from long time I am trying to astral project and I tried many techniques  before but couldn't have a AP,so I stopped it for a while and few months ago i started it again, I got succeed some far few weeks ago ,so I first i start to have lucid dreams then suddenly AP happened, I wake up middle of the night and i went to sleep but that time i came out from my physical body, that was a great experience in my life, I keep doing meditation without stopping and now it happens most of the days, never give up people it will happen if you keep trying, we just need to be patience.

Linaeve here! I'm twenty-three years old, I'm active-duty Navy, and I've only recently come to understand that my 'night terrors/sleep paralysis' were actually APs. I'm currently doing my best to get over the fear of the creepy things I see/feel/hear while in an SP state. I'm currently stationed in Sunny Florida, but I am originally from a small town in New York.

Hello. I'm 21 and pretty new to the whole world of astral travel, lucid dreaming and OBE's. It's something I have always been fascinated by, but just recently within the past 6 months or so have really been trying to get into. I have this friend, who is far more advanced spiritually than both myself and my husband. He's been, (not sure what to call it but) teaching us to view his mindscape and helping us to discover within ourselves how to unlock our personal abilities. Well, this past weekend, was the first time he had brought me into his mind, it was quite an experience. I was kinda bouncing all over in his head, going from one place to another. I went somewhere I shouldn't have and got reprimanded by the most beautiful and fearsome creature I've ever seen.. (it was a dragon). As I was being chased, my friend discovered that I had learned (some way or another) that I had the ability to duplicate myself (which I had no idea of) and the me that was being chased was that double. He was having a hard time keeping an eye one me Anyway, just thought I would share a little of my limited experience and hope to get ya'll's take on it and maybe ya'll can help me understand it all better.
