Mind bubble exploding

That' what it felt like,

i was having a nap before and i remember in my dreams i was walking around a corner shop and i had the feeling off my brain puffing up and then slowly depleating and in my dream i fell to the floor and my movements got really slow

then after that i woke up, went back to sleep and then i felt like a bubble burst in my head and it woke me up fully, anyone had this kind of experiences happen or know of what is going on
