Meeting in the astral, not meeting in real life?

I've had dreams with people, recognise their features..as in, he has blonde curly hair and a stellar smile,  and sometimes know their names, might not be accurate but I write down names. How can you run into people you feel connected to? I'm sure life will take its course and I think personally I will meet these people through work when I live in the city where there's more work in my industry, than where I am now. I sense profound connection to others in my soul group, art collaborators, new friends.. where are they? Strange right! I believe in coincidence, why you take one train and not another, to put you in a place to meet who you should.

Some people I see in my dreams, I always feel very connected too.  Girls and such things.  I remember one time, I was out of my body, (but there are holes in the projection experience) and I went and 'skimmed' across the old back road.  When I got to the farm at the end of the road, there was a lot of activity, and finally, there was this chick with the hottest cutest lips I'd ever seen.  We kissed, I'm not sure what her name was, Christa or something like that.  She was all dressed in black leather and looked really hot with pale almost pink skin.

In other dreams, friends I haven't talked to for ten years show up, and usually, we are combating a violent tornado.  This black tornado spinning with garbage, dirt, and malevolent energy is always coming down on us.  In those dreams, some of the people are just refuges from this thing like us.  And in other dreams, some are the same setting as other dreams, and I have a plasma cannon attached to one arm.  Usually when I have the plasma cannon, I'm in an old style city doing research on paranormal things.  The old man there is always very helpful to direct me to specific books.

I hope I meet that hot chick with the cool lips.  If she exists in the physical plane, I'd have to actually leave my hamlet and go and look for her.  Seems like I should meet her down the back roads.  Have I already met her and didn't notice?  Was she the chick with the oreo cookie on her face?  I have no idea.  lol, prophetic omens then?
