A person who 'can' change the world, would, regardless of what their emotions are. But if somebody finds the current turmoil to be peaceful, they're not going to change anything. Why would they? Their urge would be to create more turmoil so they can have more peace.

is that so? Why would someone who can, change the world, only for the fact that he can? I've had the "chance" of changing the world of people for the better but I didn't. Why? Because what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Now, if Mankind was to face a threat from out of this world; surely I would participate in it but, I'd do it for the chance of entering the halls of History like Alexander The Great, Genghis Khan, Napoleon Bonaparte etc. Indeed. They aren't saints or Buddha: they are what I aspire to be. A victory of the ego over matter and over Spirituality.

However, if I the chance to change the world was to offer itself to me, without the possibility of achieving my goal : I wouldn't change it,I wouldn't help it. I'd sit back and watch it unveil like that "crazy" dude from the 2012 Hollywood movie who was located on a mountain observing the beautiful happenings  .

I seriously feel that there is a higher power taking care of the earth. I also feel that there is nothing much we can do about wars and mass violence. We can only focus on ourselves and how we live; and that is it. As for destruction, so far there was no birth without death; no creation without destruction. There are two sides to the coin; and I believe we should accept both calmly.

zareste, two days ago I watched a documentary called "Kymatica" (you can watch it here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MkbvJFEQgJU) I think this documentary fits almost exactly as what has been said to you in this post, it made me cry at some point to see how cruel humans can be, but also to realize we are ALL part of it and what you can do to help is be responsible of your own actions/thoughts. First of all the world isn't going to end.Archangel Michael told us that we have chosen that we take on the peacefull, but hard and slow way on the way of ascension.That means the Armmageddon isn't going to happen.

How to prevent the end of the world it isn't your concern, your concern should be how to raise your vibrations, ascend and help others.The forces of light are dealing with the forces of evil and we are very close to disclosure.

You should see that all is one.And unconditional pure love and light is the key.

If we consider how long humans have worked with the mindset of Might is Right, we can see that this is a demise time for that operating condition. Which also tells us that it is now perfect for the times we are in. It also tells us something far more important, which is, the mindset needs to come to its own conclusion. If we end or change it before we are finished with the full experience of it, then we are inviting it to return at some time in humanity's future in order to finish it off.

For now we are Seed Planters for Humanity's future. Anything being birthed into the world will come with birthing pains, which is the end of the Old. We are past being able to do anything to change its path, so rejoice now in knowing the way we live on this world will soon reach its climax and our true work will begin in creating what comes after. Let us choose equality and understanding for all. Now, let us know this a is perfect and necessary, despite anyone's emotive judgements about it.

At this time we are meant to be find Equanimity, being able to see what is happening in the world and not being effected by any of, staying instead calm and centered. We are meant to be letting go of our issues, our needs and desires in order to become clear and aware.

I agree we are all seed planters.  But there is more than one way to change things.  The same people and families are in control who were in control thousands of years ago.  It is a very very deep network of elite people who control everything from the money to the air we breath.   THIS SOCIETY is the fruit of their labor.  We can not change things until they are EXPOSED and removed.   Once that happens I think society is ripe for a new way of thinking. 

Sometimes the only way to effect change is to slap someone and tell them to wake up.. and SHOCK them into changing.  Put a giant mirror in front of their faces and let them see it. 

The grass root peaceful movement will never work.  People are all followers and sheep, who need to be TOLD what to think and do.  They won't do it on their own unless they are programmed into it or driven to it.  Most people are driven by fear and thus we have a fear based society.  Fear of consequences and fear of loss. 

The current people in charge of this planet need to be removed and the tree must be shaken.  There must be new philisophically and religiously moral leaders put in place to will change things. 

I personally believe drastic things must be done to make this happen, while not necessarily violent but it will take exposing them for what they are and THAT is the way.  Not the love and peace way.  It was tried in the 60's and it FAILED PERIOD.

Any thoughts on rescuing Earth from certain doom? Here I'm talking about the cultural conflicts and wars that are about to kill us, not only the natural disasters to come. We've all seen the warnings. I've personally had two entities intervene and tell me Earth - particularly the US and Europe - are headed toward doom for a multitude of reasons.

What can be done?

Really not so sure about this whole 2012 thing. It makes me very scared, and I wish I could save the world if something horrible is about to happen. My mom would always tell me "if it triggers your sense of fear, it is probably not true," because she is an adherent of the Science of Mind/Religious Science, which believes all truth feels good...I doubt that.

All I know is I want the fear to end, and I'm sorry if I didn't contribute much at all to your conversation.
