the street some money (actually pulled an illegal U-turn to come back for him)... and get this.  A girl just randomly walked up to me, asked me to take her for a ride on my motorcycle, then for my phone number.  While I was red-faced, sweating, not exactly in my Sunday best and just standing at the light, she started talking to me.  What a difference an attitude makes.

So I hope everyone here is not upset with being my evolutionary guinea pigs, because I wouldn't have been able to find a better control over myself and a better perspective towards others without royally screwing up here.  So please forgive me, and have my thanks, if you will.

I'd like to magically turn the clock back 24 hours and restart my first post, if I may, using the new knowledge I have gained.

*Ahem*

Thanks for bringing that to our attention, Willis.  Shame on President Bush, proclaimed "Steward of the Land," for being so reckless with emissions that are already too much for us to handle!

However, not to single you out or anything, but don't you think this constant harping on President Bush's policies is calling attention away from more important issues like genocide, child prostitution, secret jailings and other issues going on in the world that have nothing to do with him?

I mean, I wouldn't normally ask, but it seems the News and Media section of this forum is not really addressing issues that many would consider important, like murder and rape by the millions in other countries.  We seem to spend an inordinate amount of time on Bush and America.

It's important to know what he is doing wrong and I thank you again for sharing with us.  Truly, his environmental record is abysmal, and we should all know what he and his corporate buddies are up to behind the scenes!

But at the same time, I would like to hear about more pressing issues from someone as informed as yourself (nice site, by the way, I had no idea Earth's extinction rate was that high), rather than fueling the already roaring fire of Bush's terrible track record.

With respect and admiration,
Chris

Hello,

Thank you for the reply.  And please pardon the language.  I had someone in particular in mind when I posted, and if the post doesn't apply to you... then the jabs do not, as well.

It IS an impossible task to talk about all the world's problems.  I agree.  But please direct me to a post this angry that isn't about America or Bush.  Can you?  Can you show me a post in these forums that demonizes someone as badly as they do Bush?

I'm not saying we should talk about everything that has happened, for that is impossible.  Why you thought I would indicate we MUST write about EVERYTHING that's happened rather than what I was trying to say, that we should BALANCE the demonizing of Bush with SOME other points of the world at large, is baffling.  I blame my vagueness, which is a problem in a lot of my writing.

I never said that people said their lives were a wreck in this post.  However, I'm sure it is true for some of their private lives, which is what I was trying to point out.  The quote was meant as a personal thought, not a post.

For the Bush=Hitler analogy?  Post 4.  "You're being too easy on the Father.  Heil!"

You also say that some may have lost respect for me and my posts because of my personal attacks.  Does that mean they will refuse to listen to me?  Because I'm abrasive?  Wouldn't that be denying themselves of potential information because "someone made me feel bad?"

If Hitler said the sky was blue, should people doubt him?

You and your thoughts are not my enemy.  In fact, you have proven yourself, in this post and around the forums, to be an open-minded person who sees all sides of the issue.  I applaud you, and I praise you.

This post was meant for those who consider themselves open-minded by blaming America and Bush every opportunity they get while glossing over all the other problems of the world (not ALL, but SOME, my friend).  Their actual close-mindedness, yes, is my enemy.

This is not a pro-Bush post.  This is an anti-ignorance post.  I want to see balance... in our news media, in our forums, anywhere information is being exchanged.  I spew venom not at people who dislike Bush, but people who dislike ONLY Bush.  If you are not in this category, let me know a cafe near where you live so I can buy you some tea or a beer or whatever it is you like to drink.

Quote:
Bringing awareness to Bush's faults is a noble act. I applaud people for bringing them into the light, so I know what mistakes he is making and what to prepare for in the future.

Quote:
Glossing over the world's atrocities and focusing on a convenient enemy does nothing to raise awareness for the multitude of problems out there right now.

Which is it?  It's both.  Bush is a problem, and other world leaders are a problem.  Focusing solely on one or the other is denying part of the story.

Quote:
As long as you continue to demonize Bush as your convenient enemy, you will always be running away from other problems, whether they be in the world at large or in yourselves.

"Please explain. If you reply to this posting of mine at all, please explain this one. Please, please, please. You have a point in this quote to make and I don't get it. Please explain."

Oh, ok.  Let me use self as an example, so you can rightly spear me later for projecting my past failures onto a larger group of people.

I started out an evangelical Christian, Southern Baptist.  Evolution was my enemy, until I realized what they thought about women, and the illogical concept of Hell.  Eternal punishment for finite sin was my beef.

I became a scientist as a reaction, and then religion and God became my enemy.  However, I hated Islam, Judaism, Buddhism and every other religion way less than I hated Christianity, the religion "large and in charge" in our country.  I hated God, too, for my problems were great and He did nothing to help me.

Then I found a balance between science and religion and now accept both as important in my life.

Yet, I still had a multitude of problems, and needed someone to hate.  So I became a liberal, and hated Bush, America, old rich white men and all the other typical focal points of liberal rage.

After a few years of that in college, I finally came to grip with the bulk of my crippling problems in life, and eradicated my depression and suicidal tendencies.

This was my point.  Rather than dealing with my own problems rightly and directly, I instead externalized my problems onto a convenient scapegoat.  Hence my earlier quote about a wrecked life.  My life was a wreck, but as long as I keep blaming someone else for their own faults, I can forget about dealing with my own.

As long as Bush was my scapegoat, I could get away with not taking responsibility for my own life.  His faults were greater than mine, after all, which means we should deal with him first.

Later, I also found myself speaking to a few conservative people who were not the stupid, racist, homophobic people my liberal friends had made them out to be.  As a reaction, I became conservative to escape what the liberal movement had become for me: a reactionary, nay-sayer movement of hatred that was all ideals, and little actual progress.

As a Republican... I realized that that group did the same by demonizing the Democrats as stupid, short-sighted and blinded by their rage.  So I stopped being Republican and instead sought truth.  Pure information, the account of what happened.  Not colored by politics, or personal vendettas or anything else.  Just what happened.

And being in this place in my life now, it saddens and angers me to see liberal news outlets that tell us how many marines died in Iraq.  Conservative news outlets that tell us how many insurgents died.  Nobody wants to talk about the whole story, to tell us things that might be detrimental to their beliefs.

Is it so hard to ask for a news report that tells us who died, and what happened?  Leave out information for time constraints, not because the editor is a liberal who wants to see the war in Iraq end, and wants to paint his own picture of the conflict.  Let the people decide what is what with the whole picture in front of them.

So I came here and see the anti-Bush thread sitting there, and go page after page of posts that have nothing to do with any other major problems happening in the world.  And that made me mad.

That's why I posted.

Like you, I'm still searching for a source of information that isn't colored or biased.  It's not easy, and I have yet to find one.

"Chris, when are you running for World Leader. You have my vote."

 embarassed

Thanks, but I'm still a bratty, immature 22 year old with a chip on his shoulder who isn't firmly in control of his emotions just yet.  I wouldn't trust myself with that much power... but I would take an advisory role. Smiley

Will sir, you are the exact kind of person I want to get to know more than the ones who attach their egos to a party or idea and refuse to think further on the subject.  Any insults in this post were not meant for you... and overboard for those they affected.

I hope you can understand me better now.

Chris

P.S. "I'm am quite sure that I am more grown up than you."

Aw, and after you said you wouldn't resort to personal attacks?  Tsk, tsk.
5  Astral Chat / Welcome to News and Media! / Bush Sucks. on: June 20, 2005, 17:11:43
Are you saying I'm not allowed to discuss an unhealthy fixation on a demonized Bush in a thread titled "Bush Sucks."?

Then perhaps you should explain why people discussing french fries on the first page were not given a similar warning.

Or the people on the second page discussing money and happiness.

Or the pro-Canada posts.

Or the evolution and death posts.

My point isn't that they should be silenced or warned.  I'm saying if it adds something to the conversation, it should be allowed.  Seeing as how you consider "humor" and "deep thoughts" to be fair game, I don't see why others shouldn't have the chance to defend their hatred of Bush, and only Bush, or America, and only America.

And my point isn't holding up Bush for moral judgement between dictators worldwide, despite the fact that I pointed out the difference between the two.  I lead my post off with those examples to give everyone something to think about before they continued with the rest of my post.  I want to know what makes people think they can blame only Bush for the world's problems while blatantly ignoring more pressing issues.

In that regard, I think I am firmly on topic.

Chris

Insert any other of the dozen atrocities committed on this planet, worldwide, at any time, if you so wish.

It is really nauseating how you people gloss over such blatant disregard for human life like this.  Millions murdered in Africa and East Asia, the Kurds being slaughtered by the hundred thousands in Iraq, and yet, the only person you decry on these forums (or any other one), is Bush, Bush, Bush.

A convenient scapegoat to blame for the world's problems, and your own.

Those of you who have immense personal problems and yet refuse to deal with any of them, instead equating Bush with Hitler and thinking, "Yeah, my life's a wreck... but at least I'm not BUSH!  He hurts people just like me and that makes him the same as Hitler!"

Those of you who spend so much time spewing venom at Democrats, Republicans, Evangelical Christians, Bush, Clinton, America, Canada, China, New Agers, Satanists or whatever group or country you've decided is your sole, mortal enemy.

All of you need to take a long hard look at what's really going on in the world, and at yourselves.

Glossing over the world's atrocities and focusing on a convenient enemy (and who is most convenient as the leader of the strongest nation in the world) does nothing to raise awareness for the multitude of problems out there right now.

Yes, Bush has acted terribly with many different things in our country and abroad.  He's screwing social security, the environment is suffering, and he's nipping away at homosexual rights.

But unless you can think to yourself what good traits Bush has, or what good things he has done for the world (freeing Iraq from a brutal dictator who killed hundreds of thousands, despite why the war started, to name one), and unless you can wrap your mind around the numerous atrocities happening around the world, even as we speak, you will NEVER understand the whole story.

Bringing awareness to Bush's faults is a noble act.  I applaud people for bringing them into the light, so I know what mistakes he is making and what to prepare for in the future.

However, equating him with Hitler?  Blaming him solely for problems in the world?  Ignoring his good points, and blowing up and focusing on all his faults?  Bringing no attention to other, more important, things going on in the world?

That's just pathetic.

As long as you continue to demonize Bush as your convenient enemy, you will always be running away from other problems, whether they be in the world at large or in yourselves.

And as long as you refuse to hear a Republican's point of view, adopt a Democrat way of life, or view history IN ITS ENTIRETY, rather than posting this tired old escapism "Bush Sucks" bull, you will always only have half the story.

And half the story is not sufficient to have a clear view of the world.

Grow up.  It's no wonder that many of you hate Bush and America as you do, not because of who or what they are.

For many of you, it's because they reflect that which you are not: strong, active, affecting change.  That is why you ignore murder in other countries; America is the strongest.  And more power means more evil, right?  If America kills tens of thousands as CASUALTIES OF WAR in Iraq, it's certainly much more evil than child soldiers and genocide, millions killed blatantly BECAUSE OF THEIR RACE in Africa.  After all, when has Africa ever had the strongest army in the world?

Chris

P.S. If you doubt what I say, show me links to where you decry murder, rape and other crimes with the same veracity that you do Bush and America.  Something different than the high horse, "Oh, that's terrible.  But there must have been a reason in the grand scheme of things.  God has a reason.  Heaven is showing us compassion.  *Insert more apologetics here*"

Show me one time where you afforded America and Bush, your convenient enemies, that same courtesy.

perhaps i do not understand it right, lol

Probably because I can't type and left too much out...  D'oh!

"If an atheist sees a truck barreling down on a child in the road, and pushes the kid out of the way knowing full well they will die in the process, that is selfless."

By the way, I know how frustrated you might be about the astral projection process.  I've tried it the past few days, trying to get myself back into the habit, and no amount of white light, balloons, elevators, ropes or water flowing through the body is leading anywhere besides slightly increased dream clarity.

Of course, that is the first step on the way there for me, and what happened before I projected five or so years ago.  It's just that this is one of those things that suddenly jumps you one day when you succeed, annoying as that is.

Lifting weights:  Lift 10 pounds today, 12 pounds tomorrow, 20 pounds next week, 100 pounds three months from now.

Measurable success.

Astral projection:  Fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, succeed.

Surprising success!

Hey Seeker,

Funny, but I had this exact same conversation with an atheist friend of mine a few years ago!  Usually he always sticks to his guns and stubbornly never shuts up until he's sure you've given up.  However, this time, and this time only, I made HIM think for a change about this concept of all actions being selfish.  Maybe you'll like it, too:

"If an atheist pushes a child out of the road seconds before the child dies, knowing full well they will die in the process, that is unselfish."

How's that?

Thanks for an interesting read in the post,
Chris

I'm confused... please explain to me how doing something for yourself is a problem.  And what would be the truely "good" thing to do in its stead?

Chris
10  Energy Body and The Chakras / Welcome to Energy Body and The Chakras / What exactly are you trying to achieve by doing energy work? on: May 29, 2005, 00:14:54
Simple, my friend.

Divide "selfishness" into two categories:

1. Something you do that benefits yourself.  (Lifting weights, eating food, going to a movie)
2. Something you do that benefits yourself despite what it may do to other people.  (Eating pizza in front of starving children, putting shopping carts on railroad tracks, cutting people off in traffic)

Practice #1 and there's no problem, in my opinion!  You're not hurting anyone... Smiley

11  Astral Projection & Out of Body Experiences / Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / How long for your first? on: May 28, 2005, 15:42:52
Hi Foolsday,

After reading William Buhlman's book and trying Anne Varnes' (www.astralvoyage.com) techniques in tandem with his, I started having crystal clear dreams and flying experiences the day after I began the techniques.  In one dream, I was hanging on to a UFO bounding up and down, from the ground to a hundred feet in the air.  Goofy, I know!

I also had a very vivid dream that was almost like me being there in real life.  I was able to manipulate my surroundings with a thought.  For example, a tiny creature kept running around at my feet, and it annoyed me.  So I pointed my hand at it, and it stopped immediately.  "Flying" dreams and "controlling your surroundings" dreams are common after you start practicing.

Also, as with 89%? (somewhere around the vast majority, according to Mr. Buhlman's AP survey site) of people who try this fun stuff, I heard a voice say my name clear as day.  I was lying awake on my side in bed one night, and someone very clearly said, "Chris," right behind my head.  I turned around, and there was nobody there.

I felt the vibrations around 30 days after I started reading Mr. Buhlman's book, and made the vow to astral project.  I was 18 then.

I didn't separate then, because the vibrations were a lot stronger than I thought they would be, and I was too scared and surprised to separate.  After that, I experienced the vibrations a couple more times, and even a guide's hand grasping mine as I asked for help to separate, but never actually separated.  I lost interest because of this, and didn't actually have my first OBE until six months later, when I started practicing again.  This one happened, again, a month after I started practicing.

I felt the vibrations once or twice, but finally separated that night.  It was short, like thirty to sixty seconds, but it happened!

I stopped practicing again after that because despite doing the techniques every night, nothing happened for like two weeks.  I had some spontaneous experiences without practicing in college about three or four months later, including some semi-separation and feeling the vibrations.

Four more years went by, and I didn't feel even as much as a jolt while I didn't practice.  I started again last week, listening to gnomad's mp3 and using affirmations.  My dreams are becoming clearer as a result.  Also, I'm using NEW to raise energy while I affirm, which I think is helping out.

So to sum up in a handy-dandy little chart:

- From first practicing to clearer dreams: 1 day
- From clearer dreams to vibrations and other spooky stuff: 30 days
- From vibrations to separation (after losing my fear): 30 days

I should note that Mr. Buhlman himself says 30 days is rather normal, with dedicated practice (affirmations, dream journal, all that good stuff).  I'm thinking that reading that made it all the more easy for my higher self to set a nice, agreed upon time to succeed.  Pity he didn't say 5 days was normal!

Yep, it can be quite selfish.

Then again, selflessness is kind of pointless when nobody wants to be helped.

Hey Bonden:

Can you conjure it up out of nowhere yet?  I think once you've gotten the ground mission off by paying attention to the feeling during songs, it gets a lot easier to conjure up by itself.

My "batteries" also run low sometimes, and it gets harder to feel the energy coursing around in my body.  At those times, I remember a song to "recharge" for a little bit.

Anybody have any ideas on how songs and other highly emotional things can conjure up so much energy, and where this energy comes from?

For Ancient_Light_Guardian,

It used to cut out at all my joints, too, when I first started.  But only two days later, after a measly 5-10 minutes practice on those two days, I could spread it almost all the way to my feet, and almost all the way to my fingertips.  I can feel it tingle over the back of my hands, and all the way down to my ankles now.

I'm just waiting for when the energy can make a complete circuit throughout my whole body, and I can suddenly throw fireballs and make grass grow with a touch, hahaha...

I've been experimenting more with this energy pulse.  I've noticed two things:

1) The feeling seems to come from my back, rather than my front, and it originates primarily in one of two places: the back of my neck, and on my back on the same plane as my heart.  Aren't those both chakra areas?  I dunno, cause I'm new to a lot of this.

Also, I can call up really small trickles of the energy from the other chakra areas like near my belly and in my forehead, but it's strongest at my neck and heart.

2) I can conjure up pulses twice as strong as the ones I just "summon" when I think of something that stirs great emotion in me.  The ending to a sad movie, the crescendo of my favorite songs, my favorite video game characters' last words, etc...

Instances where my own emotions run high make the energy feel even stronger, and I can feel it further down my body.  For example, I was able to spread the energy past my elbows and knees to my left fingertips and left toes (my right side seems to be more reluctant to respond).

What an awesome post.  I've been able to do this for several years, and I've always thought it was natural for everybody to do it.

For those who have no idea what this is, imagine the favorite part of your favorite song playing.  It's the famous "spine tingle" that people all over the world have experienced.

However, to actually call it up at any time?  I dunno if this is a natural thing or not.

For me, too, when I want to call up this energy, I focus on this spot behind my head, at the base of my skull, and I can make the energy run up my spine.

Just today, I was practicing doing it, and I've been able to improve it, as well.  Normally, I get one tingle then it fades away, and I have to consciously conjure up another.  Now, it seems as if I can keep that spot behind my head "open" and just allow pulse after pulse to run up my spine.

Also, just five minutes ago, I was able to spread that tingle not just up my spine, but also down my arms to my elbows, and down my legs to my knees.  It peters out after that and I can't feel anything in my shins or forearms, but who knows what practice may end up bringing?

And who knows what this energy might end up allowing me to do in the future?

Hi, came back kinda late. Tongue

The energy work I was doing was brushing energy in my eyeball and up the retina, then stirring and sponging energy in the same way.  Finally, I would energy wrap from eyeball all the way up the retina (I read that wrapping is the healing one).

It wasn't until I started doing this that my eyesight started to get blurrier... not by much, but definitely noticeable.  My eyes have been holding steady at my current glasses' power for several years, but it wasn't until I started doing these techniques that I've noticed my vision getting slightly blurrier.

I tried going without my glasses, but I play a lot of video games, so I'm on the computer a lot.  Before you all tell me that it's because of the computers my eyes are getting worse, I've been playing them all my life!  I see no reason why they would get blurrier now and not 3 years ago.  Maybe I'm just getting old (22).

Thank you for the responses.

The real problem I have is other people suffering, not myself.  I don't care if someone punches me for no reason or steals from me, quite half as much as when it happens to others.

I played the game again last night, and have a new response for these kinds of things, the same response I will have whenever something like this happens.

Rather than question the thief as to why he stole or anything like that, I will instead take it upon myself to help the person afflicted.  Rather than be upset and publicly yell at the thief (to the amusement of everyone else), I'll try and help the robbed one in getting that stolen thing again, from another source.

I just want it to go on record that despite knowing that pain is a teacher, I still don't like any of it when I see it.  If I could take the world's pain away by feeling it for every individual person, one at a time, I would gladly do it.  I love myself, but I love others more, and seeing them suffer causes me to hurt as well.

If only I could take the pain, but let them still learn the lesson, I would.
20  Spiritual Evolution / Welcome to Spiritual Evolution! / Hatred on: February 20, 2005, 07:21:49
Just now, I was playing an online game with many thousands of other players.  Seeing a member of the opposite team, I "waved" to let him know I was friendly.  He promptly killed me.

Seconds later the chat channel was in an uproar.  A character had stalked another character for the sole purpose of stealing something from him.  Afterwards, in an utterly unrepentant line of dialogue, the person who had stolen from the other responded, when asked why he did it, "Because it was funny."

At that moment, I remembered many other incidents of pointless murder and grief from the game, people who made it their sole mission to cause misery to other players.

I then remembered other online incidents outside of the game, where people were made fools of and publicly ridiculed and humiliated, while the perpetrators congratulated themselves on a job well done, and basked in the glow of their burgeoning fanbase.

I remembered facets of my own family, how my father had family-hopped himself to several different women and had seen no repurcussions from his behavior other than moving to a new city after each planned divorce.  The only ones to suffer from his actions have been my mother and siblings.

I remembered how my sister and I were almost attacked by a van full of screaming men as they shouted obscenities at us and we bolted for the safety of a 7-11.

I remembered the many news incidents of widespread murder in the millions of those in Africa, the hundreds of thousands under Saddam in Iraq and the whole of the middle east, case after case of killing, rape and other heinous crimes happening in our own country, and wonder at just how many stories I have never even heard of in other countries.

I had never felt as physically nauseated with humanity as I did at that moment.

I truly believe the way to change the world is to change the self.  But when the whole world seems to be crumbling around you through the uncaring acts of those who manipulate, take advantage of and hurt others... I had to ask myself then, what exactly is changing myself doing for the world?  If anything, I've experienced more hatred since I've tried to be good to other people.

What is going on?  Can't people realize that others bleed and cry the same as they do?  Can't they understand how connected we all truly are, on not just a spiritual sense but a physical one as well?

What am I supposed to do in the face of all this?  Changing myself has done nothing for any of the perpetrators of this hatred, fear and selfishness... it seems to have done nothing at all.

What am I supposed to do?

It seems to me that psychic abilities, chakra strengthening, clairvoyance, remote viewing, astral projection and just about every other paranormal ability relies on one key factor above all others: the control of energy.

But here's my question... what would be the best way to gain control of energy, to not only feel its flow but to also be able to determine where it goes and what it does?

Using NEW, I can cause very ticklish tingling up and down my spine and make my legs buzz quite a bit by imagining energy flowing up and down my body... I think that may be on the right track.  But there is a big jump from tingling to psyballs and ESP, doncha think?

Thanks for any input,
Chris

Thanks for the replies, and the link.  I've got new hope for helping my eyes, and I'll try and remove them during computer and classtime while I do the exercises.

Thanks for the replies.  I still don't understand why it is that NEW heals things like cuts and diseases, but not eyesight, but I haven't given up yet.  I'm wearing my glasses less and less and hopefully will see some improvement, however slight, soon.

Thanks,
Chris

Hi,

I've been using the NEW energy system to avoid or heal injuries in the past with great success.  I had a cut on my tonsil for two weeks that healed in one night after using NEW, and I've recently avoided 2 flu cases where my entire college campus seemed to get sick, but using the NEW system at first symptoms, I never progressed past throat-tickle.

I thought with such amazing results that I would love to use the same technique on my bad eyesight, which has long past hit the 1000 mark for glasses on nearsightedness.  Before I started using the system to heal my eyes, I hadn't needed new glasses for about 3 or 4 years.  That is, my eyes got really bad really quick from age 11 to 18 or so, but stopped there.

However, once I started using the NEW system to try and heal my eyes again, I've noticed a very slight, but continuing deterioration of my sight since beginning the sponging and moving of energy around my eyes.  I don't know why.

While I use the system to heal my eyes, do you guys think it would be a good idea to have my glasses off for a week or so while I try and heal them, because I had them on while I healed them earlier?  Or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for any input,
Chris
25  Energy Body and The Chakras / Welcome to Energy Body and The Chakras / how to do mole removal? on: December 04, 2004, 18:25:39
I had a rather disgusting raised mole on my throat, and my mom taught me a trick on how to get rid of them.

Get a piece of thread or fishing line, the thinner the better.  Tie a loop in the thread but don't close it yet.  Put the loop around the mole, tighten it as hard as you can (this will hurt), cut off the loose ends and that's all there is to it.

A few days down the road, the mole will turn red, then black, then just fall off.  You probably won't even notice it, and your problems will be over.  All I have left of my mole is a little brown circle, which looks exactly like a cute little freckle!

As for the non raised ones, I have nothing to advise except laser surgery.
