Hi Techno, No it is just a fantasy series, but very deeply entrenched in the Authurian legends. Marion Zimmer Bradley wrote a number of books in that series - Mists of Avalon, Forests of Avalon, Lady of Avalon, Priestess of Avalon and Ancestors of Avalon. They tell the Arthurian legend from the perspective of the women in King Arthur's life. Michael, Hehehe...first time anyone's made that comparison. Guess it's happened only as I've gotten older. Mind you, so has Brent Spiner. The ammount of makeup they had to put on him in Nemesis to keep him looking like an ageless android was quite funny! I always thought the eyes were pretty cool though. That's an amazing image... Did you do that yourself? In your bio you have that you're a Freelancer, I suspect that's a freelance photographer. Awesome... I'd love to see more of your work, do you have a website?

LOL Qui-Gon [ ] And here i thought coneheads was fiction! btw - to post the image directly into the thread you have to copy the url of the photo and paste it inbetween the "[-img-] [-/img-]" tags (without the "-"s). At least i think that's how i did it. |
