Is it possible to demonstrate astral projection to people?

I have just bought mastering astral projection. I'm just wondering if this is something I will have to keep to myself due to being unable to demonstration

You should't prove that you can do something to others. Prove to yourself that YOU can do it. Never the less though, the only way i can think of proving it would be to either, pull them out to see for themselves, or have them write a number on a paper, than go to them while in the RTZ, check out the number than tell them the next morning.

It depends entirely upon how comfortable you think the people you might share this information with will be with it.

For example, if you're from the Southern US States... I'd probably keep it to yourself.

I met a hynotherapist at my last job that could induce trance and project from his body within minutes, supposedly less than 5 minutes at most and just over 1 minutes at least. 

I watched him one time.  But all I saw was a dude seemingly go to sleep for about 5 minutes.  However, he assures me that he projected.  So I say, no, you can't demonstrate it to someone else.  All they will see is you inducing trance or meditating.

No, the only thing you can do is as an earlier poster wrote.
Put something in the physical that you know the projector never saw, (a note on a wall in another room for example)
Let him go sleep for 5 minutes, then he will come back and tell you what you put.

Anyone can lay down and close their eyes for 5 minutes.
