Apperence in the astral world?

How do you look in the astral world? Like do you look like yourself on in the normal world? Do people wear clothing, and does the body look the same?

For example from the research I have found it says to wear comfy clothing no jewelery. So for me that would be a lose tank top and boy shorts, will it look like im wearing that in the astral world?

 Comfy clothes and no jewellery is recommended to help you lose focus of your physical body. The key is to relax, it's hard to do that when your waistband or watch is too tight. I find more than not that in the Astral I don't see a body per say. I am just "point conscious". Sometimes when I visit my beach scene and am laying in my beach lounger, I will see my legs and feet, but that's about it for me.

Kinda strange that Lionheart, its the same here. I never see  a mirror with my reflection, unless I want to and then its used as a portal. The point conciousness thing is so typical too, probably we are enjoying the trip too much to be bothered with trendy gear lol.

I see reflections of myself in mirrors i see, its me but in a very pure form .. no cuts, bruises nothing - and as for clothes i'll have a look next time because i havn't really noticed

My first OBE I ever had I looked at my body and I definitely had my body and my physical features. I think it was more of a comfort thing for me. It looked ghostly though. I notice in my recent OBES though... I just go as a "point consciousness" Just like Lionheart said. Maybe think of it as a ball of light or something. I heard you can appear as whatever you want to be in the astral. I will have to try this on my next one. It's hard because you get out and you want to do so much you get sidetracked.
