I feel the key is to find purpose for myself in this world, and being a productive part of what i feel society should be. These kinds of turmoils have been going on since the beginning of time, and maybe others suffering is a reason for us to change. I have seen the horrible depression an older brother has gone through because of his worries about all the government conspiracies and human kind. Of course it is a valid concern, but you have to find how you can come to terms and enjoy the world around you. There is more beauty then hatred, If you can't see this then I'm not sure what advice to give you...

For yourself, endeavour to be of the world but distant from it. Don't allow anxiety to control or overwhelm your thinking. Your natural empathy will tell you of the world's suffering but you need to find the strength not to be reduced to impotence by compassion.

For others, send love into the world. Be kindly and allow your own implacable nature to inspire strength and confidence in those around you, that they might pass on their own strength to others.
