Yes, merkaba is one of my fav meditations. It's the only one i've been doing for the past couple weeks.

Well I suffer a lot of anxiety which is located right in the center of my chest.

Usually heart problems come when there is a blockage or "dirt" in the heart chakra. To clean it put yourself in a trance, than use a paint brush and brush over it.. hypothetically speaking. After that, this gets fun. Take Green energy from the earth, fill it inside the chakra, than have it vibrate all the negativity/ "dirt" out of it.
