I have tried to add an avatar to my profile and it states that it must be approved.

1) How long does it take to get approved? It’s been 4-5 days since I had attempted to add my avatar. This is not said in an ill manner just curious.[]

2) What are the requirements for the avatar? I did not notice any information on specks.
