For those of you that wish some info on this video, but don't wish to hear the first whole thing. He answers 2 questions in the entire 1 hour and 32 minute video. His first question is on meditation, which is a deep subject as it is and he answers it masterfully. At the 24 minute mark he explains why "drugs" are not the answer to reaching the Larger Reality as he puts it. This part only lasts a couple of minutes. Next, at the 45 minute mark he goes into an excellent explanation of the similarities and differences of Lucid Dreaming/Remote Viewing and the standard Out of Body.
 Feel free to post any other times of pertinent information that you feel should be shared from this video. I found the entire video to be excellent and it answers many of the questions that we see here on a daily basis.

Indeed, I have mostly positive things to say about Tom (about the worst thing I could say is that he is a bit long-winded and can write for over a thousand pages with very little economy, lol, with important facts far between).
