blackmail help needed

Its regarding my relative that is being blackmailed by these women that she takes care of as a personal care attendant.  It's these somali women, they tell her that if she doesn't give 300 a month to them from the income she gets through the agency that they will ask the agency to send another lady who will share the money with them.  I told my relative if that was me being blackmailed like that those women would regret messing with me.  The agency said they can't do anything about it, or at least thats what my relative told me I don't know if she really did go talk to the agency.

I enjoy editing out original posts so that people can become curious and become frustrated, I know how it feels to be frustrated.  But for some reason it is amusing when I see others angry or frustrated however when it's me thats angry or frustrated it is not so amusing and I wonder why humans find other peoples frustration amusing.

While what you describe sounds dubious, I am not sure it qualifies as Blackmail; I think a necessary part of Blackmail is threatening to reveal something, or in some way damage another person if the money or services desired are not forthcoming; I think what you described is some form of Extortion, a broader set of crimes, which are related to Blackmail, but are normally based on coercsion, rather than a threat to reveal information.

I would do some legal research and pin down the exact crime commited, and see what evidence you can legally gather. If you are serious about this, I would not do too much more without consulting an attorney, as you can destroy your case based on how the evidence is obtained.
