not sure what to think

Okay i'm new hear and was wondering if anyone here could tell me what i saw.
Well about 2 years ago i was living in a house with 4 friends and had just started developing symptoms of schizophrenia. So one day i was all alone in the house it was like mid afternoon and i was laying in the upstairs bed and i saw a shadow on the wall that kinda looked like a person so for whatever reason i started talking to it and i was acting like it was talking back (pretty much having a conversation with myself)
 so after a while i got bored and just stopped and laid down in bed and closed my eyes. About 10 seconds later something grabbed me by the neck and pulled me up so i was sitting up in bed at like a 90 degree angle and i was looking at some sort of orb that was at least 4 feet in diameter and spinning it wasn't exactly black it was more the color you see when you close your eyes but the whole time i was looking at it i was crying really hard like tears were just pouring out of my eyes so i stared for about 10 seconds then blinked and it was gone and the collar of my shirt was drenched in tears.

and i only have auditory hallucinations with my schizophrenia so i was wondering if anyone here has seen this in the astral plains and knows what it was
sorry if this is the wrong place for this post.
the only reason i even believe in astral projection is because my mom had mentioned how she had done it but she died when i was ten so i never really got to ask her questions about it

HHHMMMM, now I have heard of "The Shadow People", I have yet to project, so I have not seen them, but from reading on the subject of AP, it does sound like it could be a manifestation of some form of fear, maybe you were Lucid at the time....Do a google search or search Abovetopsecret.com... As far as the orb, could be the same thing...
