I've always wanted to get one of those indoor mini water fountains. They're cheap I think. Try one of those.

my dad is forcing me to redo my room: get it completly tidy: I have to do this or he will take away my computer for 2 years 'for my own good' while i do my gcse's so I thought I may as well take this opportunity to buy some nice stuff to help me relax: is there any sort of item that would help with meditation and/or astral rojection?
