Hello, i am 20 years old and i learned about AP when i was just a kid , My cousin who was my best friend was older than me and he researched AP when he was a preteen i guess ..any how ive read books... visualized .. felt vibrations listened to binural brainwave beats and i just cant get out! no matter what i do . i dont know what it is i have my aim and msn info in my account please anyone who has aped and gotten past the body please i would love to talk one on one with you.. books just arent cutting it! thank you so much!

We are all here what would you like to talk about. Most of the old timers have had CEs Conscious exits for years some less frequent, all have something to contribute. Wroite a bit more in detail what the problem seem to be. Maybe include your reasons for wanting to learn this, just curious.

i think it is prolly my belief system, as i was raised a jehovahs witness . it is like they are "whispering in my ear this is wrong" anyhow i rea;;y believe in OBE and all that stuff but it is liek my body thinks differently than i do..

I respect the beliefs of all religions, faiths, and practices which makes this a interesting topic to discuss. I do not want to dwell into "who is right or wrong", but the truth of the matter is that we live in this world that there are too many opinnions trying to say otherwise w/o first hand experience.

Think about it this way - you study a course, master it and receive an 'A' for the semester. Now, you think that your ready for the world, apply your knowledge and conquer. But when  you take the first steps, you realize the experience is totally different. This is not what the professor told me, or that example does not fit this scheme that I studied.

This applies with spirituality and out of body experiences. It does not push you away from your beliefs, deepens them but also open you up to a wider perspective of what do people really know w/o experience.

How can someone claim that out-of-body, near death experiences are the devils work, or the wrong path to travel. Point blank ask that person - Have you ever experienced the OBE thousands of times?

Don't get caught in the trap that if I follow this religion, I won't project, or spent one month on binural beats and nothing happened. There are no fast food drive thru's to projecting - it all takes serious patience, time, practice, whole hearted passion and devotion with intent! I am a christian, follow God but I have a wider understanding through experience and am so thankful!

Technique's that are out there are great ways to introduce you to these vibrations, get you to feel what it's like. But your true inner-self will find a way to project, no matter what it
takes using positive actions. There are no magic pills to projecting!

Remember, this is a lifetime commitment, not something you strap on and the way you go. You have to give everything!

It is all about trial and error of learning. It doesn't matter who you are in this world, your experiences will always range from short to long lived. Even the projectionists that have been doing it for many years have their good and bad days at projecting..

hey thanks guys , ive just been listening to brainwaves the last few days .. theres a program called idoser thats pretty nifty!! anyhow it has one called obe and astral and i think i am getting close .. last night i didnt feel my limbs any more so i think i am starting to get closer like i used to!
