or if you like doing it the manual way, type

[ url ]http://www.webaddress.com[ /url ]

minus the spaces... or it seems like you can just type the address (with the http://) and the forum automatically makes it a link [Smiley]. (nice idea from whichever admin or mod implemented it [^])
